My Samsung Galaxy j* randomly shut off and apparently factory reset itself and I can't use it nor can I get into my Gmail account to access any of my contacts or anything at all because I don't remember my password. I believe it fried my SIM card as well. . So, my contact phone number was my cell phone number which I no longer have so I need everything sent to my mother's phone which her number is ***-***-**** or her email which is *****@***.com
