I deactivated my phone in error (Moto E LTE). I reactivated it using a different password but did not set it up then. I since changed my Google password (trying to set my phone up). Now my phone won't accept a Google password from me and I can't get into my phone. It asks for a password I don't remember. How can I get the password my phone wants without setting my computer to an earlier time and risk losing some information on my computer? Tech support at Consumer Cellular said they can't help me with this and sent me to Google for help. I can't afford to get a new phone. Please help.
