I am assisting an elderly neighbor who is over 80 years old with her computer issues. Yesterday, while trying to adjust her screen for email, I encountered an issue with resetting Chrome due to her forgotten email password. Despite attempting Chrome's password reset suggestions and providing my email address multiple times to receive the code, I was unable to successfully reset her password. I need assistance either retrieving her current email password or enabling me to create a new one for her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently had to replace my broken tablet and unfortunately forgot the password to my Google account during the set-up process, causing me to be locked out of all my accounts for the last 12 days. This became a major issue while I was on vacation and needed the device, particularly when I was in Vegas for the World Series of Poker. I had to quickly create a new account on the spot to register for the event. Despite attempting to use the security code from the recovery email, I was unsuccessful and now with a new phone number due to a previous extortion attempt, I am unable to receive verification codes. It has been a frustrating experience, and I am in need of assistance to resolve this ongoing problem. For further clarification, please reach out to me at my new number at [redacted].

I have been dealing with numerous password issues lately. I often have to create new passwords because I can't reuse old ones. I have been experiencing problems with accessing my Google account through Google Chrome. Even using it as a guest is not working. I am looking for assistance because my password manager has crashed and I am unable to access my account on Chrome. I am willing to provide any necessary information to regain access, as I have many important pictures stored in that account. I prefer speaking with a real person for support. Thank you. - M.S.

I am experiencing issues with my accounts due to identity theft and unauthorized access by Monika Mills. She has taken control of my various accounts and devices, including my iCloud, email, Google, Apple, Facebook, Samsung, and Boost Mobile. Despite filing complaints with authorities, the situation persists. My contact information and addresses, as well as phone numbers associated with my devices, have been compromised. Monika has tampered with my accounts, reset passwords, and even harassed me over the phone. I seek to regain control of my accounts and block her from further accessing them. I am currently working on restoring service to my phone numbers while taking steps to secure my Google accounts. - Lorrine Adamore

I am encountering an issue with adding my Gmail account to Microsoft Outlook. Despite enabling IMAP, allowing less secure app login, ensuring SSL is ticked, and trying various other troubleshooting steps found online, I continue to receive the error message, "Something went wrong. Try again later." I have also attempted to add the Gmail account to Windows Mail, but to no avail. Fortunately, my Gmail webmail is functioning properly, with emails sending and receiving without any problems. All my saved folders are secure; however, they do not appear in my Microsoft Outlook client for Office [redacted] 32-bit (Product ID: 00[redacted]3-[redacted]-AA361). I have attempted to resolve this issue by repairing MS Outlook and restoring defaults, yet the problem persists. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

My Chromebook screen went black with a buffering sign for a while, and when it finally loaded, it looked different. I had to sign in again, noticed my screen saver and photo were missing. After entering my details, the widgets came back but looked different. The design changed, making me worry if my computer crashed or was hacked. I tried reaching a real person through various numbers, but only encountered automated voices for an hour. What bothers me the most is that my Downloads folder appears empty, showing "Nothing to See Here." I had many pictures there. I'm feeling frustrated and confused.

I'm James F McFarland and I recently purchased a one-year membership for UFC Fight [redacted] on June 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, our new 4K Vizio TV doesn't support your programming, and I was unable to watch the fight that I paid for with my Visa Card ending in [redacted]. I've attempted to request a refund through Play.Google.Com/Refund and Play.Google.Com/Account, but both sites indicate no purchase was made, preventing me from proceeding with a refund request. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful. Contacting your call center hasn't been helpful either, as I couldn't reach a real person. I am requesting a full refund on my Visa Card and hope to avoid such inconveniences in the future by listing incompatible equipment. If I don't hear back by Thursday, I plan to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office for Nebraska. You can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]

Hello, I recently formatted my phone and tried to set it up again with my email [redacted], but unfortunately, I forgot my password. I attempted to recover my password, but I was unable to receive the code through any of my email addresses. As a solution, I created a new Gmail account to try to regain access to my Google and Gmail accounts. However, Google rejected my attempt to change the password, claiming I wasn't the rightful owner of the account. Currently, I am in the Philippines, originally from the USA, and after installing Google, I am experiencing location-based issues as the Play Store now reflects the Philippines, restricting me from downloading essential apps. This limitation is causing inconvenience as I had important data stored in the account. I kindly request assistance in restoring access to my account. Thank you for your help.

