Retrieve phone data from the Google Cloud ... My Android Cricket phone kept rebooting so I followed some online instructions and performed the following functions:*wipe data*factory reset*wipe cache partition*I probably should not have done that because it wiped everything out of my phone. It is my understanding that I can recover everything and get my phone working again if I can access my Google account. I tried using an access code that Google emailed to me but it didn't work. I need to know how to access my account so when I take the phone in the technicians can hopefully recover everything.
