My Google account was recently disabled. It claimed that I was underage and needed parental consent, which is inaccurate as I'm an adult living independently with my fiancé. After resolving the issue, I discovered all my YouTube playlists were deleted. I believe this occurred due to my account being disabled, causing frustration at the sudden loss without warning. Despite my date of birth indicating I'm old enough to use Google independently, I want my playlists restored. I had curated many videos that I enjoyed watching and wish for YouTube to assist in recovering them.

Hello, I am the event organizer on Eventbrite, and there was a typo in the event title which got listed on Google search results. Despite deleting the original event page and creating a new one, the old link is still showing up. I used Google Master tools to remove it, and while the Google event is gone, the incorrect Eventbrite link persists. Eventbrite informed me they are unable to assist and suggested contacting you directly. We are unable to proceed with our new event until this issue is resolved. Any guidance or support you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Regards, Alannah

I used to have a Yahoo email through sbcglobal.net, which I switched to Gmail a few months ago. After moving my folders to Gmail, I noticed that the folders appeared as one folder on the left side of my Gmail page under the name [redacted] Recently, I am unable to access the information within the folders except for viewing a list of the folders in the "manage your labels" section. This is different from how it worked previously, where I could access the folders directly by clicking on the folder name.

I have come across a room-temperature superconductor called monatomic gold online that the Google quantum computing division may not know about. I am trying to reach out to them to provide this information. I have been unable to find their contact details online, so I am seeking help here. Below is an email I sent to NASA's Qual supercomputing division regarding monatomic gold: Hello, my name is J.N. I am a quantum computing enthusiast and have some significant information to share. Monatomic gold is a room-temperature superconductor. Separated gold atoms can conduct electrical current between them. Monatomic gold is found in natural foods like grapes, purple-skinned fruits, and glacial seawater. A notable portion of the brain's dry weight consists of monatomic platinum group elements. Gold, naturally occurring as a double bond of two gold atoms, can be separated. Monatomic gold has remarkable properties like enhancing plant growth by 50%. The key point is that individual gold atoms can conduct electricity with zero resistance. I recommend doing your own research. If you discover a way to contact the Google Quantum Team, please contact me. Thank you.

On October 20, [redacted], my email was hacked. I am unable to access my account as my password was changed by a hacker located in Indonesia. While logged into my Facebook account, I noticed the hacker accessing it. I took immediate action by resetting my password and enabling two-step verification on Facebook to remove the hacker's access. Unfortunately, my recovery email's password was the same and has also been changed. Additionally, my old phone number is no longer usable for OTP verification. The hacked email is [redacted], and the recovery email is [redacted] When Google asks for verification, I am unable to prove my ownership as the hacker is notified of any change attempts. I urgently need help with this situation.

When attempting to access my GMail on my PC, I encounter a message prompting me to set up an account. Upon entering my Gmail address, I receive an error stating that the address is already in use, despite it being mine. Moreover, logging into Google Chrome prompts a request for a password displaying an outdated one, despite being changed a year ago. The password manager does not allow corrections without setting a new password, causing inconvenience. Additionally, Google Play Music fails to upload more song files (.mp3), despite multiple attempts, leading to frustration. Technical support has not provided a solution. Consequently, I am unable to enjoy my music on my Google Home Assistants and can only access radio stations. This limitation forces extra subscriptions for music I already own, which is disappointing. Reaching out to Google Tech Support has been unproductive, leaving me dissatisfied with the lack of resolution. I have reinstalled Chrome to no avail and seek direct assistance rather than browsing forums or FAQs.

I encountered an issue trying to access my Gmail account. I was prompted for my password, which I entered from my password list, but it was rejected as invalid. Upon attempting to reset it, I reached a step to create a new password but received a message asking for a strong password. My iPhone offered a new password, which I selected, but it did not work entirely. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, Google has now locked me out and is investigating, promising to update me in 3-5 business days. I have completed all necessary steps to verify my identity, but the situation is not satisfactory.

I am Barbara Perez from Gorman, Texas. On August 4, [redacted], my bank account was charged $6, which caused an overdraft. I incurred a $[redacted] service charge, a $25 fee, and the $6 for coins I did not order. Upon contacting my bank, it was revealed the charge was for a recurring payment. They refunded the amount to my bank account, and we sorted it out. However, this month, I was charged $6 again. I only seek the return of this $6 to my account promptly. Due to this issue, I had to close the account and open a new one. The charge was made on a Mastercard ending in [redacted]. I am struggling to get assistance from the originator, and I ask for help to resolve this matter before the bank takes further action.

Following the departure of my assistant, I experienced issues with my Microsoft subscription. Upon contacting support, it was discovered that she had added 4 unfamiliar computers to the subscription, exceeding the allowed limit of 5. I removed her devices as she no longer works for me, but she has not returned the notebook containing our passwords. Subsequently, I lost access to my work email critical for my business. I suspect she altered the password, and I am struggling to reset it due to my limited technical abilities. I have been unable to access my email for several days, leading me to believe she modified the password, considering she set up the account for the business. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to set up a child Google Account for my son using an Outlook email address that we initially created for Xbox Live when he turned 7. It seems like I can only create a child account through Family Link using an @Gmail.com address. I want to be able to share purchases, subscriptions, and have parental controls, just like I can with Xbox, all under one unified account across all services. Whenever I try to set up the account using the Outlook email address, it says my son is too young to create a Google Account even though he is 10 years old.

