I have recently recovered my [redacted] account after my I-Phone broke. This is an old email, and I provided sufficient validation to your support team to regain access. However, I believe this account has been hacked again, as I cannot log in to [redacted] or [redacted] I realize having multiple accounts might seem confusing, but I use them for a game that necessitates multiple email addresses. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and I am eager to regain access to my emails. I made [redacted] around 7-8 years ago when I was 16 or 17 (I am now almost 23). This was my first primary email saved on my iPhone. Despite receiving messages about unauthorized access attempts to my Google accounts, the provided links were not helpful. A person from Google support may have reached out to [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] regarding my account recovery. I kindly request a password reset for these accounts. The security information for my accounts might include the names Maggie or Dusty, as I have entered, but I am still unable to verify my identity. I suspect my accounts have been compromised.

I am currently locked out of my Google account due to a security lock that was placed without my consent. The email address affected is [redacted], and the alternative email provided is [redacted] I had received a verification code on my backup email, oystapinkish, but after entering it for account recovery, the account got locked once again. I am frustrated by this security hold and the inconvenience it has caused me. I am willing to provide any additional verification needed to regain access to my account promptly. It is essential to me that this issue is resolved within 24 hours, and I am disappointed that I may have to pay to have this matter addressed quickly. Customer service is vital to me, and I would appreciate a phone call at [redacted] to resolve this matter efficiently.

I have a Samsung S9+. Last month, my apps on Google Play stopped updating. I contacted my wireless provider (Sprint & Assurion), and we tried troubleshooting the issue without success. I was advised to contact Google directly, but couldn't find a way to speak to someone. I followed the online guidance to delete and re-add my Google account, which temporarily fixed the problem. However, the apps stopped updating again afterward. I attempted the same process, but it didn't resolve the issue this time. Currently, I have over 70 apps waiting to update with auto-update enabled. I'm unsure of the next steps.

I got my Samsung phone from the Telus store in Kingsway Mall, Edmonton, Alberta, back in February [redacted] when I was still married. I created a new Gmail account with the address [redacted], which is also my original Xbox gamertag. Unfortunately, my ex-wife took the phone when she left, so I had to resort to using a temporary phone my mother gave me that couldn't handle all my music from OneDrive. Now, with a new phone after losing my Moto G3, I can access everything, but I'm struggling with the two-step verification process which has caused me to lose access to nearly 12 albums of punk music. I have three emails: [redacted] linked to my Facebook, [redacted] linked to OneDrive, and [redacted] for everything else. The passwords are similar due to my memory issues. I'm having trouble recovering my account, and I hope for assistance. My new phone number is [redacted], and you can reach me at [redacted] or find me on Facebook @ Jason [redacted]

My ex-girlfriend hacked my account, and it's causing issues for me today! Despite being the rightful owner, I have never been able to recover it. The Gmail address ([redacted]) associated with my account, which bears my name and is definitely mine, was compromised by my ex. Even after years, I'm still locked out of certain accounts because they were linked to the hacked email. It's unlawful for someone to take over someone else's Gmail account like this. My ex-girlfriend is behaving irrationally and only cares about money. I need assistance in reclaiming what was stolen from me, a situation that arose because of a security breach in your system. Google, I urge you to consider implementing facial recognition for Gmail to enhance security. Your influence is vast, and introducing this feature could lead the way for other platforms. Please help me address this issue promptly.

Hello, MyLife.com, I am concerned about the personal and false information displayed on your website without consent, including my birthdate, age, and city of residence. This data appears prominently in Google search results under my name (Leslie Lass). Additionally, I have noticed deceptive reviews with ratings intended to entice individuals to pay for uncovering negative reviewers. After warning of legal action, MyLife.com promptly removed my profile, yet it still appears high in Google searches even weeks later. I request the immediate removal of this information from your search results. Thank you, Leslie Lass.

I have more than $[redacted] in Google Play credits that I'm unable to redeem, and it's showing that I have a limited time to collect them. When I try to use the credits, it redirects me to my Amazon account where I also have over $[redacted] in credits. I'm trying to use the $[redacted] Google Play credits in a game called "Age of Wushu Dynasty" that I found on the Google Play Store, which is linked to my Gmail account.

Please contact me at [redacted] (primary) or [redacted] (secondary), or via email at [redacted] or [redacted] I've tried the account recovery process, but my information seems to have been altered as it won't let me create a new account. The emails [redacted] and [redacted] need to be updated as my alternate emails, and the phone numbers should be changed to [redacted] and [redacted]. Thank you.

