I recently lost my phone, which was originally from Straight Talk but I was using it with an AT&T SIM card. Unfortunately, I couldn't access my Gmail account using Find My Device due to not having my phone or the password to my Yahoo mail for the recovery code. I purchased a new phone from Straight Talk and tried to recover my Gmail password during setup, but I wasn't receiving the text message with the recovery code. Although I successfully recovered my Yahoo password and received the recovery code via text, when I used it to verify my Gmail account, it got suspended for investigation for 3 to 5 days. I urgently need access to my contacts, pictures, and apps and can't wait that long. My Gmail address is [redacted]

Hello. Unfortunately, my iPhone was stolen last night at a club. The thief managed to hack into my Gmail account, and now I am unable to sign in at all. I am feeling extremely stressed as there is very sensitive personal information in my account, and I am worried about potential identity theft. My account name is [redacted], and my cell phone number in Gauteng, South Africa is [redacted]. The hacker has changed my cell phone number associated with the account, so I am unable to receive the verification code to recover my account. This situation has left me unable to access any other crucial accounts tied to my email. I desperately need immediate assistance as Gmail was my primary email, and my phone, my means of recovery, was also stolen. I will provide my girlfriend's email address for communication, and I have also shared my cell phone number for reference. I am anxiously awaiting your urgent reply. Thank you.

Dear Google Support, I am experiencing issues accessing my Gmail account as I have forgotten the backup email address but am relying on my mobile number for password recovery. This account is crucial for me as it is linked to my bank, contacts, Facebook, and OTPs. Today, I cleared all data from my phone and started to face difficulties. My Gmail ID is [redacted], and my contact number is +91 [redacted]. I am prepared to provide any necessary documents for verification. In case you need additional information, you can contact my wife at [redacted] or my daughter at [redacted] I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a way to change the password using my mobile number. Today, I couldn't locate my Android device. I discovered that I could use the "Find My Device" feature connected to my Gmail account to track its location. However, I couldn't remember my Google account password as I usually stay signed in on my phone. I'm confident about the account recovery questions and answers, but as my Yahoo email is linked to my Google account, I can't use the same method. Without the option to provide answers on Yahoo or access to my phone, which I believe is at home but on silent mode, I'm solely relying on my Google account to locate it.

I purchased an unlocked Verizon Galaxy S7 for my wife around February or March of [redacted]. We synced her phone number [redacted] to the phone and Gmail account. Additionally, she changed her phone number to [redacted], creating login issues. I am struggling to log in due to forgotten passwords and mismatched information. I need urgent help and am willing to provide verification documents if necessary. Please guide me on the next steps. Thank you for your assistance.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report a security breach on my cell phone and email accounts that my ex-husband is responsible for. He gained unauthorized access to my devices, sent emails from my account to his phone, and forwarded them to his work email. This intrusion has resulted in the loss of important evidence for my ongoing court case against him, which includes photos of abuse, text messages, and emails documenting harassment. Unfortunately, I have been locked out of both of my Google accounts and unable to access the crucial information stored within. I suspect that my ex-husband and his associates may have planted a virus or tracking software through Gmail or Wi-Fi, leading to the repeated issues I have faced with multiple SIM card replacements and device malfunctions. I urgently need assistance in regaining access to my locked cell phone and email accounts with the addresses [redacted] and [redacted] My contact number is [redacted], and I reside at [redacted] Belgian Court, Mount Dora, FL [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mary P.

I am having trouble accessing my email account because I forgot the password, and the recovery email has also been compromised. Despite reaching out multiple times through my new Gmail account for assistance, my account has not been reviewed in over a month. It is crucial for me to regain access to my old email, especially since I work in the medical field and require important documentation stored there. Could you please provide some assistance with resetting the password or offer any help? The email I am unable to access is [redacted], and the compromised recovery email is [redacted] If necessary, I would like to set up [redacted] as a new recovery email. I have a Google account under the name of Patricia Arnow with the email [redacted] that I used across various devices. Recently, I was unexpectedly signed out of my account on my computer. After purchasing a new iPad Pro 11" and a Samsung Galaxy S10, I attempted to log back in but was unsuccessful due to an incorrect password saved in my password manager. Google blocked my account due to suspicious activity and prompted account recovery, leading me to use my husband's email [redacted] to communicate with them. Despite confirming my identity, Google claimed the email address [redacted] never existed and suggested opening a new account. Strangely, my old phone still accesses the account. I urgently need access to my existing account as important personal information is stored in it. How can I recover my account and set a new password without losing valuable data? Thank you, Patricia Arnow.

