I received a security alert email that indicating a new device signed in to my account. My last password did not work when I tried to sign in to check the activity, nor did a few other possibilities I tried. I clicked the forgot password link and received the message to call administrator. They were unable to help. **To resolve this, can you give me more info about the activity that would be available if I remembered my correct password, or otherwise help me fix this so I am not concerned about a potential breach? Many thanks!!

I had to enter the email from another portal to be able to change my password. Cumbersome and non-sensical, but if your email is funneled to another platform, your administrator can only help you if you access it from *their* web portal.
