My father-in-law is 78 years old and receives a fixed income from the Veterans and Social Security. Despite not having online access, his bank debit card has been charged over $[redacted] without his authorization. I had to report these unauthorized charges under my account to contact someone via email since I couldn't find a phone number. Although the company claims we've exceeded the reporting timeframe, we only became aware of these charges in Feb [redacted] and immediately contacted Google. Even after notifying them, two more unauthorized charges were made in April, totaling over $[redacted]. The bank manager has also tried contacting Google without success. We are considering legal action, but we are unsure where to send the paperwork. The inadequate response time from Google is concerning, and we seek a resolution for these fraudulent charges.

Hello, I have been using the email address ***.**@gmail.com for the past 14 years. Recently, I have been receiving emails intended for another individual named **** who seems to believe her email address is *****@gmail.com. While Gmail states that dots do not impact email addresses, it appears that due to the longevity of my account, her emails are coming to me. Some of these emails contain confidential information, which raises concerns about her mistakenly using my email as her own. I worry that she might also be receiving my emails since technically, her undotted address should encompass my dotted one. Can you please verify if there are two separate Gmail accounts associated with **.**@gmail.com and *****@gmail.com? Thank you, JW.

I need assistance! I registered for a Google Voice account under the number [redacted]. During the setup process, a verification code was sent to my Samsung Android phone. I had the Google Voice app open on my Samsung device but had to switch to my text messages app to retrieve the verification code. After getting the code, I'm now struggling to locate the correct place in the Google Voice app to input it. I am unfamiliar with how to switch between apps and return to the same spot within an app. I would like to retain my selected Google Voice number and complete the setup process. Is it possible to receive the verification code via email instead of a text message? This way, I could view the code on my tablet and manually enter it into the Google Voice app without toggling between apps. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account as it has been suspended. Despite multiple attempts to restore it, I keep receiving the same message stating that my account violated Google's policies. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Dear Team, I am reaching out regarding my business listed on Google under the name "LeoflexPro." Recently, we have encountered an issue with a person named Sakshi Manchanda who has been leaving false reviews on our Google profile. She has also created multiple fake accounts on other social platforms, including Facebook, which have been blocked. We have taken legal action against her for defamation, and the matter is currently under investigation. While I have reported and some fake reviews have been removed, there are still remaining ones that have not been addressed. I kindly request your assistance in removing all the false comments. These reviews all share a similar timeframe, approximately 3-4 weeks ago, and the individual has boasted about them being undeletable. If necessary, I am willing to provide copies of the police complaint and legal notice. I urge Google to take action in deleting these deceptive reviews from our profile. I noticed some unexpected transactions on my bank account statements when using the ATM, initially thinking it might have been purchases I forgot. Upon registering for online banking, I discovered repeated unauthorized charges from Google Play for 'In App Purchases' starting from February 13, [redacted], up until yesterday, April 26, [redacted]. These purchases were not authorized by me and were made without my consent. While individually they seemed small, the total amount adds up to over £[redacted]. As a mother of three, this sum is significant as it could cover a month's worth of groceries for my children. To prevent further incidents, I have removed all bank details from my electronic devices and have initiated the process of changing my bank information.

Since updating Chrome for Android to Version 74.0.[redacted].[redacted], I've encountered an issue where the browser hangs while clearing browsing data. The process never completes, forcing me to close the app and find that the history remains. Reinstalling Chrome did not resolve the problem. I've been clearing browsing data routinely for five years without any trouble prior to this update. I hope Google addresses this bug with a fix in the next update or provides a workaround. I'm currently unsure how to continue clearing browsing data properly in Chrome for Android.

I recently discovered that I seem to have lost the majority of my Google contacts both on my phone and in my Google Contacts online. Although I believe this issue is not specific to my device, my phone was acting strangely before the disappearance of my contacts. Strangely, the remaining contacts are duplicated with only an email address listed multiple times. I have never manually added contacts to any account, only phone numbers directly to my phone. I have already consulted Google Fi, as well as the Geek Squad, regarding this matter to no avail. Although my text messages are intact, they only display the numbers without the associated contacts. When I attempt to add a contact, nothing happens; it simply redirects me to my existing contacts.

