Hello, I'm Daniel, the creator behind the Hidden Mountain Drum Covers Channel on YouTube. I have been stuck at around 11 to 12 subscribers for quite some time. Despite reaching out to tech support and even contacting Sundar Pichai via email, the improvements made did not last. I simply desire to have a standard YouTube channel without any issues. There's a viewer named "Masha" from the "Gentle Whispering" channel who seems to follow me around YouTube. I suspect she may have ties to YouTube/Google based on her interactions and the lack of progress on my channel. Additionally, a woman named Denise Ann McNeff, a relative of mine, has been engaging in defamation that might also be impacting my channel. Could you please thoroughly investigate these security concerns on my HMDC Channel and ensure that there is no unwanted influence or stalking happening? I was advised by someone named "Adrean" at Google to report such incidents, hence why I am reaching out here for assistance. As a long-time Google customer, I recently purchased a new Google Pixel phone. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing issues with my Google account. It keeps logging me out and requires me to reset my password every time I try to access my email. This has been very frustrating as even after resetting the password, it doesn't accept it, causing me to create a new one each time. Two days ago, I encountered a new problem where it wouldn't let me reset my password due to no eligible device for notifications. Verizon suggested adding my phone number to my Google account, but I can't do this because I can't sign in. I've tried the "other ways" option on the sign-in page, where a code is sent via text for verification, but even after successfully providing the code and verification email from my husband, I am told my identity can't be verified. This has led to multiple failed attempts, leaving me unable to access my email. I desperately need assistance as not having access to my email is impacting my ability to handle important matters, especially as I'm in the process of closing on a new home. I recently lost access to my old email account, which was connected to a phone I no longer use. I've been trying to remember the password without any luck. This Gmail account stored precious pictures of my first son who sadly passed away in [redacted]. Recovering this account is crucial as it contains invaluable memories of my late son. My name is Casey Ryan Sheley, and the email could be either [redacted] or [redacted] Unfortunately, I'm unsure about the passwords. My wife, DC, also no longer has access to her email, DC [redacted], which should be linked to the same drive/gallery with photos of our son. I forgot my password and can't recover it because I also forgot my backup email. When I tried to verify on my iPhone, I received a code (G-[redacted]) and it asked for my backup email, but I don't remember it since I used the wrong email initially. My gmail is linked to my outlook mail, and I can't access my outlook mail due to a forgotten password. Upon setting up my outlook mail linked to Google, a code pkwxzzrxlgnjamis was generated, and I'm unsure where it fits in. I just want to change my Google password for [redacted], tied to my iPhone. I recently received an email claiming to be from me, stating that my account was being closed due to a request I never made. I want to clarify that I did not initiate this account termination process. This fraudulent email is attempting to deceive me. I have never contacted account support regarding this matter before today, and the email seems to be originating from the United States. Thank you.

Two weeks ago, my Netflix account linked to my Gmail was hacked twice from Brazil and Egypt. I also got an email about my Microsoft account being compromised, but I wasn't sure if it was legitimate. Netflix advised me to change my passwords, so I updated my passwords for both Netflix and Gmail. However, today I got another notification that my Microsoft account was breached. I've since changed that password too. I wonder if my email is still compromised. Just in case, I'm providing my secondary email [redacted] for communication, but the hacked account is [redacted]

Hello, I am reaching out from Lesotho Electricity Company (LEC) as the Network Administrator. Our domain lec.co.ls, with the public address "41.[redacted].[redacted].67," was previously blacklisted due to security issues that have since been resolved. Although we are no longer blacklisted, we are encountering an issue accessing google.com. Upon trying to connect, the error message "This page can't be displayed" appears, instructing us to enable TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings. Despite adjusting these settings as advised, we are still unable to access google.com. This setback is impacting our business negatively as we cannot utilize Google's resources effectively. I had my husband's Google account, my account, and my son's accounts on my phone. I wanted to remove my phone from my husband's account but mistakenly clicked on "permanently delete this device from this account" which resulted in my phone doing a factory reset. This action deleted all my photos, videos, audios, memos, downloads, and many other files from my phone. Google's ability to cause such data loss with a single click is concerning. Google should assist in restoring my data as deleting a device from an account shouldn't erase all data from the phone. I request the recovery and restoration of all the deleted information on my phone.

