For the past week, when using Google Chrome, I've noticed that the time stamps on the emails I send and receive are consistently 6 hours ahead. Interestingly, this issue doesn't occur when I switch to Internet Explorer where the times are accurate. Furthermore, even old emails within my mailbox seem to have had their timestamps altered. After seeking assistance from Best Buy, who reinstalled Google Chrome, the problem was temporarily fixed only to resurface the following day. The technicians at Best Buy attributed the problem to Google, as Internet Explorer doesn't exhibit the same issue. They advised reaching out to Google support, but I've been unable to locate a contact number for direct communication. Any suggestions on how to address this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Tom B.

Hello, I'm thankful for the availability of this contact option. I have a simple issue regarding our clinic in Ottawa. At the Ottawa Holistic Wellness Clinic located at [redacted] MacLaren Street, we have 19 practitioners. If you search my name, Deborra Cameron, on Google, you will find my Google account with a photo. The external picture on Google shows a truck in front of our building, which is quite misleading and unflattering. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me by email at [redacted] so I can provide a more representative photo of our clinic. This photo with the truck is affecting all of us who work at this progressive clinic in Ottawa. If possible, could you help us in removing this misleading image? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Deborra Cameron

I have a YouTube channel, and it has been under review for three months for ads. While watching YouTube videos, I came across a number in the comments section. I reached out to that person for help, and foolishly shared my email ID and password with him. Unfortunately, he changed my password and account recovery settings and took control of my email ID associated with my channel. I tried to contact Google Account Recovery, and they instructed me to verify by tapping yes on my phone, and by checking codes on my recovery number and email. The scammer had set his own phone number and email as the recovery options. I've been using my account in Tamil Nadu, India, for the past year, but the scammer is from Bihar and took over my account on December 15th at 5:40 PM. Please review my email history and YouTube account for verification. I'm willing to provide any information needed about my account to prove ownership. My email is [redacted] Thank you.

I have been struggling to regain access to my Google Gmail account without success. I have attempted various methods to recover the account, including changing the password multiple times due to my child attempting to access it. The Gmail account I am trying to recover is s p a u d e r t at gmail.com. Although I have a different active Gmail account as s e p a u d e r t at gmail.com, the recovery process for the former has been challenging. I have provided all the information requested, including details about the account's folders, the duration of ownership, and its connection to my Facebook account under the names Kira and Pepper Potter. I have valuable photos stored on the account's drive that I urgently need. Despite my efforts with passwords and security questions, the recovery process remains unsuccessful, and I am unsure of what additional information I can provide to rectify the situation.

I am reaching out again regarding my email account [redacted] I am facing issues with my password even after trying various iterations. Google prompts me for a recovery code sent to an old phone number that I no longer have. Despite numerous times explaining I don't own a cell phone and that I now have a new phone number through my internet provider, Google continues to insist on a cell phone for account recovery. I only ever use slight variations of the password; it typically includes variations of Im531955 or Iam531955. I am worried about losing access to my Google Drive, YouTube, and emails which contain two decades' worth of work. The password you might find associated with the account is one of the variations mentioned above. I can provide answers to any security questions you may have. I've created a new email [redacted] for communication purposes. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. Thank you, Lauren N.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance from ATT, Google, and Facebook. I have repeatedly reported issues of my ex-roommates stalking me and hacking into my personal information across various platforms. These ongoing problems have been affecting me for two years now, taking a toll on my health and self-esteem. As a senior citizen at 58, disabled, and a widow for almost 8 years, this situation is unacceptable. I have already provided names of the perpetrators and even involved the U.S. FBI. My privacy and well-being are at stake here. Please cease victimizing me further and put a stop to these cyber criminals. I can't access most of my accounts, including my new ZTE Blade due to Google's security measures, yet the hackers can navigate them effortlessly. It's time to take action and protect my life and privacy. Sincerely, Teri (Theresa) S. Clark Contact info: [redacted] ***

I recently bought two Google Chromecast devices, one in November and another one about a week ago. The one from November is malfunctioning, and after comparing them, I noticed the difference. I spoke to Jake on Saturday, December 15, [redacted], and thought getting a replacement would be simple. However, I received an email from Larry without an employee ID on Sunday, December 16th. Larry mentioned that since I didn't buy the units in a physical store or read the box, I might not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement. Despite spending hours on the phone with no progress, I am looking for someone more knowledgeable and with the authority to assist me, preferably not located in the Philippines. Larry requested a printed receipt, although he should know I purchased them from the online store. I am seeking resolution today, Sunday, December 16th, [redacted].

