Hello Google, I am trying to access my account after resetting my password 24 hours ago. However, I reset my phone and now I can't remember my password. I used your code generator tool but it's not working. I have been without my phone for 2 days, and it's frustrating that I can't access it. My name is Miguel Rodriguez, and I have multiple accounts. Every time I travel to Mexico, I have trouble logging back in when I return to the United States due to lack of information, and I constantly have to create new accounts. It's not fair. The email I want to recover is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. The phone I'm using is a Zte Maven 3. Please, Google, help me recover my account. I don't want to lose it or have to buy another phone because I can't log in due to your system issues.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account, as well as my mother's account, on our shared laptop. Typically, Chrome saves our passwords, but suddenly it is asking for them and not accepting the ones we remember. My email is [redacted], and my mother's is [redacted] We urgently need access to important emails related to the Sheriff Court and Scottish Government surveys. I've asked for a code to be sent to my sister for help. Being not very tech-savvy, this situation is causing undue stress. My new mobile number is 07[redacted]86 and our landline is 01[redacted]91. Please contact my sister, Anne, at [redacted] to assist us in regaining access to our emails. Thank you.

Each time I attempt to sign in to my Gmail account, I am prompted to enter my password, but it continuously rejects it as incorrect. Even after entering my last password, the system still rejects it. Strangely, my passwords have been changed without my knowledge, affecting all my Gmail and email accounts. I am experiencing interference with my accounts, even with Yahoo email. I have reached out to Norton Security and plan to contact the authorities. It seems someone may be reading my emails, as Gmail is not delivering them promptly. I am also having trouble accessing my Twitter notifications for emails. This issue is preventing me from logging into platforms like Facebook, Amazon, and eBay. eBay specifically keeps showing a technical error message. I suspect malware could be at play, and if so, I will contact Norton. If not, I may have to shut down these accounts.

I have been struggling to access my Google account despite numerous tries. I do get the verification codes sent to my phone via text, but sadly, I never receive them. My phone number is 0xxxxxxxx based in Accra, Ghana. Whenever I travel between London and Accra, these issues consistently occur, leading Google to mistakenly report unauthorized access to my account. I want to highlight that I solely have one email address with no backup option. As a non-tech savvy individual, I am hesitant to modify my email address due to concerns of losing important emails. Best regards, Mike Richardson from London and Accra

I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account. When I was 19, my ex-boyfriend hacked into all my email and social media accounts, so I created a new one at [redacted] I used it for a while, but now I can't access it because my old phone is deactivated. I remember the phone number, luckily, but without the phone, I can't retrieve the password. I currently use a different Gmail account, and my Credit Karma is linked to my old email. I need to check my credit, but I can't remember the old email password. Any assistance would be appreciated.

For the past two weeks, I have been encountering an issue where emails I send to a client with a Gmail address are being returned as undeliverable due to being classified as spam by Google. These emails contain crucial business information requested by the client, and this situation is causing me great frustration and financial loss. I kindly request that you review any recent changes made that might have triggered this problem. It is important that these emails reach my clients without being marked as spam. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

My account was suspended for "suspicious activity," but I'm unsure why. Earlier today, I used Firefox on Mac OSX Sierra 10.12.6 to access Gmail and deleted three emails. The suspension message mentioned the deleted emails. Here is an excerpt: "Hi, We've detected unusual activity in your Google Account [redacted] -- some emails were deleted. We have locked it to protect your information. Details: Tuesday, December 11, [redacted] 5:53 PM (MT) Colorado, USA*" This suspension is puzzling to me as I have deleted emails in the past. I've tried to recover my account, but I can't recall when I opened it, probably 15-20 years ago. Unfortunately, the verification process has been unsuccessful. I don't understand why this issue is happening; it feels ridiculous. - Luigi Morelli (L. Mor).

My account was suspended for "suspicious activity", and I don't understand why. Today, while using Firefox on Mac OSX Sierra, I deleted some emails in my Gmail account. The suspension message mentioned the deleted emails. Here is an excerpt: "Hi, we've detected unusual activity in your Google Account *****@***.com -- some emails were deleted. We have locked it to protect your information. Details: Tuesday, December **, ****, *:** PM (MT), Colorado, USA." I have deleted emails in the past, and I don't see why it's an issue now. I can't recover my account, which I created approximately 10-12 years ago. It's frustrating that the account ownership can't be verified. Please reinstate my account. My name is Luigi Morelli, and the initials on the account are L Mor.

The Hangouts app was pre-installed on my ZTE Z831 (Maven2) phone, which I use primarily for gaming and web browsing as it doesn't have a SIM card. Despite clearing data, force stopping, and denying permissions for Hangouts, the app continues to enable itself and turn on phone, SMS, and contact permissions. Even with TextNow as my default messaging app, Hangouts reactivates itself intermittently. I question why an app can autonomously enable permissions without user consent. I am also concerned that a Google account is required to operate the phone and puzzled by the lack of transparency regarding data breaches involving millions of people's information. It's essential for all users to voice their concerns to regulatory bodies like the FTC and demand accountability. Thank you.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone and I attempted to switch the phone access password from characters to a pattern. Initially, the pattern worked, but afterwards, it failed to unlock my phone. After seeking advice from AT&T, they suggested resetting my phone to factory settings, which would delete all data and apps on my device. Following the reset, my data would not be accessible through my laptop's Google system. Google now requires a 2-step verification process involving a "number key" sent to my phone to access Google apps on my laptop. I am inquiring if there is a way for Google to temporarily disable the 2-step login for my account(s) so I can back up my data before resetting my phone and reconfiguring the Google applications. As I am unable to access my phone or Google apps, including Gmail, I am providing my wife's Gmail address for communication purposes.