I have recently received messages from 2 different IP addresses associated with Nigerian scams through Google. I am seeking a way to prevent these IP addresses, specifically [redacted].85.[redacted].41 and [redacted].85.[redacted].65, from accessing my computer. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding unauthorized purchases made by my 16-year-old son on the Google Play Game "Friends-racing" developed by Kakao Game Cooperation. Over the span of two months, from September to October, he spent a total of approximately $1,[redacted] without permission, using my wife's mobile phone. I am disappointed by the lack of oversight from Google in detecting and preventing excessive spending by minors. The discovery of these transactions only came to light when our mobile service was suspended due to non-payment. As a reputable company, Google should have measures in place to prevent such incidents involving underage users. I have two requests for Google: firstly, to implement better filters to alert parents of unusual spending activities on Google Games, and secondly, to refund the unauthorized charges made by my son and revert the purchased game items. For reference, please find the relevant information below: - Son's Google Account: [redacted] - Son's Mobile Number: 82-10-3[redacted] - Wife's Google Account: [redacted] - Wife's Mobile Number: 82-10-5[redacted] I can be reached via email at [redacted] or on my mobile at 82-10-7[redacted]. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you, Jack Seo

I'm having trouble setting a mobile data limit on a Samsung J6 Android phone using the Family Link setting. When I go to the "data usage...mobile data usage" screen, there are no options to make any changes. I see only a graph and a list of apps with their usage, but no settings to adjust. I've spent hours searching online to figure out how to change it, but have had no luck. I specifically need to set a 2.5GB limit on my daughter's phone so that the data cuts off until the contract restarts. Even though I initially set up data alerts on the phone, I can't locate the settings now. I no longer just want alerts; I want the data to be cut off. I've managed to set it on my phone and my wife's phone, but I'm struggling to do the same on my child's phone with Family Link.

About a year ago, I created a Google Business listing for Firlane Village mobile home park in Puyallup, Washington using a Gmail account I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I have been unable to recover the account despite numerous attempts. The listing shows the address of my old residence, [redacted] 73rd Ave E, Puyallup, Washington, which is now causing issues as it is a private residence belonging to my son and is not related to the actual business. I made an error in judgment when I changed the address while under the influence of pain medication after back surgery. The property manager of Firlane Village contacted me regarding complaints about the listing, and I have been trying for the past 3 hours to rectify the situation to no avail. I need assistance removing the listing, but I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to do so through Google's automated systems. I am seeking help from a real person to resolve this unique situation promptly.

After updating my password, Chrome didn't save it. I tried Gmail recovery, answered security questions, but don't have the recovery email or creation date. I was promised an email with instructions within 6-12 hours but haven't received it yet. I struggled with Google's voice menu and then called Google Ads for help. The person was unhelpful and stated Gmail has no support.

I recently acquired a new phone and a new number, but I am unable to remember my password to recover my account. My account is essential for my involvement in the legal marijuana industry in Colorado, where I dedicate a lot of time and effort. I have created a new email, [redacted], since I was unsuccessful in recovering my old one, [redacted] If someone could spare a moment to visit my Instagram profile, they will find pictures of my home grow and myself, as well as my work with medical marijuana. Unfortunately, my old phone is broken, and despite multiple attempts, I have not been able to recover my account. I kindly request assistance. Thank you.

I am experiencing unauthorized access to my Gmail accounts and unsure of the steps to take. I have provided Google with my driver's license to verify my identity, but I continue to face disruptions with my accounts. My name is Sharron Dol Beare, and I wish to retain two specific accounts — "mmmsharona@gmail" and "sharrona60@gmail" — as they hold sentimental value from [redacted] when I initiated my hotmail and Yahoo accounts with these domains. Kindly remove all other accounts associated with my name. For communication, you can contact me through the "mmmsharona" accounts or reach my husband at "[redacted]" He has been managing my accounts due to my health challenges. The two accounts mentioned above should remain active, while all others are to be closed, including any misleading backup info like "lad*******@hotmail.com." Any account for backup purposes should always be linked to an "mmmsharona" account. I thank you sincerely for your assistance.

My phone was stolen, so I logged into my account and deleted it off the phone to protect my personal information. I made a new Facebook during this time. Later, when I got my phone back, I tried to log into my Gmail account, [redacted], linked to my phone number [redacted]. This is the account I use for various platforms like Facebook, SoundCloud, YouTube, and eBay. I am having trouble verifying my account even though I remember my password. My Facebook account is currently inaccessible, and I have important photos stored there. I have tried to recover it by sending a photo of my driver's license, but the recovery link is expired. I need to access my old Facebook account under Ashleigh Louise Louise. I am willing to provide further verification if needed. Thank you.

I have forgotten the password to both my Google and Gmail accounts. When I try to use the last password I remember, it sends a verification code to my phone, which I've had for 6 years, but I never receive the code. I provided a temporary backup email for Google to contact me, but even after receiving an email from them, I am still unable to confirm my ownership of the account. I have had the same phone number for six years, and I am unsure when I created the account. I am not tech-savvy and have been locked out for 3 weeks now, desperately trying to regain access to my account where my important pictures and files are backed up.
