I no longer have access to an email account that is important to me. I've tried the recovery process, but I'm struggling to remember the necessary information. The email address in question is [redacted] Steam was able to assist me with a similar issue, so I hope Google can provide excellent customer service like them or better. I have various accounts linked to this email address that I don't want to lose. I'm willing to cooperate in any way I can to prove that I am the rightful owner. It's crucial to regain control of this email before it falls into the wrong hands and potentially harms others. Dear Sir, I am trying to recover the password for my Gmail account [redacted] I have requested a recovery and have been waiting for Google's policy to review it within 2 days. After waiting for this period, I received a response stating that based on the provided information, they were unable to verify that I am the owner of [redacted] This has left me disappointed as I have been unable to access my account despite claiming ownership. At 11:15 p.m., I received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon stating that my account was compromised. He requested that I purchase Google Play cards to resolve the issue. Initially, he asked for $[redacted], then an additional $[redacted] for another card to tackle the hackers. I bought multiple cards as advised, totaling $[redacted]. Amazon confirmed they do not request payments with prepaid cards. The imposter had a convincing website resembling Amazon, deceiving me into believing his legitimacy. I am not a frequent online shopper due to security concerns. The individual, under the guise of assisting from Amazon, exploited my lack of familiarity with online transactions. Seeking help from Google, I hope to address the unauthorized use of Google Play cards by scammers. If there is anyone from Google or management available to assist, please contact me at [redacted]. I recently received an email alert about a login attempt on my old Google account. The account is under the username [redacted] The associated phone number is [redacted]. I cannot recall the account number. The name linked to the account is Sean McKlveen, born on January 1, [redacted]. Additionally, the recovery email addresses could be [redacted] or [redacted] If possible, please verify if this login notification is valid.

Hello, I'm Erica Harris, and I've been struggling to regain access to my email accounts. One is ericaharris***@gmail.com, which I've had for many years until my ex-boyfriend hacked into it and altered all the information. Despite explaining the situation, I've only been directed to the account recovery link. The phone associated with the account was destroyed, and the recovery email, *****@***.com, is another account I've been attempting to recover. It was created in December of **** and is named after my dog. Various phone numbers were linked to [redacted], with the most recent ones ending in [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]. On the [redacted] account, two numbers ending in [redacted] and [redacted] were used. My date of birth is 04/06/[redacted]. I don't have my account number. Can a real person please reach out to me so I can regain access to these emails and reclaim some normalcy in my life post-breakup? Thank you very much.

I lost my phone and need help logging into my account. I can provide all the necessary information about my email: 1) The email account was created in June [redacted], but I changed the date of birth to October 2nd. 2) The email was created on a Vivo Y31L in UP, Saharanpur, Brijeshnagar. 3) There are over [redacted] contacts stored in this email. 4) The email was used to log into various apps like Flipkart, Facebook, and games like Clash of Clans and Mini Militia. 5) I also created my own YouTube channel with this email. 6) The original recovery email for this account was [redacted], but I later changed it to [redacted] 7) This email account was logged into multiple devices such as Intex and Vivo Y55L. 8) The email was last used on a Vivo Y31L. 9) The recovery phone number for this email account is [redacted]. 10) I have changed the password several times, using variations like harshitjkl, harshit@1, and harshit@2. I recently discovered an unauthorized charge on my account for an in-app purchase of $94.99 for American Jail Break to unlock all guns. Surprisingly, it turns out my 5-year-old son inadvertently made this purchase. I usually have fingerprint authentication set up for all Google Play purchases on my device, but this app has a one-tap buy option, which confused my son. I'm desperate for a refund promptly. The charge on my bank statement shows as Games Magic from Mountain View, CA, but when I tried contacting them, they denied any involvement. The app itself mentions Million Games in Hyderabad, India as the developer. I urgently need the correct contact information to resolve this and retrieve my money.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account because the phone I normally use for sign-in was damaged. Since I can't remember my password and the recovery methods are not working without my phone, I am at a loss. My cell phone company is sending a replacement, but in the meantime, I need to regain access to my account on a different device. I need assistance with resetting my Google account password as I no longer have access to the phone number linked to it. After trying to recover the password, I received a temporary passcode on my alternate email instead of my old phone number. However, further verification requests a PIN on my inactive phone or the account creation date, which I don't recall. I also can't remember the last known password, and after inputting it, Google couldn't verify my account. Due to the inactive phone number, I can't access my account. Any help would be appreciated. My primary account was hacked, and it still appears active. On February 13th, I was incarcerated, and my phone, along with my wallet and other belongings, was stolen. After my release this past weekend, I discovered this situation to my dismay. I am uncertain if the hacker deleted my account or simply changed the password. Unfortunately, my recovery account is linked to my business account, which I cannot access. I have reported the stolen phone to Straight Talk, and they are processing the ticket within 48 hours. I am unable to use the "find device" feature on either of my accounts. I want to track the phone's last location or determine if it is being used with another account and phone number until the ticket is processed. The information and pictures on both accounts are invaluable to me. I hope we can resolve this issue promptly to safeguard my personal and professional data before it's too late.