Hi there, I'm experiencing an issue with my daughter's Google account on her iPhone. The account is [redacted] Despite trying mobile data and wifi, YouTube isn't working correctly. I contacted my internet provider, who mentioned a "chrome Google Attack." After scanning my laptop, I noticed a suspicious white man added. I removed her account from some old devices but noticed the problem persisted. To troubleshoot, I logged into her phone with my Google account and found YouTube worked fine. Given that my daughters are both YouTubers, this situation seems odd. Considering creating a new account was suggested, I reached out to a phone repair company for a different viewpoint. My friend, who owns a new company, recommended contacting Google directly. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. [redacted].

I am disputing a $95.99 charge from a Google Affiliate called "Synctuition". I opted for a 1-week "free trial" through their app, uninstalled it before the trial ended, and still got charged for a 1-year subscription the next day. This transaction was made through my Paypal account without my authorization. Despite contacting Paypal and receiving help with disputing the charge, I am concerned about how my account was accessed. Paypal mentioned it was connected to a previous $1.99/mo. agreement with Google for cloud storage. My agreement with Google was solely for cloud storage, not for their affiliates. I have tried contacting Synctuition and only received an automated response. I plan to dispute this with my bank, Wells Fargo, and prevent any future unauthorized Google charges.

Hello, I am in need of urgent assistance. Over the past 5 days, I have been trying to access my Gmail account without success. Due to a change in my cellphone number, I am unable to receive the verification code sent to my old number, which is no longer active (old number: [redacted]). This has led to me being locked out of my Gmail account, [redacted], where important contacts and job-related information are stored. I have contacted my service provider, Metro PCS/T-Mobile, but they were unable to retrieve my old number. My new number is [redacted], and I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. Unfortunately, my attempts to log in have been futile, and I am unable to access my recovery email at [redacted] The situation is critical as my job is at risk. I am also locked out of my Facebook account, where I have attempted to recover access by providing identification and photos as requested. I urgently require assistance to regain access to my accounts and avoid any further complications. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

For the last five years, I have been receiving 3 to 6 calls a day from Google Maps. Despite being on the do not call list, the calls persist even on weekends. I had a conversation with a representative once and declined advertising as I am already overwhelmed with work. I explicitly requested to be removed from the calling list, but the calls continued from various companies. As a contractor, these calls disrupt my work in challenging environments. Despite blocking numbers and attempting to opt-out, the calls persist. The frequency has escalated to the point of extreme frustration. I urge all contractors associated with Google Maps to cease calling me at [redacted].

I had an incident trying to put my phone in a car holder, accidentally activating emergency mode and having my husband accidentally erase all the data. I've been struggling to recall the email and password for three days now, even though it insists my phone number isn't mine, it is the only one I've ever used. I now have a new phone, a Galaxy S8, but it's crucial I recover the lost information as it contains vital details for my daughter's wedding, memories of my mother, and work passwords. I wasn't aware of the importance of saving this information, and I'm feeling lost. The account was initially set up with a Galaxy S5 which I replaced with a Pixel 3.

I frequently receive emails from different companies or websites that I haven't subscribed to. Gmail states that no one else should have my account, even if there is a dot in it, but it appears that others are using an account with a similar name without a dot. I've had this email since I was young, and these unsolicited emails only started coming recently. Please investigate how this is happening or provide an explanation.

Hello Google Customer Support, I've experienced a breach in my Google account '[redacted]'. I recently reviewed my recovery email account after a long absence and was alarmed to find several emails from Google labeled "Critical security alert with your linked Google Account" dating back to 6/2/[redacted]. It appears that an unknown individual successfully accessed my Google account on 27/7/[redacted], changed the recovery email and password, leaving me unable to sign back in. Despite trying the recommendations from Google support, I have been unable to regain access. I urgently need your assistance in recovering my account as it is linked to my YouTube account, which now contains videos I didn't upload. Should you require any verification that I'm the rightful owner, I can provide screenshots of the emails received by my recovery account associated with this Google account. Looking forward to your prompt response. Warm regards, Joey

Your website section "Celebrate Black Women and Girls" appears to be exclusive and discriminatory. Where is the celebration for all women and girls, including white, Indian, Muslim, Chinese, Hawaiian, and Latino communities? Diversity is important, and the current focus seems to overlook many other groups that contribute to society. Celebrating all ethnicities and backgrounds would reflect true inclusivity and equality.

I am facing a challenging situation involving my severely autistic son who has been using my bank card without authorization to make purchases in games like Coin Master and Slotomania. This has resulted in significant financial losses for me. Despite my efforts to remove the payment methods from these games, he somehow manages to reapply them. As a desperate mother, I kindly request your understanding and assistance in refunding the unauthorized charges. I have already taken steps to ban him from the games, but the financial impact remains. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
