I typed the incorrect suffix in my address when ordering a pixel *. I did not notice until Fed ex would not drop off the package. I called Fed ex and they advised that Google locked down the package and only Google could change the address from Blvd to CT. Soni called Google and received the worst customer experience ever. First off my call to Fed ex was * minutes long. So this tells me Google could call and make the change in * minutes. Nope instead I have to be transferred around for ** minutes. Until I get to a guy ... Sorry no not a guy a jerk who says oh I'll escalate this to the shipping team and they'll tell Fed ex you want to come get it. That is not what I requested. I simply requested for him to call Fed ex provide the tracking number and change the suffix... Even after the rigourus verification I provided this was not an option. I ordered this phone on Feb. *th it shipped Feb *th and it is no where in site. When I email the guy to ask questions he sends me the same canned response over and over and over. At this point it would be faster for me to do nothing and order a new phone. How sad is this? Then if the other one shows up just refuse to receive it. This is trash Google you are better than that.