My ex-boyfriend has been stalking me for about five years by creating a Google account with a specific tag that allows him to hack into any device I use. Whenever I create a new email address, he somehow receives the new login information in his inbox. He can track my movements, conversations, and even bring up private text messages. I have tried to seek help from Google and Apple but have not received any assistance. Verizon noticed unusual activity on my account in February [redacted] when my bills skyrocketed, and they eventually had to remove the charges. I urgently need all emails containing my information and links to be deleted, and I want better protection for my data to prevent further intrusion. I feel like my life is being controlled by him, and I just want this to stop.

For the past week, I have been struggling to access my internet because my Gmail account is outdated. Despite my efforts over the last four days, I have been unable to retrieve my account. While I managed to reactivate my Google and AT&T accounts on my new computer and add my cell phone, I have had no luck with Gmail. I cannot recall the month and year of opening the account. None of the passwords seem to work, and the verification process has been inconsistent in sending me passcodes and contacting me within the stipulated time frame. I recently purchased a new phone due to harassment. It seems I was hacked, and I no longer have access to my old phone number. I've kept my Boost account but with a new number. The problem is I can't verify my account since I lack access to the old phone number. Before getting my new phone, I factory reset the old one, which resulted in losing access to my recovery email, [redacted], and [redacted] I need to access my account, [redacted], as it contains crucial information. When searching for my name, Scott Auwema, on search engines, outdated information portraying me as Australia's most wanted individual emerges. Despite being acquitted of all charges in South Australia in [redacted], these false allegations continue to cause defamation and hinder my job prospects. I urge for the removal of these misleading search results to reclaim my reputation and livelihood. Despite numerous online posts recognizing my innocence and lack of charges, negative content remains dominant in search results when looking up my name.

Approximately two months ago, my car was stolen along with my phone inside. I have replaced my phone, but I am unable to access my old Gmail account because I cannot recall the password. When I try to reset it through Google security, I am not directed to the security questions I originally set up, such as my father's name. Without access to this part of the security questions, I am unable to recover my account. If it is possible for you to assist me in reaching this section of my security questions, I believe I can regain access to my account. If necessary, I can provide a photo ID for verification. Hello - I recently updated my email password and then forgot it. After multiple failed login attempts, I got locked out of my account and received an email from Google stating: "Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we could not verify ownership of [redacted] In order to protect the account's security, we are unable to return access at this time." I am concerned about losing this account as it holds many important emails accumulated over the years. I am uncertain of the exact account creation date, somewhere between [redacted] and [redacted]. Is there a way for Google to request additional verification like my electricity or internet provider account details to confirm ownership of the email address? I have been experiencing issues with someone using my email address, "[redacted]," for about one year now. I have received emails intended for a woman named Shirley from at&t regarding an account, which I believe was opened using my email address by mistake. I do not suspect fraud, but it seems like we both share the same email address. Shirley appears to reside in North Carolina based on the applications she has submitted for various purchases or services. I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] account on my desktop computer. Despite numerous attempts using the recovery pin sent to my phone, I have been unsuccessful. I established this Gmail account in March [redacted], as indicated by the welcome email I received. While I can access the account on my phone, I am unable to do so on any other device. I have also tried to recover the account using my work email for verification, but with no success. I recently received a recovery code via email, which I entered along with the creation date of the account, but I received a message stating that Google could not confirm my ownership of the account.

Good morning, I am experiencing issues signing into my Google account on my HTC M10 phone. Every time I attempt to sign in, I receive messages like "You are signed out of your Google account. Please sign in." After entering my email and password, I continue to encounter errors such as "Something went wrong while signing in" or "There has been a problem signing into your account." This problem is recent as I used to sign in with ease and stay logged in. Due to this, I am unable to access Google Play Store or use the YouTube application.
