I attempted to list my business on Google by following their verification process, which involved receiving a 5-digit code by mail. After receiving and entering the code, I was informed that my listing was a duplicate, which was not the case. I tried to create a new listing with the same information, received another code, and successfully verified it today. However, shortly after confirming that my business is open, my listing was suspended. I am encountering multiple issues with Google's verification process and need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I encountered an issue when trying to register on a website. The error messages I received are related to a high number of applications being processed and exceeding the number of unsuccessful attempts at captcha solutions. This problem seems to occur regularly at a specific time. I was advised that purchasing a dedicated IP address might resolve this issue. I am looking for recommendations on the best dedicated IP to use. While others can log in and work on the site without any issues, I am unable to do so. I am interested in purchasing a dedicated IP for browsing.

I frequently lose my phone, which is frustrating because I have valuable data on it. When it goes missing, I often forget my passwords. The support team at [redacted] promised to contact me within 3 to 5 business days but has not followed through. I have invested time and money into games and other apps, only to have Google lock me out of them. I have multiple Google accounts with important information that I cannot access. I want my financial records to consider taking legal action. Most importantly, I want my photos, poems, and contacts back. Some of my email accounts include [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], with [redacted] as my recovery email for nine years, except during my time at ITT Tech.

I recently changed my Gmail password on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ nine days ago. However, I am unable to access my account now as I am unsure if I have forgotten the new password. I noticed that a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active has accessed my account, which I removed once but it reappeared. Unfortunately, I cannot remove it now due to the password issue. My Gmail account is almost a decade old without any prior problems. Initially, my password was "death2me," but as a security measure, I changed it to "Aaronjames20." Strangely, it was changed back to "Death2me92" the next day, prompting me to change it again. Today, I attempted to log in on my laptop without success. I mistakenly changed my Gmail password while trying to change my Facebook password on my phone. After a few days, I attempted to log in on my computer where my info was saved, but it showed an error saying I changed my password 7 days ago. I don't recall the accidental change and now can't access my Google account on the computer. The phone app still works, but I'm getting a new phone soon and worry I won't be able to log in. I tried account recovery, provided my phone number, and received a code, but Gmail kept asking for more details like my school's name. After answering questions and providing my boyfriend's email for a code, Google said my account is under review and will email my boyfriend within 3-5 business days. The email is crucial, and I need urgent access. Please assist with this matter promptly.

I am encountering an issue with blocking certain sites from my Gmail account. Although I attempt to block these sites, they continue to send me emails. I would appreciate it if this could be resolved so that the sites are unable to email me once blocked. Additionally, when providing feedback through the help section, I lose the ability to use the microphone for voice typing. I am frustrated because when I tried to search for information about the number of tourist deaths in the U.S., Google kept directing me to news about the Dominican Republic, where my family is from. I feel like Google is perpetuating misinformation by not providing the information I was looking for. I believe that providing accurate information should be a priority for Google, especially considering the current negative publicity surrounding the D.R. and the unfair speculation about the safety of tourists there. Despite the FBI finding no evidence of foul play in the D.R., Google's search results only seem to highlight the negative news. I wish Google would prioritize information over sensationalism. I had a J-3 phone active on Boost Mobile and was waiting to unlock my S7 to use on the same plan. Impatient to switch to the S7, I downloaded TextNow and Google Voice apps to forward calls. After successfully activating the S7 with my number and deleting everything from the J3, I can no longer receive phone calls, as callers get a "call rejected" message. Although I can still make and receive messages, calls are not coming through. I don't recall the Gmail accounts linked to those apps. I even reset the S7 and changed the number, but the issue persists. I need assistance in fixing this problem.

