On my previous Samsung models, like the Note 8, I could simply push the button on my Bluetooth earpiece and tell it to call someone without any issues. However, since I upgraded to the Samsung S10, Google has started interfering by asking me to touch the notification button on my screen, which defeats the purpose of a hands-free experience as there is no such button on my screen. Lately, Google has been saying it can help but needs more information, which is frustrating. I believe Google is trying to compete with Siri, but I don't want an assistant; I just want a straightforward phone call experience without unnecessary interruptions. I wish to disable Google's intervention and go back to a simpler usage without all the extra features that are not helpful during calls.

I am the owner of Wu's House Restaurant, and I severed ties with the website company that controls www.wushouserestaurant.com. I have updated my business information on the new website www.wushouse.com, but the old webpage still appears in Google search results. This has greatly impacted my business operations, including basic details and online orders. Despite my repeated reports and complaints, they have not rectified the situation. The incorrect information states Wu's House in Mokena is still 'coming soon' despite being open for many months. Furthermore, the outdated online order system confuses customers as I no longer use it. I seek assistance from Google to remove the old webpage from search results and promote my new site www.wushouse.com. I can provide any necessary proof upon request. I manage three locations through this Google account on Google Business.

My former partner was abusive and has taken control of my Google accounts, Facebook, and Yahoo. After fleeing the area, I am now hiding from him hours away. My Google Drive contains important documents like my driver's license and link card. I am locked out of my main account, [redacted], with no access to recovery methods as he has my wallet with all my IDs. I have another account, [redacted], which I plan to delete once I retrieve my documents. The main account is associated with my Facebook account under Wendi Bozsa Mulkey. I would like to express my gratitude for your assistance. I am Rick Ansbro, and I have been using a non-Google email address as my primary Gmail account. Recently, I sought help from Comcast employees regarding an issue with my phone settings. During this interaction, an employee checked my email address: [redacted] I am currently unable to access my Gmail account using this Comcast email address. Every time I try to log in, I receive an error stating that the account is unrecognized. I would like guidance on how to regain access to my Google account and ensure that only my Comcast email address is visible to recipients when I send emails. I understand that I may need to set up a new account using the IMAP setting for Google and potentially link my Comcast email to it. My goal is to only display my Comcast email to others and avoid revealing my Gmail address. I am trying to retrieve important personal data from my two stolen phones. One phone with the email cloudjon69@gmail was compromised by hackers, leading to the need for deletion. Despite knowing all the details, I am unable to access this account due to Google's restrictions. The other phone, an LG with the email starserpent12@gmail and a TW801 device, is also inaccessible as I have exceeded login attempts. I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my starserpent12@gmail account.

I have Spotify Premium and was informed by Spotify and Google Store that I qualified for a complimentary Google Home Mini. When I attempted to redeem the promotion code, I encountered difficulty. After contacting Google for help, we spent over two hours troubleshooting the issue. Despite assurances of a follow-up call, no contact was made. Their hotline is now disabled, and I received an email stating they are addressing the problem. Additionally, I discovered the promotion for individuals has ceased and now necessitates a family account. I was never informed during the lengthy call that stock was limited or the promotion ended. Therefore, as per the initial promise, I am requesting the free Google Home Mini I was entitled to.

I believe someone has gained unauthorized access to my Google account. They have changed the password, which has remained the same since I created the account. Additionally, they have altered the recovery email, leaving me with only my linked phone number as a recovery option. Unfortunately, this is not sufficient to regain access to my account, which was not backed up and contains all my important information. I had to create a new account, but I am desperate to recover the original one. I have reached out to support regarding this frustrating situation, but their responses indicate that I have not provided enough information to prove ownership of the account. Given that all my original details have been changed, I feel like a factory reset might be my last resort. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

About a week ago, I discovered an issue with my phone where it suddenly blacked out even though it was charging and then performed a factory reset on its own. Unfortunately, I now can't access my account due to forgetting my password, and this account contains important work-related photos and texts. I would like to register a complaint regarding the performance of my Pixel 2 device purchased from Croma-Fort in March [redacted] with the order number GL[redacted]. The issue lies with the battery, where even after a full charge, it only lasts for about 7 hours which is quite inadequate. Despite reaching out to Pixel support and having my device collected and returned between the 6th and 13th of March [redacted], the problem persists. The battery is unable to sustain a day of usage even with minimal brightness and activity. On the 26th of March [redacted], my phone shut down, requiring multiple attempts to restart it, causing further inconvenience. I have always used the original charger and taken care not to use the phone while charging. Recent communication with Pixel support indicated that 6-7 hours of battery life is considered "normal," which I find unacceptable considering the relatively short time I have had the phone. This situation forced me to acquire another phone before an important event on the 29th of March [redacted] due to the unreliability of my Pixel 2. Carrying and constantly switching between two phones is impractical and burdensome. I request a formal response detailing the actions that will be taken to address this ongoing issue promptly.

