Additionally, my Gmail address has changed from [redacted] to [redacted] unexpectedly, and I am unable to receive emails from my Yahoo account, [redacted], due to the verification codes being sent to the wrong number. I need the old phone number, [redacted], removed entirely from my account so I can receive verification codes on my current number, [redacted], to regain access to my contacts, photos, and emails. It is crucial that Google helps me resolve this issue promptly.

I am having trouble forwarding multiple email addresses to my existing one. I attempted to forward [redacted] and [redacted] to [redacted] on Jan. 17 but it didn't work despite following the prompts and using confirmation codes. Here are the details with the confirmation codes: [redacted] - Confirmation code: [redacted]87 [redacted] - Confirmation code: [redacted]69 I still need to forward [redacted] and [redacted], and I would like assistance with forwarding all four to [redacted] Additionally, there is an old email address, [redacted], that I would like to delete from my Gmail account as I no longer use it. I am experiencing issues with my Google accounts on various devices. Last week, I contacted support and the problem was identified as 2-step verification. Although the issue was resolved for my iPad, my Dell desktop still has frozen documents and inaccessible Gmail. I tried reinstating 2-step verification as advised, but the problem persists. My iPhone is unaffected, but I prefer using the Dell at home. I am 81 years old and struggling to adapt to new technology quickly. I looked up the Apple iTunes Store support phone number on Google, and one of the first numbers I called was answered as "Apple Support." I was trying to address unauthorized activity on my Apple ID and an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].89. The person claiming to be an Apple Support Agent told me my phone was hacked and advised me to purchase iTunes cards to remove the hackers. After spending $[redacted] on the cards as instructed, they promised to refund the money within half an hour. However, the funds never returned, and I realized I was scammed. I am frustrated that Google allowed such a fraudulent company to masquerade as Apple Support. As a single mother with a one-year-old, I am facing financial difficulties due to this deceit. I want to report this fraud and seek compensation. The scam numbers I contacted are ‭+1 [redacted]‬, ‭+1 [redacted]‬, ‭+1 [redacted]‬, ‭+1 [redacted]‬, ‭+1 [redacted]‬, and they are still operating as iTunes Apple Support. If someone could assist me in recovering my funds and putting an end to this fraudulent activity, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J3V that I set up on December 24, [redacted]. My Google account is [redacted] The original password was Holley2styers, but it was changed to styers2hardin about 48 hours ago. Unfortunately, my son added unwanted items to the phone while he was visiting, so I reset the phone on January 28 to remove them. However, Google is now asking for the previous information synced to the phone, which I have been unable to provide despite trying various passwords and email addresses. My phone number is [redacted]. I also have a similar issue with my previous phone, which has the number [redacted]. I am 71 years old and live alone, so having my phone is crucial for my safety. My 11-year-old son, Maverick Moore, somehow changed my Gmail settings to his school's account, [redacted] My Gmail is [redacted] This occurred on the Firefox browser. Originally, my password was mitymavy07, and after changing it to eotlemac, I still couldn't access my account. Google sent a verification code to my phone at [redacted], but they couldn't verify it was me and requested an alternative email, [redacted], where they were supposed to send another verification. However, I never received the email, even after checking spam. I repeated this process five times without success, causing a lot of frustration. I created a new Google account, [redacted], with the password supersecret22 on Chrome, but now they claim this password is also incorrect. Off-Topic review by H.S. Posted 6 days ago I recently received correspondence from residents in our community expressing discontent with Mem Property's management practices. Allegedly, both Mem Property and Martin Laderman have been accused of deleting reviews from members of Renaissance Station. When I subscribed to the Renaissance Station email list, it became clear that instead of addressing issues with the property, Laderman and Mem Property seemed more interested in concealing negative feedback. This behavior is hardly surprising. Should you be considering Mem Property's services, I urge you to visit Renaissance Station in New Brunswick, NJ, to preview your potential community under their management. I have had multiple encounters with Martin Laderman after sharing my concerns, some of which were borderline threatening. Any further communication from Laderman will be treated as harassment, and I am prepared to involve the New Brunswick Police Department if necessary.