I recently posted a Google review, as I often do, this time recounting a distressing experience at Eastern Oklahoma Orthopaedic in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I accompanied a friend who had been in a serious car accident, marking the first of many appointments she will need for various injuries. Despite not disclosing her identity in my review, the clinic has refused to provide her medical care from any of their affiliated doctors in our area. It's disheartening to realize that sharing my honest feedback has resulted in my friend being denied treatment. The clinic claims the right to refuse care to individuals who post negative reviews on Google, which is concerning. The impact of this policy is truly troubling.

My system crashed, leading to the loss of all saved passwords for my accounts. Unfortunately, I am unable to access any of them without first gaining entry to my main account, [redacted], where I have previously used the passwords 12thissucks, Vettech18, and Tunis2018. My birthdate is 7-30-[redacted], and I have important legal matters with the Gibson Law Firm (Seth) and the US Fraud Department. I have a recovery address at [redacted], but the account key is sent to [redacted], creating a cycle I cannot break. Additionally, my Google account [redacted] is on security hold, with [redacted] as the linked alternate address. Despite trying from the same laptop as before, Google is unable to verify the account ownership, seemingly due to uncertainty about the account creation date. This account is crucial for accessing legal documents, so any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing an issue with my Google account being blocked. While I sent an email, I realized it was only a question and not a detailed explanation. I am eager to regain access to YouTube and all related services. I am certain that I have not violated any policies as I was simply viewing my usual videos and saving important ones to my playlists before the account was blocked. I am at a loss for what to do next and am anxious to resolve this matter promptly. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in helping me regain access to my account or implementing necessary controls. I value the content stored within my account and hope to avoid any permanent restrictions. Your prompt response is highly anticipated.

I recently updated my Google+ password, but encountered a password error a couple of days later. Despite attempting the recovery process multiple times, I am unable to receive the automated recovery email on my secondary email due to firewall issues. I am struggling to recall when I initially created the account, making it difficult for Google to verify my identity. I'm concerned about the possibility of losing access to my information if I can't be verified, and I prefer not to create a new account.

I need assistance as I am unable to access my PayPal account due to suspected hacking. The New York Treasury Department contacted me via my email at [redacted] about sending $[redacted],[redacted] to my account. I suspect the person hacking me is involved in this. My various bank accounts, including with Wells Fargo, might be compromised as well. The individual has linked my accounts and I found evidence of this on her tablet. Lookout informed me of three individuals hacking my documents yearly. She might have intercepted a significant sum, including the $[redacted],[redacted] from the New York Treasury Department meant for my PayPal account. I want this person blocked from using any of my associated email addresses and passwords.

My son forgot the phone's pattern and after resetting it, we're stuck in a loop where it asks for account and owner information repeatedly. Sprint and tech store for Sprint couldn't resolve it, saying Google locked it. Google support numbers were unresponsive. I need Google to unlock or recover the phone for my son's use. I possess account details for Google and Sprint. This phone is only a month old. Kindly contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I am having trouble with my desktop computer not updating my emails past 3:07 PM today, while my tablet shows newer emails. I urgently need access to my emails on my desktop for a pending job offer that requires paperwork. Additionally, I received an email in my spam folder claiming to be from Google, stating that my account will be deactivated within an hour. I did not request this deactivation and suspect it might be a scam. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a human contact number for immediate assistance. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could email me instructions on how to proceed to my Gmail account or the backup email listed below. If it's possible to receive a phone call, that would be most helpful. Thank you, W. H. Email from supposed Google Accounts: The GoogIe Accounts <[redacted]> Hello willhoffman23, This message claims I requested to remove my Gmail account, which I did not. It asks to reply if the deactivation was not requested. It's concluded with a note about this email possibly landing in junk or spam due to internet provider settings.

Dear Google team, I kindly request the removal of all information associated with my name, 'Leslie Schlirf,' from the Google front page. These links include genealogy information I did not request, a picture of my home along with my address and phone number from a previously closed small business, and other links that I did not authorize. While I value my interactions with others through Gmail for work, I prefer to keep my personal life private. I acknowledge the usefulness of Gmail but wish not to be easily searchable with content I have not consented to or created. If I were to start a new business, that would be appropriate, but as of now, please eliminate this inaccurate information. I would like my online presence to be minimal, and apart from individuals sharing my first and last name, I would like to ensure their visibility remains unaffected. Warm regards, Leslie

I believe it's unfair for customers to leave negative reviews for a business that didn't actively advertise to attract them. If we choose to visit an establishment without being prompted by ads, the business shouldn't be penalized for any perceived lack of service. Small businesses without advertising may struggle with undeserved bad reviews as there may be no way to validate the reviewers' claims. Before online reviews, businesses didn't face this issue. Small businesses doing their best without mass appeal shouldn't be unfairly criticized. On the other hand, businesses that actively advertise and draw in customers should accept reviews, whether positive or negative, as part of their marketing strategy. It's unjust for businesses minding their own business to be negatively reviewed by customers they didn't actively pursue.

I contacted Sprint about an issue with our Family Locator service, but they didn't seem to understand the seriousness of the problem. My husband and I both got Family Locator, but I started seeing him in unfamiliar places that made me suspect he was seeing someone else. This has caused a lot of distress, especially considering my health issues. Strangely, when I check the Family Locator on Google Maps, there are added objects, obscured faces, inappropriate content, and altered vehicles that seem to target me directly. My husband denies involvement, claiming ignorance of the situation. It's distressing to think that anyone could manipulate Google Maps on my phone. The frequent appearance of "[redacted] Google" on images raises further concerns. I believe this is a security breach through Sprint and I've debated seeking legal help, but decided to reach out to Google first. I fear the person behind this could be dangerous. I hope for a prompt resolution to this distressing situation. Warm regards, T.