Good Afternoon, I am Alma Valdes-Hidalgo. Recently, I was in a car accident where I was not at fault. Despite my certainty about not causing the accident, the other party is denying responsibility. This situation has left me frustrated and in tears, as I am facing the prospect of paying for my car damages. The police determined the accident to be without fault due to conflicting stories. Financially, I am struggling to make ends meet, especially with an 8-month-old to care for. I am reaching out to inquire if it is possible to obtain an image from Google Earth from June 27, [redacted], between 7:00-8:00 am. I believe my traffic signal was green at the intersection of sw 127th Ave & sw 248th st. Having this image would serve as evidence to prove my innocence to the insurance companies and show that I was a victim in this situation. I have been unable to access my account for over a year now, first living in San Diego, CA, and then moving to Spokane, Washington. I have tried numerous passwords I have used in the past year and a half without success. Last week, I reset all my passwords due to a security concern with one of my Gmail accounts being accessed from a suspicious device. However, the next day at work, my LG V30+ phone factory reset itself. I'm having trouble accessing my emails as I usually rely on being signed in and didn't write down the passwords. I have updated my phone number multiple times, but it doesn't seem to save. I'm looking for ways to prove ownership of my accounts other than my phone number and the account creation date. I can provide old security questions or past passwords if needed. Google Photos auto backup saved my pictures, including those of my deceased dog and family, but I can't access them without signing in. I hope the Google Support Team can assist me as a loyal customer who values Google services over Apple products. I always recommend Google to others and would appreciate their help with this issue.

I am reaching out to request a refund for my in-game purchases. Despite contacting the game developers, my request has been ignored. I reported a player for cheating and using inappropriate language in the game, where he went as far as using my real picture with inappropriate content drawn on it as his profile image. This kind of bullying, harassment, and theft is unacceptable. I have documented evidence with screenshots to support my claims. The developers have failed to take action against the player and have even allowed the use of third-party services for in-game advantages. Due to these circumstances, I no longer enjoy playing the game and am seeking a refund as a result of the lack of customer care from the developers.

I have been dealing with another individual who shares my email address for approximately a year now. Whenever I receive emails intended for this person, I normally mark them as spam. However, recently I have received emails from AT&T regarding an account opened in her name, not mine. I don't believe this is fraudulent activity, rather a mix-up due to us sharing the same email address. My email address is "*****@***.com" and the other individual using it is Shirley from North Carolina, based on information from various applications she has submitted. It appears this confusion may stem from my long-standing use of this email. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate and resolve this issue for me.

My cell phone was stolen, but I found it using "find my phone." However, the person who took it set up a pattern lock since I didn't have one before. I had to factory reset my phone due to this. Now, after the reset, I can't log in to my Google account for 24 hours. Even though I waited longer than 24 hours, I'm still unable to access my phone. I followed all the steps correctly, waited 27 1/2 hours, and removed the battery. I'm frustrated and need this issue resolved promptly. I've been a long-time user of their services, and I want this fixed immediately. Thank you.

Dealing with short-term memory challenges resulting from multiple traumatic brain injuries sustained in car accidents has made keeping up with technological advancements extremely daunting. Remembering emails, usernames, and passwords proves to be a constant struggle. Despite my efforts to write these down, locating the information when needed becomes an exhausting task, often leading to frustration and a sense of helplessness due to memory deficits. Communicating this struggle to individuals immersed in the high-tech world proves to be challenging as they may not fully grasp the extent of my difficulties and the impact it has on my daily life. I'm experiencing issues with my Google Voice on my Dell Chromebook. After recently getting my Dell repaired, it seems like there might be an update problem affecting the functionality. I have visited the Google Voice community support page and noticed that others are facing similar issues. Specifically, on my Chromebook, I cannot hear the phone ring or the other person on the line, although they can hear me. Dell tech support was unable to assist, and the provided phone number led me to prerecorded messages directing me to online resources, which have not resolved the problem. During my vacation, my phone was locked by my cousins and I need help to recover it. I can't access my Gmail account, which is vital for my social media. I need help recovering my Google account, [redacted] I was arrested in Louisiana in February and my trusted laptop with 2-step verification was stolen. The phone I used for 2-step verification was shut off, so I can't receive messages. I've tried to recover my account online without success. I've had this account since May [redacted] and it contains irreplaceable pictures and files dating back 20 years. I have another computer that I was previously logged into Google on, but since I was in jail for almost 6 months, I'm now unable to access it due to 2-step verification. I changed my password in January before my arrest and can provide details such as past passwords, contacts on Google Voice, and files in Google Drive for verification. I have some files from my Drive on my computer, but I can't access them. I appreciate any assistance you can provide, as this situation is causing me considerable stress.

I have been given the Gmail address by an elderly lady whom I need to contact urgently, but unfortunately she appears to have written it down incorrectly somewhere as the Gmail server does not recognize it. I meant to attach it here but see no opportunity to add a JPEG attachment.
