I am trying to access my old Gmail account that I haven't used in three years. After my iPhone broke and was fixed, it is now on activation lock, prompting me to unlock it with my old Gmail account. However, when I try to reset the password using my security questions, it says my birthday is incorrect, even though I am sure it is the right one. I am certain this is my Gmail account because my phone is linked to it for activation.

I've been unsuccessful in accessing my account using various passwords. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone or email associated with it. Despite trying to answer security questions and logging in from my usual PC, I've been unable to proceed. I am willing to provide any necessary information about the account but require assistance from a representative. I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance on alternative methods I might be unaware of. Thank you.

My parents had their phone number with Google Fiber until May 15, [redacted]. The account was canceled, and the phone number was transferred to Google Voice. The number is [redacted]. They are requesting for the number to be released immediately as they no longer want it associated with them. They prefer the number to lead to a disconnected message. However, because it was connected to their Gmail account, it is now linked to Google Voice. Requesting the removal of their number from the system.

I recently received a call from someone claiming to be from Google stating that my Gmail account was going to be closed due to negative email activity. I suspect this may be a new scam and I am concerned. I tried calling back the number they provided but the voicemail was full. The number they called from was [redacted]. I would appreciate any help or advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you for investigating.

I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my account for services I did not use. I would like to request a refund for this charge as I did not provide authorization for it. The charge seems to be fraudulent, and I am concerned about my account information being used without my consent. Kindly refund this amount promptly.

I recently purchased a new phone and am facing issues accessing my Gmail account due to forgetting my password. Unfortunately, my recovery email address is outdated and I can't recall its password. I have tried using two active cell numbers for recovery, but the codes sent are not sufficient as it keeps redirecting me to the inaccessible recovery email. Although I can still access my Gmail on my laptop since it remembers my password, any attempts to update the password prompt verification of the existing one, which is unknown to me. This situation has left me feeling stuck in a loop without the security questions being presented as an alternative verification method.

I am trying to unlock my phone to purchase a new one. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password for the Gmail account associated with the phone or the previous phone number linked to it. I also cannot remember the security questions. Can anyone help me with this issue without charging a fee? I believe I should not have to pay extra since I already own the phone. Thank you, Disheartened

Hello, my name is Wendell Quintana, and I am the owner of Wendell's Flooring. I have noticed that when you search for Wendell's Flooring on Google, my home address and a picture of my house appear. This is concerning to me as my family resides at this address. I have not authorized this information to be linked to my business, and I kindly request that only my business address be displayed. I want to thank Google for their services, but I urgently need my personal home address to be removed from the search results. Thank you.

I'd like to bring attention to the fact that the owners of a business are actively flagging negative reviews to maintain a higher review rating. This is concerning because it's not an ordinary business, but a mental health treatment facility. Former patients are sharing troubling experiences including patient suicides, inappropriate behavior by the owners, and intoxicated staff. It's crucial for the public to be aware of such issues instead of seeing only positive reviews. As someone who has been there, I can attest that the owners manipulate feedback by flagging every negative review. The owners dismiss legitimate concerns raised by various patients and their loved ones as "cyber stalking," when they are merely sharing their experiences. It's important that these negative reviews are not deleted to ensure transparency. The business in question can be located through a Google search for "Kinder in the Keys, Key Largo, Florida."

My previous phone malfunctioned, so I bought a temporary one. But, when trying to access my Google account on the new phone, it claims not to recognize the device. As a result, I am unable to retrieve my contacts and precious photos from the old phone. It has compelled me to create a new account, which I'd rather not do. Please assist me in accessing my original account, [redacted]

I use Google Voice at [redacted] to forward calls to my devices and new landline. While verifying my new landline with Google Voice, I pressed the wrong button, halting the process. I attempted verification through the website but encountered an error prompting me to verify another number. I am frustrated with this situation. This is a Google issue. It is unacceptable that there is no contact number provided for assistance. Google updated my information without my consent in the middle of the night, causing me to lose around [redacted] important emails. I have been unable to access my contacts due to an unrecognized phone number change. I have dedicated weeks to resolving this problem and discovered that many others are facing the same issue, according to Apple. Google should be held accountable for this disruption.

I had posted reviews based on my personal experiences on Google for three years. Recently, all three of my reviews for Smile Dental Group, Emerald Dental, and Jennifer Cote disappeared. I would like my reviews to be visible to the public again. When I tried reposting them, they disappeared within seconds. I recall enabling location as I am a local guide, and since then, no one can view my reviews. I would appreciate it if my reviews could be permanently reinstated. Thank you.

I have noticed that my Google account has had 2 Factor Verification enabled since its creation in [redacted]. I received a confirmation email back in [redacted] congratulating me on enabling this security feature. However, I recently discovered some unauthorized logins on my account a few months ago. Although I've since changed my password, I realized that the 2 Factor Verification texts only date back to April, while I have emails about logins going back years. I have always been the only one with access to my phone, and I receive emails about new device logins indicating they are not trusted devices. I'm unsure if I can fully trust that Google has been protecting my account with 2 Factor Verification since [redacted]. Can I rely on this feature to secure my account, or has there possibly been a lapse in its functionality?

I am having difficulty keeping my Google account password due to changes related to my school portfolio. It's frustrating to have to change it frequently for online courses. I'm struggling to access my account from my tablet and school portfolio. The verification process is time-consuming, hindered me from accessing my account, and made it inconvenient for me to log in. I simply wish to maintain my current password for ease of access.

My friend's contact list was unknowingly hacked. I received a text message asking to buy three $[redacted] Google Play cards for a grandchild's birthday. Naively, I followed the instructions and sent the card numbers to who I thought was my friend. Later I realized it was a scam. My Mastercard and Lifelock confirmed it, but now I can't get my $[redacted] refunded. Can Google assist in any way? It is disheartening to fall victim to such scams in today's impersonal society, especially at 76 years old.

Hello Google support team, I am encountering an issue while attempting to change my Gmail account password. Despite following the provided instructions, I have been unsuccessful. My Gmail is currently logged in on both my phone and laptop. I also set up a new account ([redacted]) with an alternate email address. At present, I am managing tasks primarily from my mobile device. Kindly assist in resolving this matter promptly as my project deadlines are approaching next week. I am willing to provide any necessary identification verification if required.

I am unable to access my account as my boyfriend accessed my phone and modified the passwords for my Google, iCloud, and Facebook accounts. He also altered the security questions and changed the phone number associated with the accounts to his own. This has made it incredibly challenging for me to regain access. Due to a difficult breakup where my ex-boyfriend even resorted to threats and vandalism, including taking my phone and stalking me at work, there is now a federal case ongoing. I have gathered evidence, such as videos of him stalking me, and the authorities are involved. I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my accounts.
