It was a gift ... I purchased a Google Play card in the amount of $***.** and when it was activated it was declined, noting that the Google Play scratch off code was already in use. I tried to contact Google as I purchased at Best Buy and not through Google Play directly. I was given the run around and no resolution. I have notified my bank, I even went back to Best Buy and they said they couldn't help because they were a *rd party supplier of gift cards. I need to have my money refunded since the card is of no use and am sure someone is having a field day at my expense.
This was time consuming and frustrating to not get anywhere in discussion or possible solutions.
Refund me the money back on fraudlent card. When I get a response I can give more detail on the card number and such
I have a Google customer for over * years, an rarely purchase anything like this, but it was a request for a graduation gift.
