My father in law is ** years old. He is on a fixed income from the Veterans as he is ***% disabled and a small amount from Social Security. He has served this country *x over and here we are with over ****$ (**.** at a wack) of charges on his bank debit card that was not authorized by him. The man doesn't even have access to internet, never mind a Google account. I had to file these fraudulent charges under MY acct JUST so I could get an email response from someone, and finding a phone number was impossible. This company is stating I am over the time frame of reporting these charges per their policy, yet this man had no idea these charges were happening - he has no access to online banking. So when we were notified the month these charges happened (in Feb ****) I reached out to Google as fast as possible. Told them that these charges were not him and that no more should be put through. Yet, * more came in April. We are now upover $**** in charges. The bank manager stated she reached out to Google herself and nothing is being done. Why? These are fraudulent charges? ** hours is not a sufficient time frame. if we need to get a lawyer involved to go after Google, we will but we have no idea as to where to even mail the paperwork.