I have been facing issues with my Gmail account, which is linked to my Facebook as the recovery account. Despite regaining access to my Yahoo account, someone has been creating fake profiles using my number ([redacted]) while I have not been in possession of it. Despite retrieving the number, fake accounts have been created from various devices using different phone numbers. I managed to reclaim my old number and made changes to prevent unauthorized access. I have had this account since around [redacted]. These intruders even blocked my husband's and deceased daughter's numbers, making it unfair as I cannot access my own Facebook account with the associated recovery email [redacted] Despite proving my ownership, I have been unable to regain access. I believe this issue is on your end as my phone company stated. I'm a user of the Rise of Kingdoms app on Google Play and I wanted to share my experience with the recent Esmeralda House event. I felt that the event was unfair as I spent a significant amount of gems on it and received mostly the same type of item (speedups). I believe the distribution of rewards was not balanced, with the last few chances providing a large quantity of speedups compared to what I could purchase in the VIP shop for a similar amount of gems. I'm disappointed with the outcome and I think the game developers should address this issue. I would appreciate some form of compensation, either in gems for my account or real-life money back to my credit card. I've spent a considerable amount of gems on this event and I feel that a partial refund would be fair. I have evidence of my gem balance before and after the event, as well as my attempts to contact customer service in the game. Additionally, I am troubled by reports of fraudulent activities involving the company in the game. It's disheartening to hear about influencers being provided with items that impact gameplay unfairly. I would also like to address the pricing of VIP chests I purchased and the potential overpayment. I have noticed that the apps on my Google landing page keep changing to things I do not want or need. Some apps even lead me to sites I have only visited once or twice. Today, most of my apps have been replaced with things that do not interest me at all. For example, there is an app about men's neckties that directs me to a resume service site. As a 77-year-old woman, I have no use for a resume service. Please remove these unwanted apps from my computer and restore what was there when I last used it. Hello, I need some assistance. I logged into my Google account from Water Orton Library over 21 days ago. Since it's not considered part of Birmingham, West Midlands, the system didn't recognize it as a trusted location. Normally, Google would send a code via text, but I didn't have my phone on me. I then reset the password, wrote it down and even took photos to remember it. Shortly after, I changed it back to my old password "dragonss." Now I can't access my account. I've tried different variations of "dragon" as passwords, but none work. I also don't remember the correct month and year when my account was set up. I used to provide the phone number [redacted]7 for verification codes. I can't find the photos I took, and recovery options haven't worked. I'd be grateful to regain access to my account. My phone has been compromised by individuals using your apps to access it. I have multiple police reports, but no resolution. They continuously harass me using a hacked platform/nearby app, driving music and photo apps to extract information. They seem to be utilizing Bluetooth software to monitor my activities. They manipulate my emails through a G Suite account, and they even interfere with my keyboard. I hope by providing my information you can assist me. These individuals are relentless in their activities every day. They install developer programs on my Android devices and prevent me from fully factory resetting them. They have a Chromecast computer and use Safari as their internet browser. I have identified them as individuals I live with at [redacted] Calle Mayor Street, Warner Robins, Georgia. Assistance in dealing with this ongoing security threat would be greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing important emails, like receipts from Walmart for my online grocery shopping. I seem to be missing emails with confirmation numbers and other important information. I have checked my spam folder, but still can't find them. When I do open some emails, I either can't retrieve the information or I get an error message. This has been going on for about two months and it's causing me a lot of stress, especially as I battle stage 4 cancer. I really need help with this issue and would appreciate talking to a real person as I am not very good with technology.

I recently had my phone stolen, and unfortunately, the person who took it also accessed my phone's administrator privileges and changed details on my Google account. I retrieved my phone from the police, but now I find myself locked out of both my device and Google account. I need assistance in verifying my identity to unlock my accounts, as I previously used my phone number for verification. I am in the process of removing old email addresses linked to my phone number and main email address. I have several email accounts that I created but cannot recall all of them or the names used. I want to identify which accounts are connected to my phone number and have my main email as a recovery option to organize my emails effectively. I recently mislaid my phone shortly after purchasing it, and unfortunately, I didn't update my recovery information. Consequently, all my password reset codes are being sent to the stolen device, which I am now unable to retrieve. I have noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my PayPal card from "Google *Huuuge Mountain" that have been ongoing since the beginning of April 4th. Despite uninstalling the game over a month ago, I am still being charged twice a week. I have attempted to contact the app with no response and am now reaching out to Google for assistance. I have been trying for a few years to access my first Gmail account that holds precious memories of my daughter's late father.