Frustrating Advertising Experience I have tried to opt out of various ads through settings, but I keep receiving the same ad for the game Rope Around for the past ten hours on Google Play. I am extremely frustrated and do not want any more game-related ads on the Google Play Store. I find them irritating and nonsensical, especially the one attempting to solve a simple puzzle. I have reached my limit with game ads on the app store and request to stop receiving any advertising related to games on Google Play. It is causing me distress, and I cannot seem to find a way to prevent them despite them being completely irrelevant to my interests. If this is not a representative from Google Support, please guide me to someone who can effectively assist me in resolving this issue.

I am experiencing an issue with my contacts after using Google Voice on my friend's Samsung phone. My iPhone contacts synced to Google Voice, and when she deleted some on her phone, it removed them from both Google Voice and my iPhone. Now, I have unknown numbers in my iMessages and lost some contacts. I didn't download the Google Voice app on my iPhone, only used the web version. I am concerned about restoring my contacts without permanently merging her Samsung contacts to my iPhone through a backup. Any assistance on recovering my contacts without relying on a backup would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to bring to your attention the ongoing issue I have been experiencing for over three weeks regarding my website, bonsoulhealing.com. JustHost temporarily disabled my site due to malware infection, displaying a security warning from Google indicating a deceptive site ahead. To resolve this, I have had my site reactivated by JustHost after cleaning the malicious files with SiteLock. JustHost initially scanned the site, located infected files, temporarily suspended the site, and SiteLock conducted a detailed scan to clean the infected area. After cleaning and implementing a firewall for protection, SiteLock confirmed the site was healthy. Following a final scan by JustHost to ensure no malware remained, my service was reactivated. Despite this, the security error message persists, and I urgently require it to be removed. Additionally, I need any restrictions on my email accounts ([redacted] & [redacted]) lifted since my site is now secure and services with JustHost have been restored. Thank you for addressing this promptly. For further information, please contact me directly at [redacted].

I have a Fortnite account that I logged out of, thinking I knew my password. I logged out late on Friday, June 7th, or early Saturday, June 8th. I am the sole user of this account, ([redacted]), without a recovery email or phone number linked. When attempting to recover the account, a security question appeared in Russian, a language I don't understand, making me suspect possible hacking. I want to regain access to my account to enjoy gaming like other teens. I am unsure of my current password as all my usual ones were unsuccessful, possibly changed. I have exhausted all attempts without success. I just need help retrieving access, securing it with a new password, recovery options, and get back to playing. I hope for assistance in resolving this.

I recently fell victim to a phone and computer hacking scam where I lost $[redacted]. After mistakenly speaking with scammers posing as my bank and Microsoft customer service, I realized my mistake. I reached out to Google for assistance, but so far, no resolution has been provided despite sending them detailed information. I recently discovered that the initial number I called, 1-[redacted], was actually a scam number impersonating Google. I am now seeking help from Google to resolve this issue.

I recently had a falling out with my ex-wife, resulting in her disconnecting my phone from her Verizon account and linking my number to a new device. She seized control of my Google account by changing the password, subsequently altering the passwords for all my social media platforms. As a musician, I rely on communication with my clients, making this situation incredibly challenging. Despite repeated attempts at Google account recovery, I have been unsuccessful in proving ownership. With over $[redacted] in my AdSense account from my YouTube channel with 2k subscribers, I am eager to regain access. I am open to providing any necessary documentation to verify my identity should Google reach out to me.

Hello team, I'm writing on behalf of my uncle, Vadivel, who is a farmer. He had been using a Moto G5 mobile phone signed in with the email address [redacted] that was set up by a mobile shop owner. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any information regarding the recovery mobile number or the email and password associated with this account. Two days ago, without realizing the consequences, he performed a reset on his mobile device, resulting in the loss of all data, including access to his email account. He recalls purchasing the phone in July [redacted], the same month when the email account was created. Fortunately, he has proof that the email address belongs to him because he uploaded numerous photos taken on that mobile device to Google Photos. He is seeking assistance in regaining access to his email account promptly to retrieve important contacts and photos synced with this email. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am Krunal Thakkar from Ahmedabad, India. Yesterday, on 06/13/[redacted], while searching for the customer service number of the Truecaller app on Google, I came across the number +91 [redacted]. Upon calling, the person who answered turned out to be a fraudster. Thinking he was a customer service representative, I ended up giving him my phone pe UPI PIN for a 20rs. transaction, but he managed to drain my entire bank balance. I am concerned about how such fraudulent numbers can be listed on Google, as many people, including myself, trust their listings. I have reported this incident to the cybercrime police and have evidence showing I found the number through Google. I can be reached at [redacted] or +91 [redacted] for further assistance.
