Hello Google, I urgently need your assistance with my hacked account [redacted], which was compromised 24 hours ago. The recovery contact number ending in 00 has been replaced with one ending in 95. Due to too many login attempts, I am unable to access my account. I wanted to discuss an issue I'm facing with my Chromecast and internet usage. I am a 54-year-old individual living on ODSP, receiving $[redacted] per month, making it challenging for me to cover any internet overage charges. As a wheelchair user, I rely heavily on streaming, so I was disappointed to discover that my Chromecast was causing this issue. I am now hesitant to use the product out of fear of incurring further charges. I investigated and found that using the Chromecast has significantly impacted my monthly internet usage. I urge others to be aware of this potential problem when using the device and wonder if similar issues may exist with your other products.

I made a mistake by purchasing traffic for my brother's YouTube channel "JUST TANK" on Mybitciontube, thinking I was helping. Unfortunately, this has negatively impacted his channel, endangering his sponsorship deals with tech companies. I urgently need to stop the views from this source to his channel. I recently purchased a new phone after my old one broke. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Gmail on the new device as my recovery email is outdated and deactivated. I am in need of my account verification code to access important information on my Gmail. Since none of my personal emails are functioning without the verification code, I am using my mom's email temporarily. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this issue promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. The system won't let me recover it because there have been too many failed attempts. Even after waiting a few hours to retry, it keeps asking me to wait longer. I have my Gmail address and the correct password, but it's asking for verification through an old phone number and email code that I can't access since it was linked to my old phone. I'm attempting to update my new phone number to receive a verification code, but the system is not allowing me to do so. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello. Unfortunately, my old phone was damaged in an accident. I am currently attempting to regain access to my previous Gmail account. I have all the required documentation except for my recovery email address. My recovery phone number is accessible, and I have tried using it, but they are still requesting my recovery email address. I have been utilizing this account for a long time, and all my essential documents are stored there. Please assist me, as I cannot afford to lose access to this account. Thank you.

Hello, I encountered a problem with a website - wear-it-out.com. It appears to be a fraudulent site as they advertise products at lower prices but misuse credit card information once orders are placed. This is a recurring issue on Google sites. If Google does not take responsibility, we will escalate this matter to higher authorities to hold the scammers and their accomplices accountable.

Dear Google Team, I am writing to share a concerning experience I had with a BPO Company, COGNIZANT PHILIPPINES, operating in Manila, Philippines, that handles Google applications. On November 6, [redacted], I applied at their recruitment hub located at 2/F Science Hub Tower 4, Campus Ave., Mckinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. The process went smoothly, and I was informed of a final interview scheduled for November 11, [redacted], at 11th Flr Tower 1 Uptown Mall, BGC, Taguig City, under the search engine account's non-voice traffic API. However, during the interview, I was surprised to find the interviewers, Genny Lyn Mendoza and another gentleman, eating while conducting the interview. Their behavior, including smiling sarcastically, struck me as unprofessional and disrespectful. I believe this conduct does not reflect well on Google, and I request for an investigation into this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Good morning, I have a recurring issue that has been happening for the last month. It seems that all the pictures from my boyfriend's account ([redacted]) from summer [redacted] keep getting mixed in with my pictures. I have deleted them at least four times, but they keep coming back. Is this normal? What is going on? I am not a big fan of receiving my boyfriend's pictures with his ex every once in a while.

Hello. I'm in a bit of a predicament. I lost my phone and can't recall the password for my Google account, so I'm unable to sign in. I tried using my recovery contact number and email address, but they're not helping me regain access. Interestingly, no security questions are appearing to verify my ownership of the account. I'm perplexed as to why I can't sign in, given that I have my recovery information. My main goal is to recover my Google account successfully.

In October, I noticed unauthorized charges on my credit card for services I didn't agree to. I immediately contacted my credit card company, Capitol One, who promptly cancelled my card, issued a new one, and refunded me for the October charges. Surprisingly, I found more charges in November for Google ACE app and Google Hily Corp Internet Ca, even though I didn't provide my new card details to Google. It's clear these charges are fraudulent, as I never signed up for these services. I will be reaching out to Capitol One once again to dispute these new charges and ensure I am removed from these unauthorized services.

I need help accessing my Google account that I recently reactivated. I know my email address and password, but I forgot my backup codes and two-factor authentication. Google Support informed me it could take 3 to 5 business days for security reasons. It has been 15 days, and I am still unable to log in. What steps should I take? I need assistance with my G Suite account. I want to update the payment method and add a new credit card, as my ex-partner initially set it up. I have now changed the email associated with the account to my husband's, but I am encountering issues accessing his email. He is currently receiving my emails, and I am unable to log in as the admin to manage the account. Despite being the administrator, when I attempt to reset the password, it prompts me to contact the administrator - which is supposed to be me. I need guidance on resolving this matter. Unfortunately, my current Surface Pro 4, issued 4 years ago, has been causing significant disruptions in my daily lessons. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the problem with the IT department through re-imaging, the laptop continues to malfunction. I have observed it failing to turn on, shutting down unexpectedly, and experiencing screen flickering and scrolling issues. While new teachers receive the latest Dell laptops, I am left struggling with an outdated and unreliable device. I am humbly seeking your assistance in obtaining a new, working laptop that will enable me to effectively incorporate technology in my classroom. I recently moved to the US from Ecuador and am having trouble accessing my old email account from Ecuador, [redacted] Despite knowing the password, I am not able to recover the account as there are no options available to verify my identity using security questions or proof of identity. The phone number linked to the account is my old Ecuadorian number, which is no longer in service, making it impossible to receive a text message to reset the account.

I am in a situation where my ex-boyfriend installed an app called Trusted Contacts on his phone, and now he has unauthorized access to my Google account, listens to my calls, activates my camera, and tracks my location. This has taken over my life since I ended the relationship three days ago. I need urgent help to remove this app from my phone. Hello, my name is Emory G. I have had a Gmail account with Google for approximately 10 years under the email [redacted] I am unable to access my account since changing phones as I no longer have access to my old device. I would appreciate assistance. Previously, I attempted to get help but was asked to pay $47 for a phone conference, which was unhelpful. The bank stopped the payment. Currently, I only have access to my cell phone and not a computer.

I started the business registration process on Google My Business and reached the verification code step. After receiving the code in the mail two weeks later, I'm unable to access the original account. The system is now asking me to enter my mailing address again to receive a new code. I have been receiving unsolicited calls from Google for my business multiple times a day, including one today from a Hendersonville, TN number, [redacted]. Despite blocking the number, they continue to call from different numbers. Today, I answered one call at 10am CST and another at 2:24pm. The afternoon call pushed me to request removal from the list after being bombarded daily. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with reacted negatively to my frustration, refused to remove me, and abruptly ended the call. I sincerely request to be taken off all calling lists.
