I have a TracFone with Android 4.4.4. On Tuesday, when I tried to check my emails, a "cannot sign in" message appeared. I've spent hours on the phone with TracFone, and now, after resetting all information as they instructed, I have a blank screen and can't access any apps, including Google. I'm unsure how to reset the phone to retrieve all my data, including my emails. I primarily use my Charter Communications email, while my Gmail is rarely used. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I need patient and detailed assistance to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties accessing my work's Instagram account linked to my Gmail. I recently delegated social media responsibilities to a new hire and am unable to recall the login email and password used for the account. I accidentally deleted all my emails while clearing out junk, trash, and archived messages. I have checked all my devices and my online Gmail account, but nothing seems to have any emails showing. I rarely use the online account, maybe six times a year at most. I am extremely reliant on these emails and urgently need to recover them. I recently changed phone numbers and am unable to access my Gmail account. I also cannot reset my password since I forgot it, and I am unable to receive the verification code because I have a new phone number. My old phone number was [redacted], and my old email address is [redacted] My name is Jack Auwarter. I now have a new email account, [redacted], with a new phone number, [redacted]. Inaccessible account prevents me from accessing other apps and crucial business contacts only available in the old account. I am really hoping someone can assist me with my Instagram account issue. After getting a new phone, I had to reinstall the Instagram app. Unfortunately, all my new photos and contacts are gone. To make matters worse, I am unable to access my account due to a password error. The email associated with my account is correct, but I mistakenly added an extra letter "c" at the end of ".com". I inadvertently discovered that I am subscribed to MiniClip 8 Ball Pool VIP without my consent and have been charged £7.49 weekly since 12/19/18. A total of £29.96 has been withdrawn for a subscription I did not knowingly sign up for. I am requesting to be unsubscribed and to receive a full refund since I did not receive any confirmation regarding this VIP membership. I am quite disappointed and concerned by this situation and feel a sense of distrust towards the organization. I believe this might have occurred when an advertisement appeared as I logged in to play, and I quickly proceeded to the game screen after seeing the cost. I am shocked and upset about this and worried that it might affect my ability to cover essential bills. Assistance with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Google's online store is currently offering an "ex-gay" app that promotes harmful conversion therapy for LGBT youth. This app, created by Living Hope, spreads damaging messages by likening homosexuality to addiction, disparaging LGBT individuals, and belittling transgender people. Despite alerts to other tech companies like Apple, Microsoft, and Amazon, who promptly removed the app, Google has stayed silent. Supporting such detrimental programs goes against inclusive and diverse values. "Ex-gay" programs are discredited and can lead to severe mental health issues. Removing this app quickly is crucial to prevent vulnerable individuals from being further harmed.

My Gmail account, which is linked to my Adsense Administrator Account, was hacked a few months ago. The hacker changed the recovery email and phone number, making it impossible for me to recover the account. While I have another email associated with the Adsense account, it's not an administrator account, so when I try to log in, I receive a message stating that the AdSense Terms and Conditions have been updated. Unfortunately, I'm unable to confirm or accept these terms due to the account restrictions. I've attempted to open a new Adsense account, but I'm being denied approval because the system recognizes that I already have an existing account. I believe that if I can regain access to my original Gmail account, I can resolve this issue. I have my Adsense publisher number and emails as proof of ownership for the account. I am having trouble setting up Outlook [redacted] with either POP or IMAP. When I attempt to log in, Outlook keeps showing an error message and prompts me to either retry or modify the settings. I double-checked the email address and password to verify they are entered correctly. Initially, I modified the POP/IMAP settings in Gmail and enabled POP. However, after saving the changes and logging back in, the selected radio button was deselected. I attempted to update the settings again with no success. I then tried configuring IMAP, but Outlook [redacted] still could not log in. I have submitted multiple requests without receiving any response. I encountered an issue related to accessing my [redacted] account. I changed the password on November 28th, [redacted], but was incarcerated two days later for ten months. Upon my release in October, I couldn't recall the password.
