Since I was in elementary school, my father created my first email account, [redacted] Over time, I set up forwarding to my more official account but have now forgotten the password after almost 15 years. I have tried to recover the account without success and am willing to either regain access or delete it. I can provide the username, age of the account, a few contacts, the original password, and access to emails from the past decade it forwards. Google's automated recovery is not working for me; I need to speak with a live person for assistance.

Account Recovery Assistance Needed: I had my first email account, [redacted], set up by my father when I was in elementary school. Over time, I started forwarding all emails from that account to a more official one. Now, almost 15 years later, I can't remember the password and the automatic recovery process isn't working. I want to either recover the account or delete it. I have the username, approximate age of the account, a few contacts, the original password, and access to emails from the last decade. Google's automated recovery isn't helping; I need to speak with someone to resolve this issue.

My personal information was leaked on a website I was registered on. Upon checking my emails, there are many alert messages regarding password resets. I'm unable to access my [redacted] account. Despite attempting the recovery process, my recovery email is linked to my previous company, from which I've recently moved on. This email is significant to me, holding sentimental value and important data. I still have some old emails on my PC for verification. Additionally, I have three other Google email accounts linked to this one. I kindly request assistance in recovering my mailbox, as it contains personal information and emails from deceased family members.

Why do you assume to know what customers want without consulting us first? I am frustrated by the changes made to the outlook. Age is not a barrier to adaptation - what you presume is best for me may not be true! At 72, I resist the constant alterations made, thinking it serves my interest. I prefer the setup I chose. Imagine if I intruded into your space and altered it without permission. Would you easily accept it as mere resistance to change or demand the restoration of your old system?

My dad passed his old phone on to me, which still had his Gmail account linked to it. Unfortunately, when trying to share some special photos and videos of his late parents from his Google Photos, I encountered an error message saying "we couldn't verify your email." Despite several attempts, I couldn't overcome this issue. Today, when my dad asked for those precious memories, I had to explain I couldn't send them due to the email verification problem. We even attempted using another one of his accounts, but I clarified that each account operates independently. I am seeking assistance to access his account [redacted], so I can retrieve the significant photos and videos for him. These memories are invaluable to my dad as they are the last connection to his parents, and I am determined to help him regain access to them.

I've been experiencing memory issues since my brain injury, particularly struggling with remembering passwords. I often have to create new Google accounts because of verification problems. I change phones and numbers frequently, leading to difficulties accessing my Gmail accounts: [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] The last one is linked to my Lookout mobile security app. Recovering any of these accounts would help me access my Google contacts, which are crucial for me.

On my home computer, I was asked for my password after a couple of years, but the auto-populate feature no longer worked. The recovery process was difficult and outdated. Resetting my Amazon password twice a year is much simpler compared to this. I am trying to print my trip itinerary and opted for an alternate email for verification, but even after receiving the verification code, I cannot reset my password. The system claims it cannot verify my email address. I provided my phone number, but the verification code was sent to a different ending I no longer recognize. I just want a verification code to reset my password on the same computer I've used for years.

I came across a negative review on Google concerning Ausdog written by someone named Shannon Thomas. The review contains false claims about the expertise and professionalism of Ausdog. I can confirm that the remarks made by this individual are inaccurate and defamatory. Ausdog seems to be dedicated to saving dogs and assisting their owners with extensive knowledge on dog behavior. I have already reported this issue to Google three times but have not received any response yet. As a loyal customer investing around $3,[redacted] monthly in Adwords for several years, I trust Google will rectify this situation promptly. It's crucial that Google recognizes the baseless nature of this review and removes it to uphold the reputation of this reputable professional in the dog training industry.

I have faced difficulty recovering my email account [redacted] for over 5 months, and despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to receive the verification code for my current phone number ending in 10. I no longer have access to the phone number ending in [redacted] but now have [redacted] associated with the account. In February, I had to create a new account, [redacted], due to inability to access my old account. After updating the information, I could successfully remove dessykoutz as an email. Any assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated as I urgently need to retrieve important tax information from my previous email. Your prompt attention to this issue would be highly valued. Thank you, Dessy Koutzarova.

My name is Erica T. and my email is [redacted], which is linked to my Facebook profile. On May 12, [redacted], my ex-boyfriend, Michael S. (also known as Christopher S. and Miguel S.), in a fit of anger, stole my purse and phone, accessing my accounts. He changed passwords, emails, security questions, and even set his number ([redacted]) as the recovery number. He falsely accused me of creating a fraudulent account when I tried to recover my hacked profile. I can be reached at [redacted]. He's impersonating me online. Please help me reclaim my accounts. Thank you.

