Issue: Google allowed *****@***.com and *****@***.com to be assigned to two different people. They DID NOT STOP the second person to create what should have been the same name (if dots do not matter). As a result, there are instances where each ID does not get the email they are supposed to receive.*To resolve the issue: the one who created the email first should have sole possession of both *****@***.com and *****@***.com. The second person needs to be transitioned to a new address. During that transition, the first person can forward any email not belonging to him to the new email address. If a special "transition" button can perform the task of forwarding the email (and perhaps reply back to the sender to advise them of the new address) without revealing the new address to the one using the old address, that may eliminate some concerns about privacy. Right now, important email is being lost to both people. We need a solution.
