I am distraught as I have lost almost all of my nearly [redacted] saved locations on Google Maps! They continue to vanish, causing me great distress 😭 I have spent years saving these places and now they are disappearing. I am willing to save them elsewhere, I just need to retrieve them! Fortunately, I do not utilize your cloud services, or I could have lost thousands of photos. My trust in Google is now wavering. Please assist me in restoring my faith in Google, which has been an essential part of my life.

However, I have not received any response from you through these channels. It seems that you have only acknowledged that I contacted you, without actually replying to me. I am confused as to whether you are questioning the validity of my winning a new mobile phone in one of your competitions, or if such an event ever took place. I am eager to hear back from you to clarify this situation with total honesty. As a Google Apps admin, I need to update a user's email information, but I can only do so under the user's ID. I tried resetting the user's password to a known value and logging in, but encountered difficulties due to the recovery phone number being outdated. Google authentication does not recognize my device, prompting a text or call to the outdated recovery phone number. This prevents me from accessing the user's account. Unfortunately, as an admin, I am unable to perform the necessary actions. When trying to seek help through the support channels, I faced challenges in getting my inquiry addressed as the system kept directing me to contact customer support without providing assistance.

I tried to reset my phone at the repair center today, but I encountered an issue with the passcode received via recovery email. After two attempts, the system placed a security hold on my account for three to five days. I find it frustrating that Google's automated systems cannot address all issues, prompting a delay in resolving my problem. It would be beneficial for Google to offer a human customer service department rather than relying solely on automated responses. As a customer, I feel overlooked in favor of technical solutions.

My phone was damaged, fortunately, I got a replacement. I am worried that I cannot retrieve important contacts and precious pictures in my Gmail account if I can't recover it. My Google account was last signed in on the now-destroyed phone. Even though the phone works, it's not recognizing my correct password/email because it's linked to the old phone number. This issue is blocking me out of my account. I urgently need help accessing my Gmail account as it holds crucial information. This isn't the first time I've had trouble with a Gmail account, and I need to resolve this issue as my previous account was hacked.

I am having trouble accessing my email account because I keep getting an invalid password message. I've tried to reset it three times, but each attempt takes days to get a response. After entering the code sent by Google and answering security questions, I am unable to remember the exact date I created the account over 10 years ago. This back-and-forth is frustrating as I rely on this email for important documents. The issues seem to have started when two-step verification was introduced. Despite the added security, the process is lengthy and cumbersome.

I am having trouble sending emails from my Gmail account, [redacted], using Thunderbird as my mail client. I have been using Thunderbird for an extended period, and it has been functioning well until recently. However, suddenly, I encountered an error message stating it could not connect to smtp.googlemail.com and requesting a new password, even though I can log into my Gmail account via a browser without any issues using the current password. After attempting to send five emails unsuccessfully, the issue seems to have resolved itself. I am confused about why Google is intermittently causing these connection problems.

I am experiencing hacking and stalking from my ex-partner, and I believe Google is aware of the situation. I am seeking help from Google to gather evidence that I can bring to the police, as local law enforcement seems to be involved in the issue. I am not looking to take legal action against Google, but instead, I want to address the corruption involving my ex and the police. I have had positive interactions with Google's security team in the past when I was locked out of my account. I am asking for assistance in documenting the harassment and stalking that has been happening to me over the past few years. I have been a Google customer for 12 years and I am very unsatisfied with the service I am receiving. There should be a phone number available to speak with a live person, not a machine. Some people do not have internet access and can only make phone calls. Having a number where someone can talk to a live person is essential as machines often cannot understand what customers are trying to convey. It is frustrating to only interact with robots as they are limited in their ability to provide assistance. I urge Google to address this issue promptly as I am growing increasingly upset with the current customer service experience. It is inconvenient not being able to speak with a human representative.

If I receive an email from any of your products with the subject "Ok Google schedule a dinner date at 6pm on Friday" again, I will raise my concerns vigorously. The mistaken implication of this message has caused significant trouble between my spouse and me, leading to a heated argument. I demand a resolution promptly, whether it be in the form of Google Wallet credit, a formal apology video, or another appropriate compensation. I am having issues with a cryptocurrency mining app I purchased in early [redacted]. The last update was in June of [redacted], and I made a purchase in September of the same year. Since then, the app and the owners have disappeared, leaving me with no response. The app took over $[redacted] of my money, and I have reached out to Google but haven't received a response yet. They mentioned transferring me to a different department as the app is not active anymore, but I just want to know what's going on and get a proper resolution. Hello, we are experiencing several issues with our Google account that we need assistance with. Our Google business account has been duplicated multiple times under different names due to an apprentice's actions. This has led to our main account being flagged as a "duplicate." It seems like my original Google account was compromised and the password was changed without my knowledge. I have been trying to recover my account for the past 3 to 6 months using the online recovery steps and assistance, but have been unsuccessful. It is frustrating because the system asks many security questions, and if even one is answered incorrectly, I am unable to regain access. Despite successfully completing verification steps like receiving codes through email or text, not remembering the exact date I created the account prevents me from recovering it. I urgently need access to important information and resources stored in my Google email account. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am attempting to regain access to my email, [redacted] I have previously verified this account over two years ago and have used it for various purposes such as Cox cable bills and job employment. Unfortunately, my account was hacked at the beginning of this month, and there is an unfamiliar email associated with it, [redacted] I can provide several passwords I have used in the past, like gasmonkey1060, gasmonkey5149, drysack1060, drysack5149, onebag1060, onebag5149, allinthefamily, allinthefamiley2b, doggie, and dog world. I also set up picture friends for account recovery, but the hacker removed all security measures. I have used this email for purchases on Wish, Geek, eBay, and Fingerhut. I believe the information provided should verify my ownership of the account. Lastly, the recovery email, [redacted], was changed by someone else, and I do not recognize the current recovery email on file.

A fake Google Chrome pop-up displaying a misleading support number keeps appearing on my laptop screen and doesn't disappear. Here's part of the deceptive website address: https:hievelmbukristonetic.pro/en The misleading number they're asking me to dial is: [redacted]. I verified it on [redacted].Notes as fake. Even after trying to restart my laptop, the persistent scam message doesn't go away. None of the functions are accessible. Despite having an anti-virus program, it failed to prevent this spam.

I received an email from Google notifying me that Joe Oliver's account is considered inactive. The email mentioned that Joe wanted me to download some content from his Google Account and provided a link to "Download data." However, when I click on the link, I receive an error message stating "[redacted]. That’s an error. There was an error. Please try again later. That’s all we know." I contacted Office Depot, and they informed me that the download link has expired. The original Google message stated that I had until April 29 to download the data. It is important for me to access Joe's account as he is my son's late father, and it would mean a lot to us to retrieve the content.

I have encountered an issue with my Motorola Forge phone. My father took it without permission, so I immediately locked it using the Find My Device feature. However, now I am locked out of the phone, and when I try to unlock it, it says it's locked by Find My Device. Although the Moto Forge is no longer linked to my Google account and I have the Find My Device app, it does not display the lock status or provide an unlock code. After restarting, the phone only prompts me to enter a numeric pin, which I have attempted on a Wi-Fi network but to no avail. Despite my efforts with lookout.com, the problem persists. I'm feeling extremely frustrated by this situation. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
