I need help locating my ZTE phone through my Metro carrier. I attempted to use the "Find My Device" and map history features, but it only shows a location from 8 a.m. today, while I actually lost the phone around 11:30 a.m. The phone seems to have synced at 8 p.m. and is connected to the Manheim WI-Fi network at my workplace. I'm hoping that triangulating the sync or the work Wi-Fi connection can help determine its current location. I also tried turning on the location on the phone itself with no success. My email is [redacted], and my name is Brandon N. with a birthday of 6/19/87. For security verification, I recently logged into Google from an Amazon Kindle. The phone is not currently activated with Metro PCS. Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to resolve this issue on my end. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I posted an advertisement on Quikr for acting and modeling a month ago with Amol Dalvi from Mumbai. However, my ad has been mistakenly uploaded on various inappropriate websites including a call girls' site, resulting in unwanted calls. After informing Amol multiple times, he mentioned that other customers had faced the same issue and suggested changing my phone number. I insisted on stopping the ads, but no action has been taken and the ads are still up. I am seeking guidance on resolving this matter as my complaints have not been addressed. Should I consider taking legal action if this continues unresolved?

I recently purchased a Motorola 5 cell phone from Consumer Cellular, but I'm experiencing issues with Google not recognizing my email address. Despite using it regularly, Google claims it's invalid, causing me trouble during the phone setup process. The security questions asked, like my Google account creation date and library card number, feel unnecessary and frustrating. I urgently need my phone to be operational and this situation is causing me distress. My email is vroberts59@gmail. com and I can be reached at my soon-to-be-closed landline number: [redacted].

I recently canceled my LastPass account through Google due to several related issues but now face difficulties changing passwords as my account sites remain in the system. Despite trying to reach out, I have not received a resolution from LastPass and cannot access my accounts. I am an 88-year-old user struggling to navigate online support without direct assistance. LastPass mentioned they were working on it but failed to follow up, leaving me stranded with no access to my passwords. I would appreciate help removing my account sites from LastPass so I can update my passwords and access my online accounts. I am using a Mac mini Apple computer. Kindest regards, Marjorie P. I have had an email account for about 9 or 10 years now. It was hacked, everything was changed. Password was changed, and recovery email was changed. They are sending out things on the internet. I want the account under [redacted] deleted. I have tried everything you have on your recovery page to delete it. But can't when you can't get in it. I am very upset with Google. That my account can get hacked and I can get no one human to help fix the problem. Meanwhile, things that I didn't do and say and send are still going on. This is sad. You say you want to keep our privacy safe, but mine isn't when someone hacked it and is using it besides me. It's been over 8 months I've been trying to delete it with no help from you. This is sad; we trust you to keep it safe. Thank you, - Paul N. Ps. Please help.

I believe my Google Play account has been compromised. In December, Google blocked a hacking attempt, prompting me to change my password. Despite my efforts, today, I discovered my account has been drained. Initially, my movie library remained intact, but when I looked today, "My Library" was missing. Although the movies show in "Transaction History," I cannot access them. I noticed on another attempt today that the "Transaction History" option has disappeared as well. I wonder if the hacker is still active, or if I am facing a technical issue.

I have unfortunately locked myself out of my Google account. I have been attempting to regain access by waiting for my linked phone number to be reassigned. However, this approach has not been successful so far. I have a photo ID as proof of my identity, but I am unable to recall the password I set after changing it from "carterandmadi0414." The phone number associated with the account is [redacted] and my email is [redacted] I established the account around March or maybe closer to May of [redacted], during the time when my baby boy was born. The photos stored in the account are precious memories of my late father, sister, and my child. It is crucial for me to retrieve them. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an ad while using Google that directed me to a vendor named FAXVIN claiming to provide vehicle owner information for $8.95 using a VIN number. After being charged, I realized the owner's name was not available as advertised, leading me to suspect it is a scam. I have initiated a dispute through BOA regarding the charge. I suggest removing this misleading advertisement from Google to prevent others from falling victim as well. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - M.A. McGarrity [redacted]

I've been attempting to delete an email for some time but I'm unable to do so. The system is prompting me to verify the account using an outdated phone number, as it deems the account activity suspicious, even though I have already verified the backup email. Please note that the email I provided for contact purposes is not the one I am attempting to delete. I would like to delete "[redacted]"

My uncle took my phone, and now that she is in jail, I can't access it because she set up a Google password linked to her account. I'm unfamiliar with her details. Can you assist me in unlocking my phone from Google? I have the IMEI number, model number, and all the necessary information. Your help in retrieving my phone would be greatly appreciated.

