I recently purchased an Android phone, and when I synced my Google and Facebook accounts to it, I encountered a problem. The phone number assigned to me was previously used by someone else. Consequently, when I tried to enter this number into my Facebook account, it was deemed invalid as it was already linked to another account. Now that I have switched to an iPhone, I am unable to transfer any data from my old Android device since the service is no longer active. Unfortunately, I can't remember my passwords for Facebook or Google, and I no longer have access to the old email or phone number associated with the accounts. This situation is causing me considerable frustration, and I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my Facebook and Google accounts.

I am finding outdated news from about a decade ago resurfacing prominently in search results about me, which is misleading. The incident involves a dispute at an arena with an off-duty sheriff over seating, leading to unfounded allegations and legal expenses. Despite this being resolved years ago, it continues to rank high on search engines, overshadowing my current positive endeavors in design, construction, volunteering, and writing. This outdated information, primarily focusing on a negative past incident, unfairly impacts my reputation and even affects my credit rating according to Experian. I am not requesting deletion but seek a more accurate chronological representation online to reflect my current activities and character better. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I am facing difficulty accessing my accounts after my wife passed away. I used her phone number as a backup, and I updated it with my new number. However, Google has locked me out of all my accounts, including my Gmail. I just need to regain access to my accounts. One of her accounts was under the email dorisnellie@ gmail.com, and another was Toni-evan85@yahoo. I would like to update my new number [redacted] as the backup for these accounts. Thank you. I have been informed that I have been hacked, and then I was told it would cost me $[redacted] to recover my Google account. I rely on Google to protect me from such incidents. Unfortunately, I have lost all my contacts, pictures, and emails, which are crucial to me as I live on a limited income from social security. I am struggling to even afford basic necessities like food and rent. The loss of my family contacts, especially pictures of my grandbabies who were adopted, and medical information is devastating. It's unfair that I have to pay to retrieve my account from hackers, while they continue to enjoy causing harm to others online. I feel helpless and just want my life back.

I am the proprietor of a Remedial Massage Business named "Health Ascension", which has been updated to "Health Ascension Massage and Products". It has caused confusion as old listings persist for "Health Ascension" and "Health Ascension Massage", leading clients to the wrong locations in Nambour, Maroochydore, Buderim, and Dulong. Hello Google Support, I created an email account for my daughter, Skye, when she was just 1 year old. Over the past 7 years, I have been using this account to send her messages, photos, and event details. I have tried to recover the account, but I can't recall the password. I recently changed my password and it has caused a problem. I am 73 years old and I play Pokémon but no longer drive. My daughter and granddaughter access my account to help me with the game, but they are unable to log in after I changed my password. I trust only them with my account. All my programs, including Gmail, are not working now. I am not tech-savvy and cannot call for assistance, so reaching out here is my only option. I have relied on my Mobile Ironworks application for work for over three years on my Samsung device. However, around two months ago, the app stopped working. They requested a copy of my license and credit card for verification purposes, but the credit card they are asking for is no longer in use. After updating my card information, I was then asked to provide a copy of my license and a bank statement with the same address. Unfortunately, my license has my home address while the statement shows my son's address due to mail theft concerns. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve this issue as there is no live person to assist me, only automated responses. I even purchased a new Samsung device to try and fix the problem, but it persists. If this is not resolved soon, I may have to switch to an iPhone, which I find frustrating considering my preference for Gmail and Google services.

I am currently unable to access my Google account and email as the passwords have been changed. Additionally, my Google Authenticator is not providing accurate codes. The individual who changed the passwords also switched my recovery phone number to my home landline instead of my cell phone. I have been trying to recover my accounts without success, facing issues with authentication codes, recovery methods, and signing into Google and my emails. As a result, my two-step verification is not functioning. Despite attempting the online instructions, I have encountered obstacles and am unsure of the next steps. Today, my phone broke, and the shattered screen made it unusable. I bought a new phone but couldn't use it without signing into my Gmail account. Due to a forgotten complicated password after a security alert last year, I'm now stuck in the Google recovery process. Despite having access to my backup email, I've been directed to a "recovery team" with a 3-5 day wait time. This delay is causing significant setbacks for my work, impacting my business. I am having trouble accessing my account despite having access to my backup email that I added a while ago. The additional security measures due to my VPN usage are causing issues. I am unable to use my phone number to verify due to it being from TextNow. I cannot afford a new phone at the moment. I have the correct password and access to my backup email, so I don't understand why I am being locked out. This situation is frustrating me, and I would appreciate some assistance with resolving it.

As a licensed attorney in Ohio, a purported relative of a defendant has recently posted a negative review about my law firm, making false allegations of criminal behavior. This review, attributed to Amanda Cisererlli, is misleading as we have no records of any interaction with this individual. The review also contains my personal address which is not publicly listed, causing concern for my family's safety. The post lacks any factual basis and seems intended to intimidate and defame me and my firm. I kindly request Google to promptly remove this and similar reviews.

There is an artist named Luis Navarro, also known as P3P3, whose verification I believe should be reevaluated due to his history of harassment. At SUNY Fredonia, a domestic dispute occurred between Luis and his girlfriend. He restrained her, resulting in physical harm, which was reported to the University Police. Despite false claims from Luis that she was harassing him, there was no evidence to support his accusations, leading to a no-contact order for her protection. Luis also posted a video disclosing private information and making threatening remarks. Furthermore, a song he created contains personal details about his ex-girlfriend. Currently, he is allegedly harassing another individual on Twitter. Considering the evidence provided, I believe his verified status should be reconsidered.

I recently acquired my first cell phone and set up a new password for Google on my home computer. Despite using the same password for my AOL email account, they are not syncing. When trying to reset, it prompts to send a code to my home phone instead of my cell. I prefer to have my email address and new password on both devices. I am having trouble logging into my account. I have attempted various methods, including trying to reset my password and providing my previous password. I received a verification code on my phone but then got stuck when asked for a recovery email that I don't remember setting up around 1 year ago. Furthermore, I couldn't recall the exact date when I created the account, as it was about 5-6 years ago. I also tried using another email and received a verification code, but Google still could not verify my ownership. I have all the necessary proof to confirm this account is mine. I'm having trouble sending emails to [redacted] Every time I try, I receive an error message stating "there was a problem delivering your message to [redacted] See the technical details below, or try resending in a few minutes. The response from the remote server was: server temporarily unavailable." It usually takes multiple attempts before the email finally goes through. This issue only occurs with this specific email address. Gmail has mentioned that the problem is not on their end and suggested reaching out to you for assistance. I recently had to buy a new phone after mine was stolen, so I went through the process of logging back into all my accounts, including my Gmail at [redacted] which I created in March [redacted]. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall my password during the Google account recovery. Despite providing the creation date, an email for contact, and verifying the code, I was still unable to regain access. Hello, I am the owner of I.T.M. service, a computer-web design company based in Belgrade, Serbia. Recently, a reviewer named Mr. Milos Mihajlovic, whom I have never interacted with, left a 1-star rating on Google without any feedback. This individual seems to have left similar ratings on other computer service websites as well where we have not rendered any services to him. I believe this could be an attempt to tarnish our reputation or even an act of extortion. I have already tried flagging this review as spam, but there has been no response yet. I am reaching out to inquire about expediting the review process. Additionally, I would like to know what measures can be taken by business owners like us to combat such baseless reviews and potential extortion practices. While we value customer feedback, it is challenging when we haven't even engaged with the individual in question.
