I encountered download issues due to having too many apps on my device. In a rush, I factory reset it and then attempted to restore from a backup. However, I had forgotten my password for my email account, which is linked to crucial aspects of my life including my business, money cards, and important apps. I've been trying tirelessly to recover the account, but I'm unable to recall the specific month and year I created it to proceed with the recovery process. This situation is hindering me from checking on posts I made on Craigslist and accessing funds connected to my account through a prepaid card and PayPal. I can provide verification of ownership with my name, Nicholas A., phone number [redacted], and even my social security number. I have a picture of myself on Facebook for further confirmation, but unfortunately, I cannot access it due to this issue. Resolving this matter is urgent as it impacts my business partnerships and financial transactions.

I can't access my email account because I forgot my password. I've been following the recovery steps, answering all the questions, and even inputting the verification code sent to my phone number on the account, yet I keep getting denied. They also sent a code to the provided email, which I entered, but it was still not accepted. The only challenging question for me is the account creation date, which I believe was approximately between [redacted] to [redacted]. This is my fourth time addressing the same issue, and I apologize if it seems repetitive. Recently, I made a typo in my age while updating my account information, which led to my account being disabled. After rectifying the mistake, I returned to log on to YouTube to manage my channel and upload videos after a 5-6 month hiatus, only to discover that my account had supposedly violated the terms of service. This is puzzling to me since my account was previously disabled. Prior to the account disablement, during a SPONGEBOB 24/7 LIVE STREAM, a bot was promoting inappropriate content, causing concerns among viewers. I intervened to warn against engaging with such content due to its inappropriate nature, but my actions might have been misinterpreted. I hope for a resolution as I enjoy creating videos and prefer not to be wrongly accused. Thank you.

This morning my Gmail account got hacked. I received a notification regarding suspicious activity and took immediate action by resetting my password and verifying my identity. However, I'm now locked out of my YouTube account. I don't normally upload content, just watch videos, and had saved my payment details there. I sent in an appeal, but it seems like it was denied without a proper review, stating a breach of community guidelines. I understand the concern, but I genuinely didn't engage in any such activity. Dear Sir, In my account [redacted], suddenly I started receiving photos of other girls, which I promptly deleted. Later, when I checked my phone in the evening, half of my photos were deleted, assuming it must have been a similar incident. However, when I opened my account at night, all the photos were gone. Please, sir, someone might be misusing my account, please check and if possible, restore all my photos. Thanks

I performed a factory data reset on my phone and now I can't recall the password to access my Karen on the cloud at Google. I am unable to sign in anywhere to recover my password and access my contact list. Although I know the answers to my security questions, I can't find an option to input them. I'm stuck without access until this is resolved. Please provide me with my password so I can regain access to my Google account. I can provide all the necessary information to verify my identity.

I noticed some transactions were made from my account on 10/06/[redacted] and throughout that whole weekend. I contacted my bank to reclaim the money, but they directed me to reach out to Google Play. I have emailed Google Play detailing the issue, but I am still awaiting a response. As of today, I have not received my money back as the bank requires further evidence to verify that the transactions were not authorized by me.

I have been noticing multiple unauthorized charges on my account in the past six months, resulting in the loss of hundreds of dollars. Despite filing a dispute a few weeks ago, which unfortunately was denied, I find myself in the same situation with another unauthorized charge now appearing on my account. This ongoing issue is incredibly frustrating, especially as a single mother who cannot afford to have someone using my account without permission. I have already changed my bank card twice in an attempt to stop these unauthorized charges, but they persist. I only use my account for essential expenses like bills and groceries, not for services like Google Play. It is unacceptable that I am not being refunded for charges I did not make, and I am becoming increasingly upset by the lack of resolution. I hope there is a way to confirm these charges are not mine or to prevent further unauthorized use of my account.

I allowed a child to play with my phone, and somehow they performed a factory reset. I am a Verizon customer, and I am unable to recall the Gmail account linked to the device. Typically, I use Yahoo for all my communications, but regrettably, I am unable to recollect my password. Yahoo requires a verification code sent to my phone, which I am currently locked out of. When I attempted to access my Verizon account, I also realized I cannot recall the password, although they could send a code. Unfortunately, I am locked out of my phone, and despite reaching out to Verizon, they informed me they are unable to assist, but suggested an upgrade is available. I find myself in quite a predicament and require assistance.

My phone was hacked, and passwords were changed. New profiles appeared with suspicious activity on Facebook, Reddit, and Hangouts, platforms I rarely use except for Facebook. The same happened to my wife. To address this, I factory reset my phone. However, when I tried to log back into Google, I realized my password had been altered, preventing me from accessing my account. Despite numerous recovery attempts, I've been unsuccessful. My wife receives a code which I enter, but the system prompts me for the account creation date which I can't recall. I've tried entering a date, but it still doesn't recognize me. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I need help with our YouTube account linked to our school's Google account. We've been informed that it will be deleted on July 10 unless we update the primary owner. However, the instructions provided both via email and online have not been helpful as the "Manage Permissions" section does not have a down arrow or any options next to the Primary Owner's name. We are at risk of losing all the work from 20 classes over the past year. Please assist us urgently!

I made two in-game purchases on the G5 game app "Hidden City" for ruby packs. These are necessary to play the game. I received all the rubies from the $19.99 pack, but only half of what I purchased from the $9.99 pack. I have already contacted customer support, providing both receipts and a screenshot of the game screen to prove my case. Despite this, I have not received the missing rubies. I have been experiencing a significant issue with the placement of my house on Google Maps. It is currently showing up incorrectly on 2 Prides Lane in Rockport, MA [redacted], about a quarter of a mile away from the actual location. This mistake has caused me numerous daily inconveniences as I have to constantly step in to assist delivery drivers, home service providers, and guests who rely on Google Maps for directions. Despite reporting this problem through Google Earth, nothing has been done to rectify it. I urgently request that this error be fixed promptly or that my house be removed from the inaccurate maps. I'm currently attempting to assist my elderly parents in regaining access to their primary e-mail Google account for the second time. The initial attempt to recover the account was unsuccessful, leading us to create a new one in January. Strangely, the recently created account is now displaying an error message for an incorrect password, despite no changes made by my parents. I'm struggling with the remote recovery process, causing quite a bit of frustration.

My friend, Iris C., is struggling to recover her Google password as she no longer has access to her Earthlink email, which was linked to her Google Drive account. While she was able to receive a recovery email at her current Comcast email address, she is at a standstill since she cannot prove ownership of the Earthlink or Google Drive accounts. My account was hacked and was connected to my Facebook and Yahoo accounts. Unfortunately, I can't recover it using those options as my phone number was changed right before this happened, and I didn't update it in my account. I can no longer access my old phone number. Please assist me in resolving this issue as my deceased son's pictures are on there, and they are very important to me.