I recently discovered charges on my wireless bill amounting to nearly $[redacted] from April to August for my 12-year-old daughter's phone. After speaking with Roger's, they explained the charges were gaming-related. I suspect a possible hack on our phones, leading to unauthorized and potentially fraudulent purchases. When initially setting up Google Play Store on our Android phones, I entered my phone number but removed my credit card information to prevent unauthorized charges. Despite my daughter having had an Android for over 2 years without issues, my concerns escalated after receiving a warning from Instagram about potential fraudulent access from Edmonton following a trip there. Additionally, when my daughter's phone was replaced, the Costco representative mistakenly listed our location as Edmonton instead of Ontario. I am seeking reimbursement for these charges processed by Bango and hope for a resolution.

I am currently facing an issue with my Google Pixel 3 while trying to upload photos to Facebook using the Google Photos app. Despite it working fine yesterday, today the process seems to stall after selecting the photos, hitting "share," then choosing "Facebook." The message "uploading to Facebook" pops up briefly and disappears, not completing the upload as expected. The app's help features lead me to irrelevant forums where I can't find a solution to my specific problem, adding to my frustration and confusion. I would appreciate speaking to a real person who can offer insight into why this functionality suddenly stopped working for me. Due to past negative experiences with unhelpful forum responses defending Google regardless of the issue, I am contemplating switching back to my old Samsung device.

I signed up for a trial membership of Google GSuite and later canceled it. After a few hours of using it, I found it challenging and decided to unsubscribe. Despite canceling, I have been charged. I can no longer access the GSuite account as I deleted the associated email and website. I have proof of payment on my bank statement. I would like a refund, my credit card removed, and the account deleted, as I no longer wish to use the service due to its complexity. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I created a Tinder account on August 5, [redacted], and paid Rs [redacted] for a one-month subscription. I did not want the subscription to renew after the first month. However, on September 5, [redacted], my account was charged again for Rs [redacted] without my authorization. I received a notification that it was related to my Tinder account by Google. I find this process to be incorrect. How can Google charge my bank account without my permission? I am very displeased with this situation. I am requesting Google to cancel this unauthorized transaction and refund the amount to my bank account promptly. I do not want to continue the subscription for my Tinder account. Thank you, Rahul D.

I have recently been unable to access my Gmail account after being hacked a few years back. I am urgently trying to regain access as I need to remove various social media accounts linked to that email. I previously contacted Google support and received a code, but unfortunately, it expired as it was sent to my recovery email, which is my mother's address. It is vital for me to delete these accounts, especially as I am currently job hunting and do not want potential employers to see past content. In case of any further communication needs, please reach out to me via [redacted] or email at your earliest convenience. Alternatively, you can contact me at [redacted]

After changing my phone number and passwords to enhance security, I am unable to log in as I forgot to update the new phone number and passwords in all my accounts. After 9-10 years with my GV account, I am suddenly unable to access it from my desktop. Despite attempting to verify through email, I did not receive any verification emails at [redacted] This is strange as all other emails to my outlook.com account are functioning normally. I am now locked out after several unsuccessful attempts. I have a separate GMail account on my Android devices but without GV. Surprisingly, I can still receive phone messages on my GV account by calling my GV number and using the forwarding phone linked to my GMail. My GV settings usually have call forwarding disabled, allowing me to access voicemails upon logging in. I require full access to my GV account. GV prompted me for the date (month and year) when I set up my account, which was around [redacted] or [redacted] after Grand Central's discontinuation; however, I could only guess the date. I am seeking alternative methods to verify my account and identity. The outlook.com email ([redacted]) seems to have issues receiving GV emails, unlike my functioning AOL recovery email linked to my GMail account.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account even though I am certain I am using the correct password. The verification process indicates that the password was changed around 20 hours ago. I created a temporary account for the BBC, but this should not impact the primary status of my original account. I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account due to stopping the use of an affiliate account. Additionally, there is a reboot issue with my mediapad tablet, further complicating the login process. I can provide verification of my identity by recalling past passwords and mentioning the existence of PDF copies of my two passports from the last decade. Additionally, my Twitter account features a photo of me and is linked to my Gmail, which I can still access. My Google Drive holds approximately three years' worth of my artistic and business work, which I have not backed up elsewhere.

A few years ago, I created a separate email for work purposes and also used it for my Credit Karma login. Unfortunately, I lost access to this email account and am struggling to regain access. Since I can't remember the exact details of when I created the account and no longer have the phone associated with it, I'm stuck. I've attempted the recovery process using my personal email but keep getting stuck at the verification step. Credit Karma won't update my email without access to the old one. I've searched for any recovery emails related to the work email in my personal account but haven't found any. I really need help with this issue regarding my work email [redacted]
