I haven't been able to contact a customer service representative. Charges are being made on my credit card that I didn't authorize or intend to authorize. I want these charges removed and*or unsubscribe to service. The charges are for You Tube, which I rarely use. I am not tech knowledgeable. I'd like to resolve this without going through a dispute process or filing a consumer complaint in my state of residence.
