Greetings, I am Craig Greatman, the new Senior Pastor of This Ain't Your Mama's Church in Merced, CA. Several email addresses have been associated with the church, and I am working on recovering them. Unfortunately, the old phone number used for verification is inaccessible to the current staff. Melody Coates and Keith French are no longer with the church. I received a message stating that the email address [redacted] has been recovered. I successfully logged in but couldn't update the Pastor Name information. I am unable to change the account details as I lack access to the phone number receiving the verification codes. I kindly request assistance with this matter.

Dear members, I am reaching out on behalf of my father, Djordje Jovanovic, born on 06.02.[redacted] from Belgrade, Serbia. Unfortunately, he has forgotten the password to his Google/Gmail account after losing his phone and SIM card two weeks ago. His son-in-law, Branislav Marjanovic, created the account for him back in May [redacted], and updated the password in [redacted] or [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts, they have been unable to regain access to crucial data saved in the account, including his contacts and medical documents. Djordje's username is [redacted], while Branislav's is [redacted], which he has shared to assist with the recovery process. As Djordje is elderly and unwell, your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. For any further assistance required, please contact Ruzica Dj Jovanovic at Sazonova 22, Belgrade, Serbia, or via email at [redacted] Thank you all in advance for your help.

I recently received an email notifying me that my YouTube account A.R.M.Y ANGEL has been suspended due to violations of the Community Guidelines. I am puzzled by this decision as I have only been playing BTS music on my account, and I believe I have not engaged in any spam, scams, or commercially deceptive activities as outlined in the guidelines. I would like a thorough investigation into this issue as I firmly believe I have not done anything wrong. I am considering appealing the suspension and would appreciate a detailed report to understand the exact reasons behind this action.

Dear GetHuman Customer Service, I am experiencing an issue where I receive someone else's personal emails due to a similar mail address. My Gmail is [redacted], while the other person's is [redacted] The only difference is a single dot between our first and last names. This mix-up is concerning as it poses a risk of my personal data getting mixed up and potentially leading to identity theft. My Gmail is linked to my Yahoo mail and various applications on my mobile phone, exacerbating the issue. I recently discovered this similarity when attempting to merge accounts on my smartphone. To resolve this, I propose changing my email address name from [redacted] to [redacted] This adjustment would offer a solution without the need to change my entire email address, preserving my existing personal data. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently bought a new phone and while the store representative tried to transfer my data, I encountered password issues. After multiple attempts, I had to create a new password. Due to the lengthy transfer time, I opted to finish at home. Unfortunately, the password I set at the store didn't work, leading me to reset it. I provided my [redacted] for verification, now facing a 3-5 day wait to reset my password. Swift access to my Gmail is crucial to set up my new phone with Google Play and apps. Urgent assistance is required. You can contact me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you. - Charlene A.

I am experiencing an issue with my Gmail blocking emails from the United States Postal Service. A red pop-up message indicates that this type of email has been reported as unsafe, without offering the option to mark it as safe. Additionally, the hyperlinks in the email do not work, preventing me from contacting the sender. While I can reply to the sender, it doesn't seem logical if Gmail is blocking their incoming emails. This problem started today, even though I have been receiving emails from USPS daily for three years. Google's sudden decision to block these emails without providing a choice to open them is frustrating. I am using Android 9 OS on a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and finding this situation very exasperating.

Hello, My son recently received an email from Google regarding his age, stating he needed parental supervision for the account. Despite reaching out three times without a response, we only have 26 days to resolve this issue. His email is essential for games like Roblox, Play Store, among others, and has never been an issue until now due to his age. I closely monitor his activities, and the account is linked to mine. I've tried online suggestions to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated as Google remains unresponsive. Thank you. -Ramona W.

Hello, on August 23rd around 9:35 pm, I tried creating an email account with the address [redacted] I believed I set the password as Freedom11, with the first and last names entered as Kim Nelson and date of birth as July 7, [redacted]. After completing these details, I was prompted to sign in and receive a verification code. However, when I tried to log in again, it stated the password was incorrect. Unfortunately, I was unable to recover the password as I did not have the option to provide a recovery email or phone number during setup. I used my contact email, [redacted], to receive a code, but it indicated that there wasn't enough information to verify ownership. I recently got married and would like this email account in my new name. I hope we can resolve this matter soon. Thank you, Kim Nelson.

I encountered an issue with my Chromebook where the screen went black. The following day, when attempting to log in, I was repeatedly prompted to change my Gmail password. After successfully updating the password, I was then required to input my last Chromebook password, which I am unaware of as it was set up by my son who works at Google. Unfortunately, I have experienced multiple instances of changing my account password but continue to be asked for the previous Chromebook password. Tragically, my family recently passed away simultaneously, leading me to store important legal documents and personal files on Google Docs. Despite changing my Google account password, the system prompts for the previous Chromebook log-in password, which I am unable to recall. Regrettably, I did not create a backup for Google Docs, and now I am at risk of losing crucial locally stored documents if I modify the Chromebook password. My Google account is linked to Wayne Buchanan under the email [redacted], with the recovery email as [redacted] Please reach out via email or phone at [redacted] as it is urgent to retrieve these critical documents and folders.

I have been experiencing great difficulty with retrieving my email. Previously, handling this with my Yahoo account was straightforward - a simple phone call and the issue would be resolved swiftly. However, with this service, everything is conducted online. Despite reaching out to your staff and sending emails over the past week regarding my inability to access my Gmail account, no resolution has been provided. My email contains important photos, banking information, and other essential aspects of my life that I cannot afford to lose access to. I have diligently followed all the advice and steps given by your support team. The primary issue lies in the fact that when a verification code is sent, it is being sent to an old number that I no longer have access to - [redacted]. My current number is [redacted])[redacted]. This discrepancy is hindering the resolution process. Please address and rectify this issue promptly.

