Greetings, I have been using Google Chrome for years, but unfortunately, my system has been hijacked by the weknow.ac malware. Despite trying various solutions recommended by Apple tech support, including Malwarebytes, reinstallation of Google Chrome, and even downloading the Mac OS system again, I have not been able to resolve the issue. Apple support suggested reaching out to your tech support, but I have not been able to find an active phone number or up-to-date blog posts that address my problem. Ultimately, I am looking to reset my "New tab" page to its original content, as it has been overtaken by the hijacked search engine, which concerns me regarding potential harm. I need help with my family account registered under [redacted] Around three weeks ago, someone changed the recovery email and phone number on the account to unfamiliar ones, preventing my access. The previous password was CRE and the new one used is Crewboss2@. The account is registered to Scott and Jennifer Gogan. The correct recovery email should be [redacted], and the associated phone numbers should be [redacted] and [redacted].

I am the current manager of Ethic Entertainment, a well-known Kenyan group recognized for their viral song "Lamba Lolo." Unfortunately, the group members are not proficient with technology. Their former manager exploited them by acquiring their Gmail password and now has complete control of their YouTube channel where they gained popularity, amassing 40,[redacted] subscribers. Despite creating new content, they are unable to upload it due to the unauthorized access. They tried creating a new account, but the old manager continued to overshadow their videos by uploading content to it as well. The compromised Gmail account is [redacted], with the previous password being ethicentmt012345 before it was changed to an unknown password by the former manager. A recent video uploaded by the previous manager is gaining traction in Kenya, causing distress as the group cannot access their own account. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Two months ago, I changed my password due to a personal issue with my girlfriend. Google keeps sending codes to my old number, which I no longer have access to. I can log into Facebook and Messenger, but I am unable to access my Google account where I store photos shared with my girlfriend. My name is Michael Lynn McCurley, and I was born in '74 in Mobile, AL. My family details include ex-wife Chansley Carlton McCurley, daughter Kayla, and son Michael Beaux. I have two brothers named Shawn and Brennan McCurley. I have two Bulldogs, Gypsy and Diesel. I recall my last known password was "Recovory," and I use "caylabeaux" and "michaelbeaux" for some apps. I created an Instagram account years ago using the email [redacted] Recently, a friend tried to log in, resulting in a suspicious login notification. Now, I can't access my Instagram because it requires a code from the Gmail account linked to it. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the Gmail account's password. The account was created around [redacted], and I have tried various passwords to no avail. I am unable to verify my identity in any other way. I have the passwords for my Instagram account but cannot regain access. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My friend recently got a new tablet and installed Google Chrome. Upon opening the browser, he noticed that it had all my information synced into it. While we do share a Google account, it does not include my personal details. This has led to my friend unintentionally gaining access to my passwords, accounts, and other sensitive information stored on Chrome. I am deeply disappointed and upset that Chrome's syncing feature has allowed this privacy breach to occur between our accounts. I am unsure of the exact cause of this issue, but it appears to be related to syncing. I have never logged into any of my friend's devices, so this unexpected access to my personal data is concerning. It seems that the shared Google account we used in the past might be the root of the problem. I hope that Google addresses and resolves this security vulnerability promptly.

I have had multiple phones stolen from me this summer, and recently, it keeps wiping out my account. I have to change passwords, but I can't recover my account now. They won't let me change the password and keep saying I've tried too many times. This is frustrating because it's my account, my money, and I want my information back. It has all my kids' pictures and contacts. I want my number and email account back as I've had it for years.

To whom it may concern, I noticed a charge of $71.99 from Google xvpn posted to my account on December 21st. This was quite distressing because I only had $74 in my account to begin with. The funds were intended for food for the next two weeks and some small gifts for my sister for Christmas and her birthday. I attempted to reach out to Google support without success. My card issuer advised me to wait for Google's approval before the funds can be returned to my card. I am feeling extremely upset and helpless about this situation. As a 19-year-old who recently lost their job, this has been a challenging time for me financially. I was already struggling to meet my rent, and now this unexpected charge has left me in dire straits. I do not understand the reason behind the charge as I have not made any online purchases or created new accounts. It is heartbreaking to see a corporation as large as Google taking money from someone in my position. I have been using my Gmail account for over 15 years. Recently, after spending 9 months in jail, I discovered that my ex had accessed my account and now I can't find it. I had important legal documents and irreplaceable photos of my deceased parents in that account. I am worried about what happened to it as I need it to access my Facebook account, which my ex also deactivated. The Facebook account holds precious memories of my children as babies that I don't want to lose forever. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Huawei tracfone that keeps running low on storage. I tried to delete the factory settings on YouTube, but the app wasn't fully removed. After finding another way to manage my storage, I wanted to reinstall YouTube. However, when I try to access the app, a Google Play message appears suggesting a new version of YouTube is available. The link provided leads to a blank Google Play screen with a "Results not found" message. Updating doesn't work, and troubleshooting hasn't resolved the issue. I've cleared storage, but I am unable to uninstall, open, or update the app. Any assistance would be appreciated.