I lost my cellphone with my memory SD card and SIM card. I've been struggling for nearly two weeks to link my new phone with my old account. Despite following Google's suggestions, I can't retrieve my photos, music, and other data. I am hoping for a real person to call back for verification to access my information. I am unable to access my Gmail account due to not having my old devices linked to it anymore. The number associated with the account is no longer mine, and I do not have access to previous devices I signed in with. I need urgent access to my account, but when I enter my password, it prompts me for further verification. I have tried using the backup email and entering the security code provided, but it still does not allow me to access my Gmail. I am frustrated that I cannot log in with my password and need assistance to unlock my account promptly.

Back in March [redacted], I changed the password for my Gmail account "Gregb.groove@gmail." However, I've been struggling to access it again over the past couple of years. Due to being disabled and retired, the apps and books I purchased are essential to me. In July [redacted], I signed out of my Google Books account because I sold my Apple iPhone 6s Plus and couldn't log back in on my Boost Mobile phone as my password wasn't accepted, and I didn't have any account recovery information set up. My phone number at that time was [redacted], and initially, I set up the account while with Sprint, then logged in with Verizon in [redacted] on my iPhone. I need help recovering this account since it's proving difficult online without recovery email or phone number. I may have used "Greg C" or "G C" for the name and possibly entered Jan 1, [redacted], as my birthday. I'm willing to provide more information if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

I am trying to access my Gmail account to recover my Facebook password as my phone was stolen, and I can't recall the passwords for either account. I recently got a new phone and encountered some trouble accessing my Google account due to forgetting my password. Unfortunately, as a result of a traumatic brain injury, I struggle with short-term memory loss and hearing impairment. I requested the verification code to be sent to my new email but was locked out of my account due to suspicious activity. This has left me unable to access important information. The waiting period of 3 to 5 business days to resolve this issue seems too long for me, and I urgently need to regain access to my Gmail today.

On March 21, I, Jason Mike Smith, mistakenly entered the wrong password for my primary Google account ([redacted]). I had recently changed some letters to numbers in my password. Despite answering security questions correctly, I struggled with the account recovery process, even guessing my account creation date. There seems to be a need for a better account recovery process after being hacked. Despite having enough account information, Google only notifies the hacker's phone and email for verification, which is frustrating. The listed recovery email and phone are now controlled by the hacker, and the original information has been erased. This situation is unacceptable, and I feel like the victim is being treated unfairly. The current process makes me consider using a rotary phone again as a more secure option.

Dear Google, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent purchase I made in Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire. I acquired a pack containing in-game resources last night, only to discover this morning that the game mechanics were completely revamped, rendering the resources I bought obsolete for progressing in the game. While I don't mind purchasing resources to enhance my gaming experience, the problem arises from the misleading advertising tactics employed. The pack appeared to offer a generous amount of in-game resources, prompting players like me to make a purchase. However, the abrupt change in game dynamics shortly after renders these resources ineffective without any prior notification. This lack of transparency has led to players unwittingly spending significant amounts on items that quickly lose their value. I respectfully request a refund in light of these circumstances. My phone had software update issues, so I took it to the center for a fix, but unfortunately, I lost all my contacts in the process. Hello, I am a Google app user who recently downloaded QR Scanner: QR Scanner and Barcode Scanner from Origin Tech. After subscribing to the 3-day free trial, I was surprised to see a charge of RM99.99 on my debit card without any prior notification. It's disappointing that this app seems to be a scam. I am seeking a refund from the app developer and have tried contacting them at [redacted], but have not received a response. The order number in question is GPA.3[redacted]-4[redacted]5. I hope that action can be taken to address this issue and prevent other users from experiencing similar problems in the future.