I opened a Fi account a few months back but suspended it. When realizing over three months had elapsed, I assumed the account was canceled. However, they tried to charge my credit card that had been stolen. Now they won't cancel the active account until I pay, and I received another bill. The "supervisors" keep sending the same unhelpful responses. Wondering if speaking to a real person might help resolve this.

On August 23, [redacted], there were seven unauthorized transactions totaling $[redacted].03 charged to my credit card account under the description - GOOGLE ADS[redacted]. I am certain these are fraudulent as I have never engaged in any business with Google, let alone authorized seven transactions of such high value. I have taken the necessary steps by reporting this to my credit card company and filing a report with the local police. I kindly request Google to investigate these transactions, if feasible, and provide details about them. If that's not possible, I urge Google to prevent any further unauthorized payments from going through. Thank you.

Hello, I have requested a refund online for a game my niece has been playing on my phone while she is hospitalized. Unfortunately, I received emails stating I am not eligible for a refund. I did not authorize these payments through my phone bill or PayPal, as my niece was unaware of the charges while playing the game. I find this situation unfair as the payments have amounted to around [redacted]. I have taken steps to prevent further charges by deleting the game, removing payment methods from PayPal, and ensuring extra security on my phone. I am seeking a refund for these charges as they are affecting my ability to pay my bills. I am also contacting PayPal, my bank, and my phone provider to address this issue. Thank you. Hello. I am an art teacher who recently acquired a grant and invested approximately $[redacted] in the latest Cricut cutting machine. Currently, I am utilizing my Galaxy S8 to connect with it rather than a computer. As I initiate the setup process, the Cricut app prompts me with "Authentication required. You need to sign into your Google account." Upon clicking "OK," the app abruptly closes, returning me to the app screen with no further options. Despite three attempts to resolve this issue with Cricut support, the problem persists. I am already signed into my Google account with my email and other features functioning properly. Various troubleshooting methods, such as reinstalling the app, removing and re-adding my Google account, and clearing data and cache on my phone, have been ineffective. Cricut support suggests it may be a Google-related complication. Urgent assistance is needed to overcome this obstacle as I rely on the machine for my classes. Your prompt guidance is greatly appreciated.

Our Google Fiber TV service has been down for a few days now, and we need it resolved today or we might have to consider switching to another provider. In addition, we're receiving strange messages about the wi-fi on our phones. Despite speaking with several representatives and even supervisors, we haven't made any progress. A technician came out and replaced the box, but the issue persists, and he mentioned it could be an IT or engineering problem. Many channels are pixelating or freezing, including local channels. We expect a resolution today as this ongoing problem is unacceptable. We pay for this service every month and expect it to be provided reliably.

Google/Youtube, I am concerned that the news I am being shown is outdated, ranging from 3 months to 3 years old. I would prefer to see more up-to-date information rather than being directed to liberal news sources. I find the extreme viewpoints of these outlets unappealing, as they often seem filled with negativity. It's disheartening to feel misled by the content being pushed to me. I believe providing more balanced and current news coverage could help restore trust among viewers like me. I kindly request that you stop presenting me with old news and consider a wider range of sources. Thank you.

I'm facing issues signing into my additional Google accounts as I keep receiving an error message stating, "Couldn't sign you in. This account is not allowed to sign in within this network. Please talk to your network administrator for more information." This problem has persisted for months. Additionally, when attempting to access Google Docs, another message pops up stating, "This service is not available. Google Docs is not available for [redacted] within this network. Google Docs is only available for accounts in the following domains: employees.nashvillechristian.org, student.nashvillechristian.org, gserviceaccount.com. I reached out to the school, which manages employees.nashvillechristian.org and student.nashvillechristian.org emails, but they were unaware of the issue and did not implement any restrictions.

Hello, I'm Sander from the Netherlands. While browsing your website using Google Shopping, I tried to purchase a weighing scale online from albertheijn.com. The item was priced at 12 euros, and after inputting all my personal information, I was surprised to find out that a minimum order of 70 euros was required to complete the purchase. This unexpected requirement left me feeling like the shopping experience was unprofessional. Prior to this incident, I had made around 30 purchases through Google Shopping without any issues like this. Additionally, I had a previous experience at Albert Heijn where the price at checkout was higher than the labeled price, with no indication of a discount. Overall, despite feeling frustrated with this encounter, I am considering trying Google Shopping again in the future. Thank you for your assistance.

I initially connected my first Google account with my phone number. After purchasing a new smartphone, I created a Google account at the store, although I was unfamiliar with the process. Despite being not very tech-savvy, everything functioned well for about 4 years. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen, and I wanted to switch to a local number while living in Oregon. I successfully transferred all my accounts, like Facebook, and contacts to the new phone. However, the issue arose when my old phone with the Google account info was broken. I tried to retrieve the information but could only access my Gmail account through the old phone number, creating a dilemma. I reached out to Google for assistance, and although they provided new codes, they were sent to my outdated phone number which had since been reassigned. Despite various efforts, including involving T-Mobile and offering a reward, I couldn't recover the original account. I cherish the photos and memories stored in that account, especially from trips to Sedona, the Oregon coast, and Big Sur. My prior email was [redacted], and due to the situation, it is now [redacted]
