My account has been compromised, resulting in 15 different emails being linked to my account without my authorization. Some of the unauthorized emails associated with my Google account are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I need guidance on how to address this issue since I did not create these emails, and they are storing my passwords without my permission. I am not the administrator for many of these unauthorized emails on my account, and they have third-party apps connected to them, tracking all activities on my phone including location, messages, contacts, photos, voice calls, and emails. Please advise on the steps I should take to resolve this matter as my new Outlook email has also been compromised, potentially granting access to sensitive information.

I am concerned as my wife keeps accusing me of being on Hangouts, which I do not have or use. This is causing issues in our relationship, and she shows me evidence that I am online when I am not. Even after changing my email with a new phone, she still sees me on there. I want to understand why this is happening and how to fix it, as it is causing a lot of tension between us. My Gmail account has been compromised along with my iCloud, Facebook, and Yahoo accounts. I am seeking assistance in restoring my accounts and obtaining the IP addresses used to access them. My cell phone provider has confirmed unauthorized access and I am considering involving the police. I am requesting Google's help in restoring my accounts and providing the necessary information. Some apps like Alfred Camera, Track View, and icam mobile were inaccessible or appeared on my phone without my knowledge. I would like to report this information to the police for further action. My fiancée and I are having issues recovering our accounts. Someone is changing our passwords, and we're attempting to use each other's phones for recovery but are facing difficulties. Additionally, unfamiliar apps downloaded from the Play Store are appearing on our phones, and we discovered three system settings for remote control. We are unable to use our Gmail accounts. I have been facing issues accessing my email account and have been trying to use my brother's email for verification. Previously, I used the passcode "kierra1995" for my email. I am unsure why there are difficulties in regaining access. I have been attempting to login to my Facebook account but have not been successful despite receiving codes via email. I have been attempting to access my Google account to check my emails but have been encountering issues for several days. Initially, I was unable to proceed and kept receiving an error message stating that Google could not verify my ownership of the account. Today, I made another attempt and successfully completed the account recovery form by providing the correct month and year, an alternative email address, and entering the received code. However, the message displayed informed me that my ownership of [redacted] could not be verified. Despite reaching out to Google for assistance, the responses received have been unhelpful automated messages. I have been trying to have an advertisement for Innisfail Medical Centre removed from Google Maps for the past two years. A patient informed us about a negative comment on the ad, which we later found out was not from a genuine patient. Despite multiple attempts to have it taken down, the ad keeps reappearing with the inappropriate review as the first thing people see. Positive comments are not given the same prominence. I have contacted Google Maps via email and phone without success. The issue has been damaging to our Practice, so I urgently need assistance on how to permanently remove the ad. If there is no resolution soon, I will have to consider legal action.

I would like access to my original account restored. I prefer to decide on any suspicious activity myself. Please provide me with a number to contact Google to speak with a live representative. I request that my codes and account numbers remain unchanged, unless I authorize it. I am not concerned about who views my account. Kindly return me to my original account and refrain from further alterations. Alternatively, reimburse me the money spent on the original accounts that are now inaccessible. I would like to communicate with Google via phone, not email. If this is not feasible on your end, I will consider other options for online services. Please contact me soon, there is no reason not to restore my access promptly. Thank you.

I inadvertently made a change to my Gmail account and now I am unable to log in. It's not due to incorrect information. Despite my attempts to follow the steps, I keep receiving a message stating "Google/Gmail does not recognize my account," which is frustrating as I have used the same email for years: [redacted] When prompted for the account creation date, I cannot recall the exact day. It was established several years ago. I feel this situation is unjust, especially for a loyal customer like me. I am 87 years old and although I try my best, it seems like the internet is geared towards younger individuals. Do we elderly not matter? I seek assistance. Can a Google/Gmail representative provide the help I need?

For the past two years, I've been struggling to access my account due to a difficult situation with my ex-boyfriend. He initially helped me with my work email but later changed the password multiple times without providing me with the updated information. After our relationship ended, he changed the password once more and did not share it with me. I had to change my phone number to prevent his harassment, only to realize that it was linked to my Gmail account. This account holds significant sentimental value as it contains cherished memories, including photos of my late grandmother. Dear Team, I have noticed multiple unauthorized debit transactions on my credit card ending in XXXXXXX6187. These transactions occurred without any OTP validation. There were debits for Rs. [redacted] (1 time), Rs. [redacted] (11 times), and Rs. [redacted] (6 times). The payments were made to GOOGLE PROXIMA BETA and FACEBK ADS, Ftcoa around 3AM to 3:10AM, totaling around 12K in a short period. I did not authorize these transactions or provide any OTP. I recently got a new Kindle and need to add my personal email to it. Unfortunately, I can't recall my password. I have been attempting to reset my password using my 2-step verification six times in the past day. I have entered the codes sent to my phone, secondary phone number, and work email, but Google is unable to verify that the account belongs to me. I have had this account for years, and it's been functioning properly. I am stuck in this frustrating loop and just want to successfully load my email on the Kindle.

For the past 3 1/2 years, I have been struggling to identify the person intruding into my phone. The individual seems to avoid being caught in the act, which is frustrating. I believe Google should be more careful about who they sell licenses to for G Suite. There should be background checks and verification procedures before granting access. I have tried reaching out to Google numerous times but have received no assistance. It's disheartening to see the lack of concern for victims like myself. The situation is alarming as it involves illegal access to phones, home intrusion, and identity theft. I feel compelled to take action to address this issue and hold Google accountable for enabling criminal activities through their services. It's a matter of protecting our rights and privacy. I am currently locked out of my Google account as I have forgotten my password and Google is attempting to send a password to an email that no longer exists. I am unable to remember the security questions associated with the account, as well as the account creation date. Despite inputting my regular email as a recovery option, which matches the account email, I am asked to provide a different email. This poses an issue as my current email is the only one I have. Consequently, the system is preventing me from accessing my account with a message stating the inability to verify it. Given that Google Plus is coming to an end today, I have a significant amount of personal photos, over 15,[redacted], documenting moments from my children's lives stored in that account that I urgently need to retrieve before potential deletion. These pictures were uploaded using an old Android phone which stored the account information. I have since switched to an iPhone and am now unable to access or confirm my account. Unfortunately, the email to which the temporary password is being sent has been inactive for 5 to 10 years, complicating the login process. How should I proceed in this situation?

My phone has been hacked by two individuals, and they have taken control of my accounts, including my emails, photos, and documents. They are using my devices for fraudulent activities like streaming inappropriate content. I have tried to recover my accounts but have faced difficulties as the hackers have changed all my passwords. I am struggling to regain access to my devices, including my tablet, as they are also compromised. I am only able to connect to Wi-Fi through Gaflash, and my other connections have been blocked. My phone doesn't support emails. I need to reach out to Google for a password reset since I tend to forget them sometimes due to my age. Thunderbird has made me reset my password multiple times, and now I can't recall which ones I've used. My email account is currently closed, and I was informed I would be contacted in "5" days, which seems long. I rely on this account for work-related communication regarding captain jobs. I need assistance with setting up my son's account on his new iPhone. He has been using his Gmail account for various online activities, such as PlayStation and games, but now he is being asked to have a parent update it as he is not old enough to manage it independently. I tried using the Google Family Link app from the Apple Store, but I am unable to create a family group through it. Despite my son being 13, Google support seems to suggest that I cannot sign in for a child under 13, which is not the case here.
