I am a police officer working in the Blagoevgrad police department in Bulgaria. I am currently investigating unauthorized payments from a victim's bank account. Upon contacting the Bulgarian bank where the victim holds their account, I was advised to reach out to the bank associated with Google Play to track the IP address used for the transactions. However, despite sending an official letter through the Bulgarian department for international affairs, I have not yet received a response from authorities in Great Britain. I kindly request the official email address for Google Play support. This will allow me to send an official letter, along with relevant bank documents and victim information from the Blagoevgrad police department's official email, seeking assistance in this matter.

Hello, my name is Michael Hensley. I'm having an issue with my game progress in Ligue 1 Notley Gate. All the purchases I made, including the $88 spent over the past ten days, seem to have disappeared when I tried to play on my smartphone today. Previously, I had bought the 28k magic pill package, which provided me with daily rewards. For the past four days, I have been encountering an advertisement on my "Gmail" account from uckynv.com. The ad falsely claims to offer a Samsung Galaxy as a prize for being a loyal Google customer but then requests a $1.00 shipping fee. Upon providing credit card details, a charge of CAD55.00 is applied as a subscription fee to their site. This fraudulent activity is being carried out under your brand, and I urge you to take immediate action. My Gmail account has been compromised, and I am unable to access it. The hacker changed my password and possibly other account details. Despite using the same device that has been logged into the email for years, Gmail's account recovery system is not allowing me access. The message I receive states that the device is unrecognized and lacks enough information to verify me. It advises trying again later or signing in from a different device.

When searching my name, "Norbert Burcew," results show a link from JustAnswer discussing my legal matter with my employer, Air Canada, back in June [redacted]. I contacted JustAnswer for legal advice at that time, and now I am concerned that this information is easily accessible on Google searches, something I did not anticipate or wish for. JustAnswer has informed me that they have removed my name from the content but claim they are not able to assist further with the visibility on Google. I am experiencing issues with unauthorized charges on my credit card via my Google Play account, even though the card is no longer linked to PayPal. Google denied my refund, but my credit card company refunded the amount. Google is now attempting to rebill the charges. I want Google to remove this outdated card from my account as I have not used it for months. The original charges were made months ago when a different card was linked to PayPal. I did not authorize these transactions, and reviewing my Google Play activity shows no records of charges to this credit card. The customer service number and online help have been unhelpful, and I need a more efficient way to resolve this issue with Google.

I am currently facing difficulties accessing my crucial Google account and Gmail. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to log in. Although I remember a few of my previous passwords, I cannot recall the exact date when I created the account. This account is linked to my Facebook and is also used for my monthly YouTube music subscription of $10.84. The photos stored in this account hold immense sentimental value, yet I am unable to retrieve them. While I can provide answers to security questions, I have not been given the option to do so. Due to a recent phone crash, I am unable to receive Google codes as I did not save them outside of my now inaccessible device. I am frustrated that my phone was stolen some time ago. When I attempted to access my Gmail account, I encountered difficulties. I contacted a supposed Google support number and an individual from an Indian company responded. They asked me questions about my account and claimed that I had provided enough information to verify my identity. However, they then informed me that due to failed login attempts by the thief, my account was locked. To unlock it, they demanded $50 in iTunes gift cards, which made me realize it was a scam. I have precious photos of my family and important data in that account. I am in possession of past passwords and information linked to my account, and I am seeking assistance to reclaim access. If necessary, I am prepared to seek legal counsel and involve media outlets, as I understand others may be facing similar distressing situations. I am optimistic that we can find a resolution to this sentimental problem.

My sister recently passed away, and her son gave me her Note9, which is not the one I am currently using. Unfortunately, the FRP on the other Note9 is locked, and I am unsure of her email passwords. How can I alphabetize my folders in Chrome bookmarks on my Samsung Note 8 Android Verizon smartphone? I need a solution that actually works without saying it's impossible. It's frustrating to search for folders every time I want to access a saved bookmark. Making the process simpler by letting me alphabetize them would greatly improve my user experience. I've searched countless times for this feature without success. This small change would be so beneficial. It seems odd that Chrome allows customization in other areas but not in organizing bookmarks. Can we please find a solution to this issue instead of redirecting me to a computer, as my phone is my main access point? A positive response or workaround would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Upon reviewing the policies, I understand the possible reason for the disablement could be excessive spamming during a live stream. The incident occurred when the streamer requested viewers to spam a YouTuber's name to raid them, a task which I may have overdone. I am experiencing intrusive pop-up ads on my tablet while playing Playdemic Golf Clash. These ads disrupt my game by disconnecting me and have caused me to lose a significant amount of in-game currency. The ads are from Unity Ads and are promoting games. Google My Business Issue: I operate a service area business (SAB) without a physical location, which Google recognizes. Despite providing Google with my business address as per my local business license, they are not accepting it. Instead, they are requesting my residential address, which is unrelated to my business and private. The address I submitted is my official business address and where I receive business mail. Due to this discrepancy, Google has closed my Google My Business account. I am seeking a resolution without disclosing my residential address. I am urging Google to acknowledge the business address from my local license and reopen my Google account.

There have been recurring issues with my email account after each interaction with your team. Recently, I upgraded my phone to a Galaxy 10+, and I started receiving alerts meant for someone else. There seems to be someone interfering with my email account, and it's causing issues. Recently, I upgraded my phone to Galaxy 10+ and started receiving alerts from Google that disrupted my account. I want to clarify that I am not engaging in any illegal activities. If this continues, I will take legal action. Also, my private phone number was mistakenly listed online as the contact number for the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV. This error led to numerous calls from people worldwide seeking event information. I had to deal with this for two years, and it became overwhelming. Unfortunately, Google does not have a direct phone number, making it difficult to resolve the situation with my service provider. I am frustrated and would appreciate it if someone in charge could contact me to address these persistent issues. Enough is enough.

Since March, I have noticed additional charges on my YouTube Premium account besides the expected $12.74 fee. There were two recent charges on September 6th for $6.36 and September 10th for $4.24 that I cannot account for. These charges have been ongoing since I signed up in March. I am requesting a refund for all of these mysterious charges immediately. Additionally, I did not authorize the "Google PSafe" service and was unknowingly charged $25.37 on September 3rd. I have been searching for a contact number to address this issue. I kindly ask for a swift refund for this charge as well.