After recently moving from Houston to Dallas, I encountered a problem with my ZTE Blade Max X phone. Somewhere during my outdoor activities, the phone slipped out of my back pocket unnoticed. Sadly, when I went back to search for it, the phone was nowhere to be found. I had previously set up two-step verification for the device, with a password changing from "Patrick13" to "SoloIsland409." Unfortunately, I can't recollect the new password, which is hindering my access to my account associated with the email address [redacted]. Due to the broken screen of the found phone, I am unable to use the Google Prompt feature. The phone also has an outdated number linked to it for text message verification [redacted]. I am desperate to regain access to my account, particularly because it is linked to my YouTube channel. I have diligently built my channel's subscriber base, and it holds significant personal value. My name is Matthew Whitmire, and I request to update the security or backup number to my current one, [redacted]. I earnestly seek your assistance in resolving this issue which has persisted for several months. I am willing to provide any necessary information for verification. Thank you for your help. I recently updated my account details due to a hacking incident. I changed the first and last name, password, and removed recovery contact information. My device was reset to factory settings because of hacking, and now when I am trying to re-add my account, it's not accepting my password. I tried to recover the account from the same device it was created on, but during the process, it asked for the month and year the account was created, which I remember because I got the device in August [redacted]. However, I keep getting an error saying Google cannot verify the account is mine. I also changed my name recently to confuse hackers, and now I can't remember the exact spelling. I tried to provide the changed names but got an error saying no account was found. I have important data and content stored in the account that I urgently need access to. I have followed all advice from Google without success. I can also provide past recovery emails and phone numbers for verification. Thank you for your help.

There is a review by a person named A Allocco posted on Google about our company. We do not recognize this individual and have not conducted any business with them. We suspect this review could be a deceitful action orchestrated by a competitor, considering the lack of history and the timing of their review, which consists of a single disparaging word accusing us of being thieves. We urge Google to investigate this matter promptly and remove the false review. We grant permission for Google to review our other feedback on Angie's List and Home Advisor, which showcases our exceptional 5-star reputation. We request information about the responsible party behind this review for potential legal action. Thank you. AJ DiPlacido, President of Life Design Construction Inc.

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my debit card totaling $53.49, which were made through games by someone who stole the card, possibly my stepdaughter. I have reported this to the authorities, and they advised me to contact your customer service for assistance in refunding the amount. I rely on a fixed income from social security, so this loss has greatly affected me. I urgently need to speak with a customer service representative to resolve this. Can you please provide me with a contact number to reach you? I have been enduring this situation for almost three weeks now, facing challenges such as lack of heating and food. My priority is my child's well-being. My name is Joyce Canup, and your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I use the Google Gmail app on my Android Galaxy S8 phone to check my incoming emails. However, every time I try to send an email, the Gmail app asks for permission to access my phone contacts (the pop-up message "Allow Gmail to access your contacts?"). 1. Why does Gmail need to access my phone contacts when it already has access to my Gmail contacts? 2. When I use Gmail on a desktop, it can provide the contacts I need from my Gmail account, so why does this not apply on the Android app? 3. Why does Gmail need to access my phone contacts if it's a web-based service? 4. If Gmail does access my contacts, what does it do with the data from my phone? 5. Does Google (Gmail) store my contact information on its servers when it accesses my contacts list?

I recently got a new phone after mine was stolen. To secure my accounts, I changed all passwords due to a Facebook hack. However, the changed password for my Google account doesn't seem to work, and I am unable to access my recovery phone number as I no longer have it after relocating. The recovery email linked to my account is no longer active with live.com, making it challenging to reset the password. Despite attempting various recovery options through outlook, I am unsuccessful in accessing my Gmail. Without access, I am unable to set up my new phone and retrieve important contacts. I am desperate to regain access to my Gmail and need assistance.

I'm experiencing an issue with accessing my Google account for the past 15 days. When I try to sign in to my Gmail, it indicates that my password was changed recently. Despite going through the password recovery process by answering security questions and entering the verification code sent to my mobile number, Google still denies access, stating the account doesn't belong to me. This is frustrating as I have important data and this email is linked to various exam forms. I urgently need help to regain access to my account. My Gmail ID is [redacted]

Hello Team, I hope you're having a great day! I'm writing to address a concern I encountered with my Gmail account involving a client, S S Tejwani. Recently, I sent them an invoice for payment, but they received a duplicate invoice from another company with different bank details, sent from [redacted] While this particular email address is not one of ours, my worry is how someone could send an email to our client from a similar domain. Strangely, the email I allegedly sent is not in my sent items. As my email is hosted on Gmail, I am uncertain if there is an issue with my account or if it has been compromised. Your assistance in looking into this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Nitin Shrivastav
