I have purchased two Google Chromecast devices the one I purchased in November does not work properly the one I just purchased a week or so ago does that's how I noticed the difference between the two units purchased approximately a month apart having talked to your representative Jake Saturday the **th of December **** I thought that a replacement was no problem I received an email this morning Sunday December **th from Larry stating he only has a name no employee ID number he proceeded making claims I should have bought my units in a brick-and-mortar store and read the Box first I was not qualified for a return refund replacement because he cannot confirm that I actually purchased anything from Google online store or when after countless hours on the phone going nowhere I would like somebody with some Authority that knows what they're doing and preferably not in the Philippines help me with my request I think Larry is using a stall tactic claiming he needs a printed receipt full well knowing I ordered from your online store excetera excetera excetera I would like to clarify the situation today Sunday December **th ****