I am experiencing ongoing difficulties with Google/YouTube employees. Recently, my videos have been set to require manual review which is a new issue for me. Despite having over 10,[redacted] subscribers and meeting the criteria for automatic review, my videos have not been reviewed promptly. I have tried contacting creator support via email and sent feedback with screenshots, but have not received a response or resolution. Additionally, I have attempted to get the name of my contact manager as all creators in the partner program should have access to this information, but support has not been forthcoming. These consistent problems are frustrating due to the negligence of Google/YouTube employees. I have kept detailed records of all communication and issues encountered. I fear that my channel may be targeted unjustly, possibly by a biased employee. This situation is impacting my revenue and could potentially lead to legal action if not addressed promptly. I'm currently experiencing recurring issues with Google/YouTube employees regarding the automatic classification of my videos as "not suitable, need manual review." This is a significant problem as it deviates from my previous video settings. I noticed that the Y-shaped icon which allowed me to control the playback speed of certain video clips has disappeared from Google Chrome. I used this feature frequently for dance videos, adjusting the speed with a slider for specific sections. It had options to enable, disable, and customize the speed for those clips. Now I can't find it anymore, even though the icon is still there. I feel frustrated and disappointed about this sudden change in Chrome. If anyone knows how I can restore this feature, I would greatly appreciate the help.

I need help with recovering access to my Gmail accounts. The account on my tablet is set up automatically, so I never needed to remember the password. I had set up backup methods, but one was my deceased mother's phone and the other was my old work email. I got a new phone and a laptop, and now I can't access my Gmail. I tried to reset the password multiple times, visited the Geek Squad, and even called a help line [redacted]. I spoke with Michael, who promised to help but never called me back. I recovered my Gmail account yesterday due to getting a new phone. However, Google's security measures are causing issues as I cannot access the account on my new phone despite completing the recovery process several times to verify my identity. I am able to log in on a computer and confirmed my identity through an email sent to me. Despite this, I am still unable to access the account on my new phone. Google's recovery process is repetitive and asks irrelevant security questions that I did not set up. It is frustrating that there is no option to speak with a representative over the phone for assistance with account recovery.

I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone. When setting it up initially, the wrong gmail account got linked to it. Consequently, I'm unable to access my contacts from the old phone. The cell provider suggests transferring the data from the old phone to the new one, but the mix-up with the gmail account is causing frustration. I've tried removing the old account to retrieve my information and set up a new or second account with the correct gmail address, but I keep getting error messages like "account in use by someone else" or "phone number already linked to another account." I simply want to remove the outdated gmail account (unused for years) and connect my data to the correct gmail account I used with my previous phone.

I am experiencing an issue with accessing my email account from a second computer. Despite following all the standard security procedures, Google is unable to verify the ownership of both devices. The password was last changed on 8 December, [redacted]. I am currently logged in on one computer, but the email is blocked on the other. I am unable to recall important details for account recovery, such as the password, setup date, recovery email address, and security questions. I need assistance in unfreezing the second computer and resetting my password without being logged out of the working email on my current machine. This way, I can avoid being stranded without access should I forget the password.

My Google account is in disarray, and as someone new to this, I require human assistance to identify and resolve the issues. The suggested site isn't providing the help I need when I access it on my phone. Juggling directions and reading them on the same screen is challenging for me, as I don't own a PC, just a phone. I have been attempting to reach a human representative over the phone to assist me in resolving my password and security code issues to be able to use Google services seamlessly.
