I mistakenly factory reset my phone and now cannot recover my Google account as I do not remember the synced password. Google is asking for the password associated with the Gmail account [redacted], and they request contact information to be sent to [redacted] Due to being locked out of my phone, where I typically access my account, I am unable to provide the additional information Google is requesting for account recovery.

My mom recently got a new desktop, but she's been struggling to log into my Google account because she's not very tech-savvy. She forgot the password and despite several attempts to resolve this issue, she still can't access her important documents. She reached out to Google for assistance, but they are unable to verify her as the original owner, although she truly is. I am currently in school and feeling stressed about this. I recently purchased a new phone and during the transfer process, my main Gmail account did not recover. The system is not recognizing my credentials, stating it does not know who I am. This is a critical business email account that holds all my contacts and important information. I am concerned as all my data is linked to this email, [redacted] I have tried various methods to regain access, including seeking assistance from Apple support, but to no avail. I recently purchased a new mobile phone approximately two weeks ago and successfully transferred all my data from my old device to the new one via email. However, after three days, a message popped up saying that I had violated the policies and my account was inaccessible. Despite my efforts to review the policies, I couldn't pinpoint the exact violation. Unfortunately, my account remains inactive, making it impossible for me to access crucial contacts for my paint and hardware business. I feel quite frustrated and powerless being unable to resolve this issue and restore access to my account.

Google has been overwhelming me with constant demands for new passwords, despite my memory issues. The alerts to change my password keep coming, and it's frustrating with all the different Google services. The multiple Google platforms like Google Play, Google Music, and Google Sign In are getting to be too much. I used to be a fan of Google until these excessive security measures started waking me up at 5:00 AM EST. I've been online for 15 years without security issues, and the complex security measures now make me consider leaving Google entirely. The array of Google sites feels redundant and overwhelming for someone with memory challenges. I hope Google simplifies their services soon.

Dear GetHuman, I seem to be in the wrong place... My YouTube account got blocked for reasons unknown to me. Despite emailing YouTube for a review, I have not received any response yet. I am now struggling to find a way to reach them with no luck. I am puzzled by the suspension of my account. I have always abided by the Terms and Conditions, solely using my account to view videos. I seldom upload or comment, and when I do, it's always done in a friendly manner. Could you offer any assistance? Thank you, L.V.

I am having trouble accessing my newly created business email. I initially tried setting it up but now I can't log in. Furthermore, when I checked Outlook, I noticed that my email is associated with Outlook, which is causing further complications. This is frustrating as I have already included my Gmail account on all my business cards. The two emails I'm struggling with are [redacted] and [redacted], with passwords Snowflake1966! and 19Falcon respectively. For additional contact, my phone number is [redacted], and my backup email is [redacted] I've provided all necessary information but am still experiencing difficulties. I need to keep this brief. My former bookkeeper and invoice funder conspired to steal funds from my company, DentalProTemps, LLC, a dental staffing business in NC, leading to its closure by December 31, [redacted]. I have taken legal action against Sandra Canty and have a lawsuit against Larry Gibney of Boardwalk Management. They are still accessing my Google account, with Sandra creating a duplicate Mary Smith profile. Despite emailing Google multiple times, I have not received help. Sandra is changing her password, blocking me from accessing necessary files for the business. Google has not assisted, leaving me unable to update my billing info. I fear entering it as they might access my new account. I am frustrated with the lack of response from Google.

I recently got a new phone from a Vodafone shop on Monday. They helped me set up a new password for Google, but it's not accepting it. The phone keeps saying I'm signed out and asks for a password that is not accepted. It's frustrating because I want to keep the new password. This has happened before, and it's annoying to have to keep changing it. Now, even Amazon won't accept the password. Can you help me fix this issue, please?

I recently noticed a charge on my credit card for Microsoft Business Office [redacted]-P for the past 2 years. I do not remember authorizing this purchase. I don't utilize this software and would like to cancel it without affecting my computer's functionality. A few years ago, my personal information was compromised, so I am concerned someone else may have signed up for this service. I was helping a friend with a five-page paper that took about 8 hours to write. I completed it on her Google Docs account around 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 3rd. Once done, I ensured all changes were saved and closed the document. However, when my friend tried to access the paper later, it was not there. Upon checking the activity log, it showed that at 1:26 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4th, the document was moved to the trash. Despite trying to recover it from the trash folder, it stated that the file I was looking for did not exist. It seems neither of us deleted it, and I'm certain no one else did. Please assist in recovering the paper as it was a significant effort to complete.

I have forgotten my passwords for both email accounts. I created a new account, but it is not considered secure for sending information. My previous phone, which had all my information, broke ([redacted]), so I am unable to retrieve it. I have several old accounts linked to my father's former email, [redacted], that I need to regain access to. The majority have been inactive for at least 5 years and I've forgotten the passwords. I reside in Texas, and I have noticed that someone from Missouri is using the same email address as mine. This situation is concerning because personal information meant for me goes to that email, and the person even accessed an app using my email which I hadn't used until last week. I have been using this email for almost 12 years, and it's unsettling to think someone else could access my account. The individual's name is Jessie Mercer, while mine is Jessica Mercer; I had to use a different version of my name due to availability. Despite changing my password every 6 months or sooner, this breach is worrying.

After being incarcerated on 2/8/[redacted], my ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend unlawfully accessed my notebook containing passwords for my Gmail, Facebook, Microsoft, and Apple accounts. They also changed the passwords and disconnected my recovery phone numbers. As a result, with no way to recover my passwords, I am seeking assistance. I can provide specific details to validate my situation. I managed to regain access to my Credit Karma account, but these individuals used my personal information to open a credit card in my name. I have some past passwords for my Gmail accounts and access to one linked account, but I remain locked out of several other accounts.

Whenever I search for my name Ivan Klychnik on Google, the top result is a newspaper article detailing a car accident I was involved in around 8 or 9 years ago. The accident was attributed to a medical condition causing loss of consciousness. Thankfully, the article specifies that alcohol was not a factor. I kindly request to have the article removed as it is outdated and paints me in a negative light. I have since fully recovered and am actively engaged in my professional endeavors.
