I believe your policies are too restrictive. Disabling comments or removing videos just because someone features their child or a relative's child is unjust. Families should have the freedom to share such moments without YouTube controlling it like parents can't showcase their own children online. It's not YouTube's place to dictate these personal choices. The platform is crossing boundaries and making it seem like showing kids in videos is wrong. People deserve the right to include children in their content. It's about family and personal choice, not YouTube micromanaging. Your actions are unfair and intrusive, acting as if others can't involve children in their videos. Respect people's decisions to include kids in their videos without these unnecessary restrictions. It's time to step back and reconsider these regulations, giving creators the autonomy they deserve.

I have an account with you and recently received notice that my YouTube account associated with Google is at risk of being taken down due to not meeting the updated qualifications. I have not withdrawn any monetization due to not wanting it to go into my personal account, as I am in the process of setting up my business. I am currently taking classes at a financial development corporation in Sacramento to work on my business, but struggling to connect with the right contacts. My plan is to create a website showcasing my recipes and eventually publish a cookbook with over 47 years of recipes. Despite facing significant challenges such as losing my home, business, parents, and job, I am grateful to have a place to live. My YouTube channel, "Fun Cooking with Mary," has been a lifeline for me after losing everything. However, I am finding it hard to adapt to the changes and navigate the process of setting up a business account to handle monetization. I appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with my account and business aspirations.

I am struggling to log in with my correct Gmail and password. Google keeps asking me to verify my identity, but even after completing the steps, I am still denied access to my account. I cannot find a way to contact customer support to help me bypass the security lock preventing me from accessing my emails. The help page seems to be leading me in circles without any solutions. This experience with such a large company is disappointing and frustrating.

I am having trouble with Google account verification. Despite being able to access emails on the Gmail app, Google does not recognize my email address during verification. The issue began when setting up 2-step verification, which I couldn't finish due to program crashes, now I can't log in. The recovery email for verification isn't being received, even when logging in directly through Google > Gmail. Whenever entering my email during verification, it's flagged as invalid. Currently, the site shows up when searched directly, but not in general pet sitter searches for Bellevue, TN. I added relevant tags during the site creation. For the past three days, I have spent numerous hours trying to contact Google for help with my Google account. When I try to verify my account, there is an error with my valid Gmail address, stating it is not valid. The issue started about a week ago when I set up 2-step verification. The first step with my phone number went smoothly, but I couldn't proceed as the email verification step keeps flagging my email address as invalid. This problem is affecting my desktop, iPhone, and iPad. It has been challenging to get assistance.

I contacted Google Support but faced difficulties due to the automated system. The department I required was not available, leading to my call being disconnected by the automated system. I then dialed another number and was advised of an hour-long wait to speak to a customer service representative. My concerns revolve around the unavailability of human assistance when reaching out to Google. It is crucial to have support staff accessible for user issues. Additionally, our address is absent from Google Maps, causing complications with receiving mail. This is particularly problematic for us as seniors who rely on receiving medications by mail. To address these issues, I suggest Google employ human operators for customer support and add our address to Google Maps for accurate navigation and mail delivery. Your prompt attention to these matters would be greatly appreciated.

My wife passed away 4 months ago, and I am struggling to access her drive containing our important pictures. Her account is [redacted], and the last password I remember is Iloveryan10424. We shared and linked accounts often, but when she changed her password, she couldn't recall it or the account creation details. Due to changing phones, the 2-step verification is inaccessible without her old cell number. I can provide all her information, even her social security number and a copy of her death certificate. Today, I purchased a new phone at the Apple store and traded in my old one. During the transfer, I realized my Google account wasn't signed in, and I couldn't remember my password since I hadn't used it on my old phone. When I tried to recover it, I didn't have enough information, and it required my old phone number, which I no longer have due to switching companies after Boost Mobile did not accept my Apple store device. As a result, I am unable to access my account due to the outdated phone number linked to it.

Hello, my name is Richard. I have been experiencing harassment due to a back injury. Recently, after purchasing a Pixel 3 and setting up Gmail on the device, I received a notification that my password was changed to an unknown recovery device and number. I have not been able to recover my email [redacted] because each time a code is sent, it suddenly changes to another code and then provides me with no recovery options. To Whom It May Concern, On 24/12/19, I purchased an image advertised on Facebook for €1.09 to capture the magic of Santa. However, on 24/01/19, charges of €[redacted].99 and €[redacted].99 to Google were unauthorized and not requested. Unfortunately, I was unable to dispute these charges within the 2-hour deadline for a refund as I was unaware of the purchases. I only discovered 2 car games on my phone, which I promptly deleted, mistaking them for free downloads made by my nephew. It turned out that I owed this money to PayPal due to a purchase related to the Santa image. There was no indication during the initial purchase that I was buying car games, leading to this confusion. I urge you to refund my PayPal account promptly. It is disheartening to see adults being misled into purchasing computer games. There are two phone numbers listed on my account recovery page for two-step verification, but I only recognize one of them – [redacted]. I am unable to change my password or update my email recovery because after selecting "yes" to login, it redirects to a phone number I don't know. When I indicate that I don't have that phone, it prompts for the date the account was created. If the phone verification has already gone through successfully, shouldn't that confirm it's me? Please remove the unrecognized phone number from my account so I can proceed to update my password promptly. Thank you.

I experienced a hacking incident in November [redacted] after allowing a fake Microsoft representative remote access to my computer. This led to my devices being compromised, including my Android phone, my wife's phone, and her desktop. Despite getting some initial help, I discovered a hidden network on my laptop the next day. Investigating further, I found high levels of electromagnetic force (EMF) radiation in my home due to cellular energy infiltrating abandoned communication wires (DISH, DIRECTV). This radiation caused me physical and mental issues, influencing my decision-making.
