Regarding *****@***.com I set this account up for my business, Navarro Home Improvement, for which I am the silent backer. I was in the process of turning the account over to be a google verified business account, and I had to terminate an employee for stealing. Since he knew my password and occasionally accessed the account as my assistant, I tried today to change the password. The change was successful for about * minutes, and then I went in to his phone from the recovery list (my phone was already listed), then within **-** min, it stopped working- I think because this former employee was hacking in trying to change the PW at the same time. I set up this account, using the name Alex Navarro as the "front" name for the business of Navarro Home Improvement. I set it up with Alex sitting next to me, with his permission, using his name. This was roughly in August on ****. Since then I personally have written probably **% of the emails, & the fired employee maybe wrote a few when I was on vacation, but as he doesn't write in English very well, you can see from all the content it is my account. What further info do I need to submit? I keep getting the same form letter asking for additional info even tho I am answering all the info asked correctly (I know it is correct because it is my account and my phone and back up email are the recovery getting the texts and codes to enter) but the letter just tells me to log back in and try again and there are no further questions. My business can not function without this access. This is urgent. Please CALL ME at ***-***-**** or email EXACTLY what i need to do, not a form letter.