My Google account ([redacted]) has been hacked, and I can't access it anymore. The hacker changed all my recovery information, including my phone number. I've had this account since around September [redacted]. I've tried using Google's recovery process, but it's been denied. I can remember some of the old passwords I used like "Mom[redacted]7," "Zoey[redacted]7," "Zoe[redacted]7," and "Mom84041." I received an email from Jagex/Runescape on September 18, [redacted]. My internet provider is CenturyLink, and I live in Layton, Utah, not Salt Lake City. My PayPal account is connected to this email, [redacted], with Paypal name "ISC Braxyy." I'm worried the hacker might access my PayPal too. I've been trying to recover my account for about a month now. I can still access my phone number [redacted]. One of my recovery emails is [redacted] There is a lot of spam in the account. I really need help to regain access to my account.

I recently bought a Google Pixel 3 on December 30, [redacted]. However, the phone had a serious malfunction, continuously restarting and showing a "no command" error screen with a dead android symbol. After exchanging it through Verizon, the second Google Pixel 3 I received overheated so much that it caused injuries to me and my daughter. I am deeply concerned about this safety hazard and the lack of response from the company. I am considering legal action due to the injuries we sustained. If no action is taken, I will escalate this matter to local news outlets to ensure this issue is addressed promptly. I no longer want to keep this phone due to these safety concerns.

I encountered an issue while trying to listen to Billie Eilish's song "bury a friend" after purchasing it on the Play Store. When I tapped "listen," the Play Music app kept showing the message "waiting for music to sync" endlessly. Even after leaving it for three days and trying various troubleshooting steps like logging off and back into my Google account, my music disappeared upon signing back in. I confirmed I was on the correct account, refreshed the app, cleared data and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing resolved the problem. Interestingly, on my iPad's Play Music app, all my music is intact under the same Google account. Any advice to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. Apologies for any language errors. While working at Gloria Jean’s Coffee Shop in Newmarket, QLD Australia [redacted], I encountered an issue with a customer yesterday. The customer requested ice cream, which incurs an extra charge. I explained this to her, but she insisted that the drink should be complimentary with the ice cream. Despite offering whipped cream at no extra cost, she became rude and threatened to leave a negative review. Her review falsely portrayed the new owner/manager as rude when all I was doing was following store policy. The customer's false claims have caused harm to the business reputation. I have requested the review to be removed as it contains misinformation and insults towards me.

My account was closed due to fraud charges. I've submitted the required form with my ID and debit card details twice. After regaining temporary access for 2-3 days, it was closed again. I followed instructions to contact my bank, and they have provided the activation code for verification. I need assistance to reactivate my account for in-game purchases. Despite interacting with support three times, I was redirected to payment expert sites that do not accept my card. I have expressed my frustration as my issue keeps returning with the same questions and redirection. I hope to resolve this promptly to avoid closing my account. I created the account [redacted] for my business, Navarro Home Improvement. I was transitioning it to a Google verified business account when I had to let go of an employee for theft. He had access to the account through me, and after changing the password successfully today, it stopped working shortly after. I suspect he was trying to hack in as well. The account was set up with the name Alex Navarro for the business, and I have been the main user, with the employee sporadically using it. I have been receiving repeated requests for more information to regain access, despite providing all the correct details. This is critical for my business, and I urgently need assistance. Please provide specific instructions via email on what steps to follow as the form letters are not helping.

My 11-year-old daughter got locked out of her phone, a Samsung Galaxy Luna Pro, due to a message stating the device is locked because [redacted] was removed without a parent's permission. Despite trying to resolve this with Google customer service and attempting a factory reset to start afresh, we've faced complications with Google's FRP lock. When trying to set up the phone again, we encounter issues after connecting to the home WiFi and inputting her email and password. I am the owner of the Angela Murray YouTube account and the music posted on it for over 10 years. I have been unable to access my account for two months despite entering the correct password and email. The verification process is prompting me for an old telephone number that I no longer remember, preventing me from logging in properly.