Hello, Chrome support team, I encountered an issue where I inadvertently came across inappropriate content on a website while seeking a mod for IMVU on YouTube. I am only 12 years old, and this exposure was unintended. I typically watch channels like Snarled, which features scary animations, hence my older age setting. However, the content I stumbled upon was too disturbing. Please assist me in removing this from my history to prevent any repercussions. I fear my mother discovering this and prohibiting me from using my phone. I appreciate any help in ensuring that disturbing content is filtered out in the future to protect other young users. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I recently bought a phone for my wife from Tracfone. Setting up all the different passwords for the email account, Tracfone, Google Play Store, and Gmail has been quite frustrating. Every time I need a new password, it's sent to Gmail, which I can't access because of password issues. Why can't everything just use the same password? And the constant need to update passwords for security reasons is irritating. It feels like we constantly have to stay one step ahead of potential privacy invasions. Customer service should experience these password troubles firsthand before making the process so difficult. Additionally, the experience with customer support feels impersonal and unhelpful. There must be a simpler way to handle these security measures. I'm a retired individual and don't need this additional stress. - T.S.

I am having trouble accessing one of my Google accounts because I changed the password for security reasons about a year ago and now I can't remember the new password. I've tried to recover it using my phone number, but I'm not receiving any confirmation messages. The account contains important images. I am actually trying to recover this account for someone else who isn't very familiar with internet accounts. I opened it for them to secure their files before they changed phones. Now, they don't have the information needed to recover the account and are relying on me to help retrieve their photos and contacts from Google. The account I'm trying to recover is [redacted], and the last password I remember is [redacted]8.

As an airbrush artist since [redacted], I am struggling to recover my Gmail accounts where I stored my airbrush work. With frequent password changes, multiple accounts, and new emails due to phone changes and account issues, I am facing difficulty recalling my passwords. Despite attempting to use provided recovery methods and even having some old passwords written down, I still can't access my accounts. I have tried verifying with IDs, names, and even using my father's last name on an account I set up. My goal is to consolidate and manage all my accounts under one email address, but the process seems incredibly challenging given the circumstances of my continuously moving airbrushing work.

Hello. I am currently facing an issue that occurred about 2 months ago. I provided my younger brother with my secondary phone, number (+[redacted]6), instructing him to use it responsibly without connecting to the internet. Unfortunately, he disregarded my instructions due to his young age and unknowingly used my mobile service card without limits. I typically settle my expenses at the end of each month. With the card, he accessed his games and made excessive purchases on Google Play, mentioning buying skins on Roblox and other games. My mobile provider revealed the charges amounted to approximately [redacted]€. This news deeply upset me. As a young student without a job, I had to acquire loans, and this sum is too burdensome for me. Regrettably, neither my parents nor I can cover my debts. Additionally, my mobile company indicated reclaiming my device as I am still paying monthly installments for it. I kindly implore for your assistance in resolving this predicament by compensating for the incurred expenses. No one is immune to such occurrences, and I sincerely hope for your understanding and support. Thank you for your time and consideration. I eagerly await your response and aid.

Hello Google, I am reaching out because my father's Huawei phone is locked, and he has forgotten the password to his Google account. He is unable to recall the security question answer either. I am unsure if he provided an inactive email like [redacted] or if he has been using a phone number that ends with ***87. I am not certain if you will be able to assist us in resetting his Google account and sending the details to my email at [redacted] He is currently facing difficulties as he cannot access his Huawei Y6 anymore. My father is a senior citizen, and his Facebook account is linked to his phone. I have attempted multiple times to reset his phone through my email, but Google's response is that they cannot verify my identity as I am not the account owner. While it is true that I am not the owner, I am contacting on behalf of my father.

I have received a request for new permissions on my Gmail account that I find unreasonable. The permissions include the right to compose, delete, and change emails, as well as receive notifications for travel confirmations. If this is mandatory, I am concerned about the security of my emails. I am unable to provide the exact details of the request here, but I am unsure if this is a legitimate request or a scam. I urge Google to clarify: 1. The legitimacy of this app as a Google product. 2. The necessity for these extensive permissions. The request restricts access to my account on my computer through IMAP if I do not agree to the terms, without any prior warning. This sudden change raises concerns about corporate overreach and power abuse. The broad permissions requested, such as reading, composing, and deleting emails, raise significant privacy issues, especially considering the sensitive information that emails may contain.

I recently got a new phone and forgot my password for my Gmail account. Despite going through the "forgot password" process, I can't remember all the answers to the security questions. I have access to verification codes on two phone numbers and another device, but I can't access my account on my computer where I recently changed the password. The account is asking for the year and month I created it, which I don't recall, and there are unfamiliar phone numbers and email addresses listed. I can only remember my first pet's name. I've been through this before without a resolution from Google, so I'm reaching out for help once more to avoid losing an email address I've had for years.
