Hello, I'm Francis. I received an alert from you on 2/17/19 regarding a change in my recovery email. I did not make this change, and as a victim of identity theft, I am concerned. I am trying to locate the Galaxy J1 device that is attempting to alter my account information. There have been unsuccessful attempts to sign into [redacted], and I am puzzled as to how my recovery email was modified. I need assistance in resolving this issue as I am not experienced with Android devices. I am struggling to access my Google account and fear I am making mistakes during login attempts. I need guidance on preventing such incidents in the future. The individual is also using my other email address, [redacted] I have taken steps such as placing fraud alerts and informing the Federal Trade Commission about this identity theft. The IRS and Social Security Administration are involved in the investigation. If you have any information to assist in identifying the culprit, please share it. Kindly help me secure my account [redacted] first, and then I will address the other one. Thank you. -Francis Graham, also known as Marie Dutton

About two months ago, I changed the password for my primary email address, [redacted], due to security concerns. Unfortunately, I forgot the new password as I did not use the account regularly. I've attempted to recover the account three times without success, providing more information each time. I also tried to use an alternate email, [redacted], for recovery as I no longer have access to my old email, [redacted] To further complicate matters, my computer broke down, and I can only access my email on my phone, making account recovery crucial. I am considering reaching out to Google to confirm [redacted] as my alternate email. However, I am unsure how to contact them since I cannot find the appropriate support email addresses. Additionally, there are language and phone number change issues affecting the recovery process. I am willing to communicate in German, English, or Polish and can provide my previous phone number if necessary.

I am unable to access my gmail account passwords [redacted] and [redacted] I am seeking help to reactivate them. I was born in [redacted] in Ipswich QLD, Australia, residing at 12 Leahy Street, Brassall, QLD, postcode [redacted]. Unfortunately, I do not recall my passwords. I have attempted to reset them through Microsoft without success. I accidentally set my birth date to [redacted], triggered my antivirus scan, and received warnings about potential harmful programs. Upon inspecting the code, I discovered keylogging, data logging, and the ability to drop spyware files post-uninstallation. My email account, [redacted], is now disabled due to age restrictions. I fear identity theft, credit card fraud, or my personal address being compromised. This account is crucial for communication with friends via Discord and Hangouts. I urgently need to regain access to retrieve important emails and contacts. Thank you to any Google Admin who can assist me with this issue.

I recently discovered two unauthorized payments from two different bank accounts I hold at different banks, processed through Google Payments for an unknown app not listed in my history or subscriptions. I would never knowingly download an app costing $[redacted].99 as it would conflict with my strict budget set to cover essential expenses like my mortgage and providing for my children. This incident has left me in a crisis, unable to afford essentials. I urgently require both a refund and a solution to prevent further unauthorized payments. Previously, NAB investigated and refunded me for a similar fraudulent payment, stating the company didn't exist. This time, the unauthorized payment was from my Commonwealth Bank account, leading me through a distressing chain of referrals that has jeopardized my financial stability, causing immense anxiety and desperation.

I have been locked out of my primary email address, [redacted], since November [redacted] due to health issues. I have tried to contact Google multiple times without success. They suggested I open a new account, ChristopherDotseth@gmail, which has only caused more confusion. I am desperate to regain access to my important emails and have been requesting help from Google relentlessly. I am disappointed with Google's lack of response and the difficulties I've faced trying to resolve this issue. Google's services appear to have declined, which is frustrating. I hope Google can assist me in resolving this matter promptly.

I have two Google accounts. The first one, created years ago, has an inappropriate account name from my youth. A few years back, I made a more professional second account. I've backed up my data and I'm in the process of moving it to my second account to eventually delete the first one. I had an extra 100GB of Google Drive storage on the first account, totaling 115GB. Is it possible to move this additional storage to my second account? I don't plan to keep the first account, but I don't want to lose that storage capacity.

While traveling, I updated my Google password and logged in successfully on my phone and tablet. However, upon returning home, I couldn't remember the new password for my home and office PCs. I attempted to recover my account, but hit a roadblock with the verification process, as I couldn't access my recovery email. Despite providing all necessary information, my recovery attempt was unsuccessful, and I was informed via email that more details were needed. I contacted a Google representative at (UK)0[redacted] but felt the conversation was unhelpful.

While traveling, I changed my Google password and successfully logged in on my phone and tablet. Upon returning home, I couldn't remember the new password for my home and office PCs. I attempted the Google "account recovery" process, entering my previous password and verifying my mobile number. However, I couldn't access the recovery email required for the next step. After providing additional information, I was informed it would take 2-3 days to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after this time, Google stated they didn't have enough information to proceed with the recovery. I then contacted a Google representative, but the experience was like speaking to a salesperson rather than getting help. Despite offering various verification details, including credit card information and IDs, Google insisted on following the recovery questions process.

I used to use the email [redacted] a long time ago. I currently have it linked to my YouTube account. However, I can't access it on my new device or PS4 because I am unable to verify the account information. The account details were set up by my ex, so I don't have access to the recovery email or phone number associated with it. The YouTube account is currently under the name Maroon Asshole, previously known as 2Noobtubers, with the name Rena Violet. I can only access the account on a school computer. I would like to regain access to this email on my phone and PS4 to use YouTube at home. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Google account was hacked even though I have an SMS system set up on my Pixel 3. I received a code starting with G- and assumed it would keep them out. However, the hacker managed to access it and took all my saved passwords for Steam, Blizzard, and Netflix, which included years of passwords. Unfortunately, I can't access my recovery email as it's been inactive for years and is locked. I've tried answering Google's questions multiple times, and they said they would email me, but it's been 5 days without any contact. Currently overseas, my Google Photos and Drive contain sensitive Visa information, and I'm at a loss as to what to do next since I can't find a contact number for assistance.

Hello, Google, I am reaching out on behalf of a friend who has authorized me to submit a DMCA Report on her behalf. I have already emailed [redacted] and received an automated response redirecting me to Google Support. Despite following the steps provided, I continue to be redirected repeatedly. My main question is, how can I successfully submit a DMCA Removal request for Google's search engine? I have explicit permission from my friend, backed by an authorization letter, to act on her behalf. I possess all required documentation, including copies of the content to be removed and acknowledgment from the original source affirming the need for removal. I would appreciate guidance on the appropriate email address at Google to send the comprehensive DMCA removal request.

I urgently need to recover access to this email. I am hoping that Google can promptly assist me in recovering this email account.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I'm encountering an issue with Bingo Blitz where it keeps prompting me to install Adobe Flash, causing the game to run extremely slow. Despite trying to uninstall/reinstall apps and following various troubleshooting steps, the problem persists. Even though my Flash settings are allowed, I'm continuously asked to install it whenever I enter the game. I've reached out to Bingo Blitz for assistance but haven't received a solution yet. I had my computer checked and cleaned, suspecting a different issue, but everything seemed fine until this Flash installation message appeared. Any advice or guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help. Warm regards, M-E Humphrey
