Google has poor Customer's Service to Effectively resolve Refunds on supicious Charges!

For refunds you will need to call Care Credit directly. There are a few ways to attempt to get a refund. One by calling and the other by contacting your bank to get cancel the transaction.

I did download some internet security apps which had a ** day trail period but I didnot sign on to accept the subscription except for keyspan which i cancelled . The other one i saw was NOrTON mobile but I didnot signin to buy the product,or accept the ** day trail .so prehaps ,norton charged me but i did not authorize them to do so or accept the trail and have uninstalled the above mention product ... I DONOT RECOGNIZE CHARGES FROM : A GOOGLE NUSOFT.I was charged $*.** and $**.** by Google play but they wer not identified in my Google account . I didnot authorize any in-app purchases on March. **,**** so I donot know what product I was charged for. My bank sent me an alert about these charges which i informed my bank i didnot authorize, yet these same charges donot appear in my Google payment history . Yet iam being charged and I need Google to tell med what this is and refund these charges. I did download some apps ,but I didnot authorize any apps for a purchase and need an explaination
This is frustrating because if I could speak to a person from Google ,maybe they can explain what happened and refund these charges of $*.** and $**.** to my debit card*bank account. Google is the only company that donot have a way of responding to customer's immediate concerns . The help section can not answer certain quetions and the form does not allow you to explain or correct invalid infomation . In fact , the form had my new debit card on the form but not the old card i used to make the purchase' Nor did it allow me to imput the correct information
Google could make it right contacting me by phone asap and by refunding my funds to my debit card .
I have been a good customer for about ** years buying many apps, movies and products or services .I feel Google is making a lot of money from their million of customers. Yet its a lack of respect not to accept phone calls from customers, especially when you have urgent concerns and need answers . I am a Senior ,with a fixed income and donot need to wait ** to ** days to have unauthorized funds returned to me or to explain why these charges are not in my Google play history . Also why do google allow companies on their site to unfairly charge their customers ,
I authorized my bank to do a fuard investigation and to cancell the charges . However , Google seems to be claiming they were authorized to make the charge for ncsoft ,although its not in my Google Purchase history . My bank also cancelled my old debit card used for the disputed charges and sent me a new one ,
