Google took €**.** from my Visa Debit card without asking me to confirm a purchase or asking for the CVV number. **As it happens, the purchase was an error €**.** for *TB storage instead of €**.** per year.**This is unacceptable to take the money without asking for confirmation.**I immediately contact you for a refund but you emailed me refusing to refund the error.**Please respond immediately as otherwise I will have to contact bank to cancel the debit.**Finbar Constant
