Hello, my name is Joel Goudreau. Someone gained access to my email account while I was logged in and changed my password. I use this email for everything, from work to keeping in touch with family and friends. I've tried everything to recover my email and reset my password, but I'm still locked out. This situation is very stressful, and I need help to regain access. It's frustrating how someone can disrupt such an important part of my life like this. I've followed Gmail's instructions, answered security questions multiple times, entered verification codes, and tried everything Google suggested, but I keep hitting the same roadblock. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding creating a new gmail account. I mistakenly entered the wrong birth year initially and when trying to correct it, encountered a [redacted] error preventing me from completing the account creation process. Subsequently, I attempted to create a new account with a different username only to face issues with providing my phone number. Despite trying to comply, I received an error message stating that my number had been used excessively. Although I have only one existing gmail account and the aforementioned unsuccessful attempts, I am unable to proceed. I have read on forums that you can have a maximum of 10 gmail accounts linked to one phone number, but this situation does not align with my circumstances. Any guidance to successfully create a new gmail account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I want to report a concerning incident that happened recently involving individuals associated with Shirley Smith / Mudd families. Over the weekend, they were at our place. Then this morning at 9:30, I received a photo and some distressing comments. The message mentioned "SOS" and "help us a West," and there was even a photo of a power window. They also shared a photo that seemed to be of her sleeping in bed, but I knew it wasn't her. Confronting her, she claimed her phone was hacked. It seems like someone has gained access to our phones and taken pictures without our consent. It's alarming and appears to be related to her family. We need to address this urgent matter promptly.

Several years ago, my ex-husband created a Google account for me, "[redacted]", as I am not tech-savvy. After our divorce around five years ago, I stopped using this email account and do not know the password. Recently, I have been receiving unwanted mail and phone calls to my business address from various companies such as funeral parlours, a Quaker society, and surgical transformations. I have returned the mail and explained the situation to the callers, all indicating that my email has been hacked. The Mormon society visit also confirmed this. I have contacted the police, who advised me to reach out to close this account as it may involve identity fraud. I will be reporting this to Action Fraud as well. It seems there may have been a linked Studio 29 Gmail account that I no longer control.

I have been attempting to restore my Google One account repeatedly, but all my efforts have been rejected. Despite continuing to pay for the accidentally canceled account, I receive messages stating that I am out of storage. After contacting chat support twice, one representative provided temporary extra storage. A phone call eventually resulted in being granted 2 weeks of temporary storage with the assurance that the issue would be resolved within that timeframe. However, I am now receiving the out-of-storage message once more. I have tried all suggested online support methods to no avail. The assistance received from actual people has not fixed the problem. I am extremely frustrated and in need of help.

I attempted to clear out old emails to make room for new ones since I wasn't receiving any in my inbox, but this has caused me significant trouble. Two weeks ago, my account was locked when I discovered I couldn't access my emails due to it being full. Seeking help from a friend who is an IT expert, I used his device to delete the old emails, resulting in my account getting locked. I acknowledge the error in using his machine to log in. For the past three months, I've noticed an $8.99 charge for stars, which I never ordered under Google. I'm unsure how this is happening because I haven't used this service and don't even know my Google password. I'm having a hard time reaching anyone about this issue, but I urgently need this charge removed as I can't afford any extra fees. I'm currently going through a divorce and need to avoid any potential overdrafts. It's frustrating how easy it is for them to take money, but getting it back feels impossible.

Hello, On Monday, the 13th, I attempted to download Python without much success initially. After watching a YouTube tutorial on Tuesday, I managed to figure it out. I was surprised to discover the Cloud Platform, a service that was new to me. I found some activity from 11 times, possibly from a setup I didn't recall doing on Monday. I am not proficient in programming and struggle with software. Seeking guidance, I turned to YouTube to set up Google Assistant since my iRobot will be integrating with it. Although I ultimately deleted the setup, it took me some time to understand the process. In the past, I only browsed sites like Ancestry without any interaction, unlike what I encountered on Tuesday. Some time ago, several content creators and I were mistakenly added to a large email thread. We took the chance to promote our channels and social media profiles. Recently, someone in the group messaged, inquiring about our progress since then. Many of us, myself included, replied. This appeared to trigger Google to disable my account for spam, despite not happening previously. I have had a Youtube account for a decade, where I have uploaded over 1,[redacted] videos. If I cannot regain access, all these videos may be lost. The automated recovery process didn't work, so I am looking for guidance on how to recover my account or possibly transfer the channel to a different account. My Samsung Galaxy Luna J3 phone, which only connects to the internet as the sound was malfunctioning, was taken by a sticky-fingered friend of a friend. I left it at a friend's house, forgot about it, then discovered it when the friend of the friend was selling a phone that matched my description. I planned to buy it but suspected it was mine when I saw it. After confirming with TracFone where I bought it, I confiscated the phone. However, it is locked. Despite waiting 24 hours as advised after an unauthorized factory reset, I still can't log in.

I am currently facing a situation where someone is utilizing Google services, particularly Google Voice and Gmail, to repeatedly harass and stalk me by constantly changing phone numbers and email addresses. The individual's name is Kari Lancette, and one of the phone numbers they have used to contact me is [redacted]. This behavior is not only affecting me but has been reported by others as well. I urge Google to consider limiting the number of accounts each user can have to prevent such misuse and potential dangers like stalking. This issue needs to be addressed promptly before legal actions are taken. I have already filed a police report, documenting all details of the harassment. Recently, my Android Cricket phone began rebooting frequently, so I decided to follow online instructions to address the issue by performing a wipe data/factory reset and wiping the cache partition. Unfortunately, this process resulted in the deletion of all the data on my phone, leaving me unable to access it. The next step advised was to log in to my Google account for data recovery, but I realized I couldn't recall my password and was subsequently locked out of my account. Despite attempting to use the access code sent by Google, I was unable to regain access. I am having trouble joining a Google group that I was invited to via my Yahoo email. When attempting to join, I receive an error message stating, "You do not have permission to access this content. (#[redacted])." After realizing the invite was sent to my Yahoo account, not my Google account, I attempted to log in using both accounts but was unsuccessful. I then tried to link my Yahoo email to my Google account by creating a new Google account with my Yahoo email address, only to discover that an account already exists. I went through the account recovery steps, but despite successfully verifying my email address, I am still unable to access the account. Is there any way for me to gain access to this account or potentially link my Yahoo email to my Gmail account to resolve this issue? Thank you for your assistance.

My computer was hacked, and a software reporting tool was installed. The person who usually manages the computer has been changed, and I have been locked out. My Google account was hacked and is linked to several other accounts like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Samsung, and AT&T emails. My phone numbers were also added to the accounts. Whoever is behind this keeps changing critical recovery information and accessing my devices remotely. Samsung is aware of the situation but does not know how it is happening. Neither AT&T nor Samsung could help with my Google account problems. I am not familiar with technology and need further assistance. I am considering opening a new email account that the hacker does not have access to in order to communicate with you. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am reaching out about a Google account that I am unable to access because I forgot the password. I'm having trouble accessing my Google account, which means I can't log into YouTube. I accidentally made a playlist public that I meant to keep private, and now I can't undo it. I believe my primary email is being used by two other individuals. One in New York is a female with a child, uses OnStar, and is a frequent shopper. The other person in West Palm Beach, Florida shares my name and recently placed an order from GNC, leading to me receiving the confirmation email. There haven't been any financial problems yet, but I want to prevent any issues. I'm requesting Google to confirm my exclusive authority over my email address and to stop the other two individuals from using it.
