I am having trouble accessing my Google account due to 2-step verification set up with my old phone number and email. Since my old phone broke and I have a new one, I can no longer receive the verification codes. This has locked me out of my Gmail, Facebook, Messenger, and other accounts because I forgot my password. I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my account. My email is [redacted] Any help to regain access to my accounts would be greatly appreciated. My new phone number is [redacted]. My name is Lori Swanson, and my birthdate is 01-27-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I also do not recall the date when I created my Google account. Your help is much needed and appreciated.

I made a purchase from legitbudstore on November 18th for $[redacted]. I used CashApp for payment. They confirmed the payment and said my order was shipped, but I didn't get a tracking number. Later, I got a call from a supposed courier asking for an extra $[redacted] for shipping. When I asked about this to legitbudstore, they claimed it was their standard procedure. I told them I wouldn't have ordered if I knew about the extra charge, and requested a refund of $[redacted]. I asked two more times, but have not received my money back even after a month. After checking reviews, it seems like others have had similar issues. I refused to pay the extra $[redacted]. This situation is unacceptable and I believe they should face legal consequences. I am seeking assistance in getting my refund.

I recently came across a fraudulent website, www.barcamptexas.com, that falsely claims to sell items from official merchants like venus.com using out-of-stock inventory. For instance, they are using the same style number Y78602 from Venus to entice customers. I almost made a purchase on their site, but I stopped when I noticed they falsely advertised a PayPal payment option. They have access to my Google email address, [redacted] I want to report this merchant, block them from my Gmail account, and notify Google to classify this website as spam or phishing due to their attempts to generate email lists for potential hacking. I have also informed Venus Customer Care about this issue, and they are taking appropriate action. If you need more details, please contact me at [redacted] I have not received any correspondence from them yet but want to raise awareness on this matter. Thank you for your help in addressing this situation.

Every time I attempt to access my Google Mail account, I encounter a security prompt that requires me to confirm my identity, ultimately leading to being locked out of my account until I complete the confirmation process. This time-consuming ordeal leaves me frustrated, especially after spending most of my Sunday attempting to retrieve my pop3 mail, only to realize there was a security issue with Google's servers. The lack of warning, explanation, or error code adds to the frustration. I have always admired Google but this experience has led me to consider switching to a different provider. Many others on the internet seem to share this sentiment. It would be helpful if there was an option to speak to a support representative rather than relying on preset FAQs that may not address our specific concerns. It would be beneficial to have a space to input our actual questions instead of being guided by presumed inquiries.

I received a notification about questionable activity on my Gmail account. It was not initiated by me, and now Google requires me to confirm my identity before changing my password or phone number. The verification process involves sending an SMS to my registered cell phone number. Regrettably, I have recently changed my phone number, making it impossible to receive the verification code. Since Google insists on confirming my identity before allowing any changes, I am stuck in a loop as I am unable to receive SMS verification on my obsolete phone number. How can I update my password to secure my account from potential hackers when the only verification option provided is through my outdated phone number? Appreciate any help, E.

I recently had my identity stolen and changed my Gmail password multiple times. Unfortunately, during the last password change, I may have made a mistake, as the password on my phone did not match the one on my computer. Despite setting up 2-step verification and receiving codes, I got stuck in a loop trying to reset my password because I couldn't answer the security question due to not being able to access my account. My work, as an educational therapist, relies on my email [redacted], and currently, I'm unable to connect with my clients. I've created a backup account at [redacted] I'm desperate to regain access to my Gmail account. Thank you for your help!

I recently purchased the Galaxy S9 from T-Mobile and encountered issues with logging into my Google account on the new device. Despite receiving verification codes, Google deemed them invalid due to a security hold on my account. I urgently need access to my account and data restored to my new phone. The 3 to 5 business day wait for resolution is unacceptable, and I am frustrated by the lack of live customer support to address this issue promptly.

Hello, I am concerned about an email I received on December 3rd from Amy Dowling, which appears to be fraudulent. Amy claims she did not send it and suggested my Gmail was hacked. I have only used my devices to access my account, and I have 2-step verification set up. The email thread started on November 30th, and the suspicious email was received on December 3rd at 21:20 from Amy (x2 email addresses). Money was transferred, so I reported the incident to the Garda. Can you determine if my Gmail was hacked? Could you locate the origin of the email and confirm if my account was hacked? Thank you, Siobhan.

I'm Rohan Saxena, a long-time student user. I had my Gmail account on my phone but forgot the password. I managed to change it successfully, but then got a message saying my password was changed. Now, I can't log in. When I tried recovery options, it asked for the account creation date, but since that was a long time ago, I can't recall the year. This email is linked to many places, and now I'm lost on what to do to recover it. I've attempted recovery several times, and it seems Gmail might think I'm not the rightful owner. Email: [redacted]

Yesterday, I purchased a new iPhone and restored my photos from Google Photos. Strangely, about five months' worth of photos are missing from my new device, starting from July 1. Even my shared albums are gone, although my sister-in-law, who also has access to the albums, can still see them. She tried to re-add me, but it didn't work. I desperately need to retrieve these photos, especially those of my 5-year-old daughter. When I visited the Apple store, they assured me that the photos would reappear within a few hours, but they never did, despite leaving the app open overnight. I'm worried that these precious memories might be lost forever.

Yesterday, I tried to access my email through Google Chrome and click on Gmail as usual, but I was unexpectedly prompted to enter my password for the first time. I clicked on "forgot password" hoping for a security question but was asked to recall my last password and the month and year I opened the account, which I couldn't remember. The limited options for account recovery were frustrating, with no alternative email address available and vague prompts to remember significant events around the account's creation. It seems impossible to reach a real person at Google for help. I rely on my email for important daily communication and feel stuck without access.

After installing the operating system update, I noticed that I am unable to remove the Google search bar from my screen as I could before. It seems that it is now hardcoded into the system, which is frustrating for me. I prefer using the Google search app instead of having the search bar imposed on my screen. I believe that this should be my choice, and I would like to have the option to remove it as I could in the past. I am hoping for a solution that will allow me to use the Google search app instead of having the search bar integrated into my phone's system.

Three days ago, I received an email notifying me of potential unauthorized access to my Gmail account through my Origin account. Concerned about this, I immediately changed both passwords, but regrettably, I didn't note them down. When I tried to recover the passwords using Google's account recovery, my account got locked due to suspicious activity for three to five days. Disappointingly, there is no chat support available from Google to expedite this issue, and since this is my primary email, it's crucial to resolve this quickly. It has been three days, and I am still awaiting any updates on this. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly.
