My Google account [redacted] was hacked. The hacker changed the recovery number to [redacted] and the recovery email to @[redacted] They deleted several YouTube videos and altered my description. I am Jamal Baty, a 17-year-old sophomore at Pioneer High School, as indicated by the email [redacted] and my student ID. This account was created 5 years ago, and my YouTube channel, Acrello, has been active since October 16, [redacted]. I have evidence of the hacker's threats and screenshots of my second channel with my image. I am seeking help to recover my account as I have dedicated a lot of time to growing my channel. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your attention an individual who is not exhibiting humane behavior. The distress this person is causing to their family, particularly their mother, is profound. Despite this, they seek recognition and fame, projecting themselves as superior simply because they are featured on Google. I urge you to review their online presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, among others. My plea is for the removal of all images associated with this individual on Google, as their actions are a concern for the safety of their family and young individuals. True superiority does not come from such displays but from one's actions and deeds. I kindly request that my complaint remain anonymous. I trust that the necessary actions will be taken by the team to address this matter appropriately.

After what occurred, I received alarming information that my cards and bank account were at risk. Someone claiming to be from Specialty Scam Protect told me there was unauthorized access to my account. They instructed me to go and buy Google Play Cards to check on the situation and promised reimbursement. This continued until my husband intervened, realizing it was a scam. He advised me to visit the bank, contact the Manager, and report it to the police. I have incurred a loss of $[redacted]. I am reaching out to Google to hope for reimbursement. I forgot my 4-digit PIN for unlocking my screen and I'm not seeing any option to reset my password using my account details. I've attempted various common methods without success like using the Power and Volume buttons to bypass it, the Emergency Call trick, and trying to access Settings through the camera app. Even though I downloaded an app from the Play Store to assist with this issue, I couldn't open it afterward as expected. I'm relieved I could enter text into a search box to reach this forum for help. I urgently need full access to my phone. I am very frustrated with Google. I have had an account for years, and my password and email address were always automatically remembered when logging into my email. Unfortunately, I did not realize that my password was not saved. Google suddenly blocked me from accessing my email, causing a lot of inconvenience. Why did Google have to intervene when everything was working fine? The security question asking how Google would email me is pointless now as my email access has been disrupted. If there is an alternative to having an email account, I am willing to try it. Google, your actions are causing a lot of trouble.

I recently purchased a bathroom cabinet for $12.95 on 3/25 with order #[redacted]. The seller's Gmail is [redacted] I didn't receive a delivery date in the confirmation email, and when I tried to contact him, there was no response. Despite my efforts to look him up on Google, the email was not found. I am seeking a refund of my money and would like Google to flag his commercial site to alert potential buyers. I lost my phone with all my accounts and passwords. I have a new phone and email, but I can't access my old email, which is linked to my Facebook account. I was charged $49.95 on the 8ball game app by Google Play for a package purchase. While playing pool, I accidentally clicked on a purchase window that popped up, but I quickly backed out without any confirmation. I left the game and didn't notice any change in my play amount. Later, when trying to adjust the bidding amount, I unintentionally placed a bet of a hundred thousand without realizing I had made a purchase. After realizing Google had made the purchase for me, I uninstalled the app. As a player on a fixed income, spending $49.95 is not affordable for me. I am concerned about other games with similar pop-up purchase windows. I've never bought game packages exceeding $19.99. I request a refund or a prorated amount for the unintended purchase made on 8ball. I want to highlight that I did not intend to make this purchase as I carefully avoided the window.

I am puzzled by the situation I'm facing with my Apple iMac desktop computer. Although I only own one device and do not have any smartphones or laptops, the Google Security Check Up notification claims that two MAC devices have access. After changing my Google password to remove the duplicate access, I believed the issue was resolved. However, the next day, Apple alerted me that Google was requesting permission again, leading to the reappearance of the second MAC. This has occurred previously, possibly after upgrading to Mojave. Despite this, I don't feel threatened by any malicious intent. I sought advice from Apple support, who redirected me to seek assistance here. I am confused about how two devices have access when I possess only one. I have faith in Google and Apple, hoping for reassurance that I need not be concerned. A month ago, my phone was stolen, but thankfully, I managed to get it back through a common acquaintance, albeit missing the sim card. It has been a real hassle as losing a phone these days feels just like losing a wallet. Now that I have my phone back, I am facing another issue as I am unable to log into my email because I can't recall my password. Hello, I have been using a Google account with the email [redacted] for several years. Recently, I decided to create a new Gmail address, [redacted], without realizing that I couldn't add a separately created Gmail account to my Google account. After attempting to create another Gmail account, [redacted], without success, I deleted it to try and link it properly. Unfortunately, I encountered issues where it said the email was in use but also didn't exist when logging in. During an attempt to link the previously deleted email, I mistakenly linked [redacted] due to a typo. When I signed up for PayPal, I thought all their employees would be in the US, ensuring that my credit card information remained secure. Today, when I called for the four-digit code required for an app, I was disappointed to be connected to someone in the Philippines whose accent and audio quality made it hard to understand. I called four times, trying to reach someone in the US, but was unsuccessful. After a frustrating experience, I resorted to using the Chat Box where after an hour, I finally received an email address. My main question still remains unanswered: how can I retrieve the 4-digit code from PayPal needed for the app installation on my phone?

I am experiencing an issue with my Google account (Gmail). When attempting to add the account to the Mail or Outlook app on my Mac, it requests permission to access my account for actions such as reading, composing, and permanently deleting emails. Unfortunately, last year, granting these permissions led to the deletion of five months' worth of VERY IMPORTANT emails. I am now unable to add the account to either app as I am not comfortable allowing these extensive actions on my email. I would share a screenshot for reference, but I am unable to do so through this platform.

I need assistance with two issues. Firstly, I am unable to activate the Google Chrome microphone to speak my queries. Clicking on the microphone in the search box does not pick up my voice. Secondly, there are no border lines around the search box or shortcut windows on the display. As a member of the military, I often need to access computers where mobile phones are restricted. Unfortunately, I can't verify my location without my phone, but only through my .mil military account. It's frustrating that I seem to be the only one having trouble accessing my account without a phone. I wish there was a way to verify my Google account using my highly secure .mil email instead.

I forgot my password, and I've attempted several password hints without success. I also tried the "forget password" option, received a verification code on my mobile, correctly answered the questions, and entered the email address for contact. However, after receiving another verification code via email and entering it, the system responded with "we cannot find the account that belongs to you."

I recently received a security alert about Google Wallet accessing my Google account. After checking the activity and not recognizing it, I promptly changed my password. Unfortunately, I couldn't log in after that, even with the new or old password. When trying to reset the password through the Forgot password process, I got stuck with security questions I couldn't answer, such as the account creation date. My account is now locked for investigation, and I might have to wait 5 days to regain access. This is my primary account, and I urgently need access.
