I am experiencing issues with my Gmail account organization and missing emails. Lately, my inbox is showing emails from as far back as [redacted], but recent emails from [redacted] are nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, the "All Mail" category is filled with social and promotional emails, rather than important conversations. I have noticed that recent emails are being sent to the trash automatically and some emails are missing from the sent folder. Additionally, the timing of sent and received messages seems incorrect. Oddly, even emails from [redacted] are missing from the "All Mail" and sent categories. I am unsure what is causing these problems and how to address them.

Google Captcha is causing significant frustration by blocking access to legitimate online accounts. Despite attempting for three hours to access a long-standing account of seven years without success, Google Captcha remains a considerable obstacle. Not utilizing Google products or services makes this interference even more unwarranted. The constant hindrance must cease, and the insistence on not using a VPN is not a viable solution. Users have the right to employ any security measures they see fit. An urgent resolution is required, potentially through legal action, to address this intrusive behavior. The challenging and often frustrating Captcha system also needs significant improvement to provide a smoother user experience.

I recently changed my password and unfortunately lost the slip of paper with the new one. I've been trying to recover my account multiple times but faced issues due to changes in my contact information. My old AOL email is closed, and I no longer have the same phone number linked to the account. Despite being able to answer the initial security questions, I am unable to proceed as it requires my old email and phone number, which I cannot provide. I created a new AOL email to receive the recovery code, but when I entered it, the system did not recognize me. I am willing to provide my ID and any necessary documentation to verify my identity as it is crucial for me to access my account. I have been working on a book for over 7 years stored in that account, and I cannot afford to lose it.

Hello Team, We are currently facing an issue with our Google Android Developer Account where we have lost access. The account was originally created by a former employee, and despite having access to the company email associated with the account, we are unable to reset the password as we cannot provide the registered phone number. We can verify that the account belongs to the business, not the individual, but we are struggling to reach Google for assistance. Resolving this ownership matter is crucial as not being able to update our Android app could result in losing users. Your help in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I got logged out of my Instagram, Gmail, and other accounts one night. When I tried logging back into Instagram the next morning, I realized it was linked to an old email I don't use anymore, [redacted], which is connected to [redacted], then to my current email [redacted] I managed to access the second account, but the first one is a dead end. I used to work at Allstate (Lincoln Benefit Life) at the time, and I used "where did I meet my husband" with the answer "Oleavers Pub" as a security question. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original phone number I used to sign up, which makes it difficult. Instagram wants me to send an email from Angela.roark, but I can't. I know the passwords were variations of Andrew24! to Andrew36! I have more information, but I need my original phone. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to regain access.

I have provided Google with all the requested data following the protocol. Despite this, Google denied my request to restore my account. I am facing issues with Samsung, who hijacked my account during a factory reset process, leaving it vulnerable for four days. Due to this extortion event, I lost access to my previous email account and 58 gigs of data. Dealing with establishing a new account has been a hassle, especially with Google's inadequate assistance. I have escalated this to the Missouri State Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I feel Google's mechanical conduct is overly zealous and unhelpful. I intend to seek legal recourse for the damages caused. This is not the first time I have encountered such problems with Google, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of a humanely reasonable solution.

Hello Google Team, I am Endes, and I am reaching out to you because I encountered an issue that I hope you can assist me with. Yesterday, I performed a factory reset on my Samsung phone. The Google account associated with it has an old email address that I rarely use, and I forgot the password. In a rush to save time, I quickly created a new account but struggled to log back in. Unfortunately, I had backed up important information, such as my contacts, to the old email address ([redacted]), and not being able to access it is impacting my ability to communicate with my clients. Upon Google's request, I provided a second email address ([redacted]) in hopes of recovering my [redacted] account. However, I have not received any helpful responses or emails from Google to assist me in the account recovery process. I suspect that the password issue may have been due to Caps Lock being on or a changed Input Language, but I can't recall for sure due to the haste in which I handled the situation. I noticed that Google has been withdrawing $11.99 per month from my Paypal account since January, totaling $60. I contacted Paypal, and they advised me to reach out to Google, the seller. However, I am unsure how to connect with the right person at Google to resolve this issue. I hope to find assistance on this forum or be directed to the appropriate Google support. I did not authorize this recurring charge, nor did I purchase the item. I have had sole access to my account for the past decade and did not make this transaction. I recently encountered a troubling situation where a customer left a negative review which I believe is unfounded and damaging to my reputation. The customer had agreed to empty a room for plastering by 9am, but by 9.30am, the room was still full of furniture. I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account on my new device. It's strange because I signed in successfully yesterday when I first set up the new device, but now it's logged me out. I rely on this account for storing important information. While I remember my email and password, the phone number linked to the account is no longer active, and I no longer have the old device for verification. I am having trouble accessing one of my Google accounts associated with my YouTube channel. Initially, I forgot my password and attempted the email recovery verification, receiving and entering the correct verification code but still unable to log in. Although I later remembered my password, I am now being prompted to verify from a device I no longer have access to and no longer have the same phone number. I did not set up two-step verification, and the email recovery process using a verification code is not working, despite entering the correct code. I recently had a tablet stolen from a property. This tablet belonged to my 60-year-old mother, who is not tech-savvy. I have tried entering her account login and password, but it does not work. I attempted to verify it with my account, but I still cannot access it. When I set up a Google account, it asks for my phone number, which I am hesitant to provide due to privacy concerns.