I misplaced my phone in my sister's car, and luckily my daughter found it. However, when I attempted to log into my Gmail account, my password was not accepted. Upon trying to recover my account, I discovered that my daughter had changed the information to her own, including her phone number and secret recovery question. My Gmail address is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. For security verification, the account asks for the name of my first dog. My daughter's name is Tonya Ximines, also known as Nickey Brown. I am seeking assistance in recovering my Gmail account as all my important photos are stored there.

I recently discovered that my Gmail was compromised. I immediately changed the password, but now I am unable to log in using the new password. The security questions for recovery are not helpful, as the account was created many years ago and I cannot remember the exact date. Additionally, the recovery email address I provided is no longer in use by my friend. I urgently need access to my Gmail account on this computer. I can still receive emails on my smartphone, so communication via Gmail is possible, but accessing the account on this computer is essential for me today.

I've been struggling for 6 weeks with this situation! I only remember my password from 4 months ago. After receiving the verification code, I faced a security question that I believe a hacker created. Despite answering correctly with my first phone number, it was marked as wrong. It's frustrating as I know my account has been compromised. I urgently need assistance to prove my identity and regain access to my photos stored in the account.

My mother's cell phone was recently stolen, and she purchased a new one. Unfortunately, she is unable to access her Gmail account because she does not remember the password; it was saved on her previous phone. We attempted to recover the password, but the reset information is being sent to an old "Suddenlink" account she has not used in years. The security question for password recovery, concerning her first teacher, is not accepting the answer she knows. The question did not specify if it required the first name, last name, or the full name of the teacher. We only encountered this one security question and are unsure if there are more. We tried reaching out to Google for assistance, but they are closed today. If possible, could someone email me to discuss or assist my mom over the phone? She is 76 years old and still adjusting to her new cell phone. Her name is Sarah Jones. Contact information for me: Denise Lambert Email: [redacted] Cell: [redacted]

I urgently need help with accessing my account. Nearly two weeks ago, I was robbed of my phone, which led to being locked out of my Google account. Thankfully, after contacting Google via email and receiving a prompt to create a new secure password, I regained access within 24 hours. However, my friend recently experienced a hacking attempt on his computer, and he advised me to change my password. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall the new password but only the previous one. Despite following Google's account recovery steps and providing necessary information, such as the approximate date of account creation, I haven't received any assistance after trying multiple verification codes. I used my Hotmail account as a recovery email, but Google hasn't responded. This situation is affecting my work and communication, and I'm frustrated by the lack of support this time. Your help in recovering my Gmail account would be greatly appreciated.

Our son accidentally entered the wrong birth year when creating his email account. We recently discovered this mistake and updated it as we got him a new phone. The email address was [redacted] and has been changed to [redacted] under our supervision. We are seeking assistance to gain access to the email account for the purpose of removing it. Unfortunately, the Family Link app we are using also does not allow us to reset his phone.

I've been unable to remember my Google sign-in password for a few months now. I've been using the same Gmail account since late [redacted] or possibly early [redacted]. I have around 8,[redacted] photos stored on Google Photos. I can provide details like past passwords, people I've emailed, and messages received. This account is linked to my Facebook, Pinterest, and Quora. I possess my identification card, wondering if that could help me avoid this trouble as I am struggling to regain access. Unfortunately, I no longer have the phone or the number I used for recovery; the screen went black on that device, and I lost contact with it.

I am currently facing a significant issue. I am in search of a reliable attorney, but in the meantime, I need to address the root cause of my problem. Back in January, I enlisted the services of Local Edge for online support and marketing. Despite my efforts, my business was not appearing in online searches. I repeatedly contacted them (about 20 times), only to be told to give it time. On March 15, I spoke with Lynn Premaverra, who acknowledged the issue with Google flagging the account. However, the problem remains unresolved to this day, with Local Edge consistently attributing it to Google and claiming we are at their mercy. I suspect there may be errors on the website that they are refusing to take responsibility for. This situation has resulted in approximately $50,[redacted] in lost revenue, not to mention the ongoing expenses on ineffective strategies. I have sought assistance from the FTC, and it is imperative that this matter is resolved promptly. I am feeling extremely frustrated and exasperated.