On 11/27, I switched my mobile service from Consumer Cellular to Xfinity Mobil. The transfer went smoothly, but the phone I initially received was defective, so I got a replacement. However, when I tried to transfer my game to the new phone at the Xfinity store, it didn't carry over. Despite multiple visits to different Xfinity locations, I couldn't resolve the issue. I was informed to reach out to you since the game is on a Google platform. I'm worried about losing my progress in the game, especially because I have a bet with someone to reach a certain level first. I still have the faulty phone and want to explore all options to recover my game progress before returning it.

I have a ZTE N9137 government phone through Q Link Wireless, and after experiencing shut-off issues, I performed a factory reset. Unfortunately, I forgot the Gmail account linked to the phone due to multiple phone number and Gmail changes out of security concerns after lending it to someone. The stress of not being able to access my phone has been keeping me up at night. I have attempted to recover the old Gmail account to no avail due to the number change, and I can't recall the new Gmail either. I'm currently locked out of my phone, and Q Link Wireless may suspend service if it's not used monthly. Please contact me through the email I provided to Q Link Wireless for any assistance.

I recently contacted MS Windows tech support for assistance with re-installing Windows 10 on my Dell laptop purchased in July [redacted] from Best Buy. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved after numerous hours on the phone with different tech support members. Despite receiving case numbers, the problem persists without any callbacks or effective resolutions. A previous attempt to fix the issue on New Year's Eve resulted in further complications with the system. Subsequent interactions with tech support have led to unauthorized deletions of important files, including crucial legal medical documents. This negligent behavior has had a significant impact on my life and ability to access necessary medical treatment. I plan to seek legal advice regarding this matter. Additionally, I have concerns about privacy violations surrounding the publication of passwords on my account profile without consent. I feel scrutinized and bombarded with unnecessary password changes and product advertisements. I urge Microsoft to address these issues promptly to salvage what remains of my computer functionality. I've been struggling to contact someone about my YouTube TV subscription. In October, I paid $43.80 and used the service for a month. On November 15th, I paid $19.70 for the family plan and was charged $43.80 for the subscription again. Trying to watch on my TV, I faced payment issues and couldn't resolve them. In December, I was auto-charged $19.70 and $43.80 again. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for help, I couldn't find a way besides leaving feedback on my account. I need to cancel my subscription and get refunds for the duplicate payments in November and December as I couldn't access the service. I'm frustrated by the lack of support from Google and the inability to contact anyone to address these problems. My bank is disputing the charges due to the issues I faced trying to resolve this. I hope to resolve this before the January auto-pay to avoid further charges.

I recently filed police reports because I have also been threatened by some individuals. There was a group of people in Hollywood who might have taken my Alcatel phone with King Super User app on it. I have never used this app on any of the stolen cell phones, but I suspect that the individuals who stole my 21 cell phones, along with my information and emails including my encrypted email addresses, might be involved. I am looking into what this means and have had to protect myself from these bullies who are running this root program. I feel sorry for them. They are trying to take a prize I won from playing Publishers Clearing House games. I have had visions, including one involving a woman named D (Big Momma) who was my son's friend. I am unsure how she or others may have gained psychic abilities similar to mine or my son's. I believe in using psychic abilities for good purposes like healing, and the word "vision" signifies positive things to me.

A year ago, I suspect my child's father tried to hack into my Facebook and Gmail. I changed my passwords and set up 2-step verification with my old cell number. I reset my phone and got locked out of my Gmail and Verizon accounts. I can't access my first Google account, [redacted] from 2[redacted], as the 2-step verification is linked to my old number deactivated since January [redacted]. I'm now trying to reactivate it with Verizon prepaid. I need help to regain access; I have valuable photos of my children and late father on Google Drive. Dear Google, I have made changes to my profile that Google hasn't updated on their search site. This misinformation is harmful to my professional reputation as an independent Singer-Songwriter. Despite appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live as a Singer-Songwriter, Google still labels me as a Set Decorator from 30 years ago. My team is shocked by this misrepresentation, and I've tried multiple times to correct it without success. Google not updating my title from Set Decorator to Singer-Songwriter is crucial for my career. The search results also lack images of well-known individuals I've collaborated with, impacting my branding and professional image. If this isn't resolved, legal action may be necessary. I urge Google to rectify this error promptly. It's disheartening that Google disregards my true profession and highlights inaccurate information. I experienced an issue with a Christian free dating app and Google Play. They used my PayPal debit card without authorization, resulting in a $39.99 charge to my personal checking account and causing $[redacted] in overdraft fees. I did not provide any personal information to create a profile. I contacted customer service, who were unhelpful, claiming I was at fault for opening the app which triggered the charge. They directed me to the app's developer for resolution. After seeking help from the Better Business Bureau, I located E Dating for Free Inc. and filed complaints against them and Google Play. I am seeking assistance to resolve this unauthorized charge and the incurred costs.

I recently received an email informing me that I have won a lump sum of money and I need to fill out a form with my details to claim it. The email was from Mesudiye Altintas and supposedly from the Google Board Commission. The attached document with the form bears the emblem of Google and a picture of Dr. Eric Schmidt, but unfortunately, I am unable to share it here. Could you please provide an email address where I can send the form as instructed in the email I received from Mesudiye Altintas concerning my supposed winnings?
