Hello, I am a staff member at a large cable company. Due to an oversight, I unintentionally set up my phone without creating a pin. I mistakenly thought the security option during setup was enough but later realized I needed a pin specifically. I used my email address [redacted] and saved the password on my phone. Once the phone setup was done, it unexpectedly locked me out with a pin I never set. I attempted to reactivate my employee account using my alternate email address connected to it, but after a few unsuccessful tries, I realized I should stop due to potential penalties for multiple requests although the account recovery form suggests to provide details to the recovery team. The form seems to only ask for the account creation date. Kindly verify my account and issue a new password promptly. I apologize for the repeated requests, as I was unaware of the consequences. Best regards, JRF

A few months back, I got locked out of my Google account, [redacted], due to a phone reset. Despite creating a new account, [redacted], I faced a similar issue as it got hacked. When attempting account recovery, I couldn’t provide specifics about my original account from [redacted] or access the recovery email, [redacted] Although I managed to recover the new account by providing detailed information on recent activities, I struggled with the same for the original account. I need access to it for vital information. Notably, the original account was used on various devices, including Asus Zenfone 3, iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets, Asus and Acer laptops. It was linked to Facebook (Danielle Vc) and TD Bank. My name on the account is Dani LT (short for Lorelei Taylor), and the recovery email is linked to an older Facebook account (Daniella Mihailescu). Some associated apps were WeChat and BeautyPlus, and a linked email is [redacted] My phone numbers were [redacted] and [redacted].

Yesterday, my Google account was accessed from another phone that I didn't recognize, so I changed the password. Later, when I tried to play a game, it asked me to sign back in to my Google account. Unfortunately, the password I entered didn't work, so I attempted the "forgot password" option. I went through several security questions and verifications successfully until it asked for the account creation date, which I vaguely remembered. Despite answering most questions correctly, I couldn't verify my identity, and Google couldn't confirm it was me. I'm eager to regain access as I've had this account for years and it holds a lot of important information. I'm willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I need help with my Gmail account. I want to keep my information as it is, but there is an error. I forgot my password and my two-step verification is not verifying it's me. The problem lies in my recovery email address having a double ending: [redacted] instead of [redacted] I need to correct this to regain access to my Gmail. Currently, I can only access it through my phone, and any issue with my phone would lock me out. There are important photos of my deceased son and hospital messages in this account, so losing access is not an option. Despite attempting various passwords and verification methods, Google can't confirm my identity. I desperately need assistance with changing my recovery email address and recovering access. Thank you.

Dear Sir or Madam, We are a group of students from the German International School of Washington DC. Every year, our school organizes an event called the "Wirtschaftsprojekt," sponsored by the GER, for the tenth-grade students. We need to include legal aspects in our project, which involves presenting a product, app, or service to judges from the GER. Our idea is a Smart floor/table lamp with Google Home as an option. We would like to know the percentage of acceptance for using Google Home in our product for our presentation to the GER. Thank you for your time. Regards, Natalie P., Theresa S., Johannes L., Valerie K.

I reached out to Yahoo regarding my email account problems and was informed that someone from Dayton, Ohio had accessed it while I was in California. Following that, I was directed to Google to receive codes to approve recovery efforts and money from the Yahoo settlement. The case number given to me was FAP983. I was instructed to add $50 to my Google account using a Google Play card, but after doing so and being told not to redeem it, I felt suspicious. I decided not to proceed further due to my doubts. When I voiced my concerns to the Google representative, they abruptly ended the call. To ensure I am dealing with legitimate Google employees and not falling victim to a scam, I require reassurance before proceeding. I am confused as to why Yahoo involved Google in this reimbursement for a hacked email account. Clarification on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am reaching out because my husband is facing an issue accessing his Gmail account. He has established a new email address but wishes to recover access to his previous account to retrieve pictures, contacts, and past emails. Unfortunately, he lost access due to his phone being damaged in a water accident. Despite our efforts and reaching out to Google, we have been unsuccessful in resolving this matter. This situation is critical for him as a self-employed individual needing to retrieve crucial client information. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to help him regain access to his former account. Thank you kindly, H.S.

I have a Nextbook Android tablet that seems to be locked and only displays the NEXTBOOK logo. I tried restarting it by holding down the power button, and it prompted me to reboot or turn off due to a verification issue. However, when I select the reboot option, the screen goes black and then back to displaying NEXTBOOK without progressing further.

I have many emails and email chains with a friend of mine saved in my inbox. While I didn't star or intentionally save all of them, I have located most by searching "All Mail + Spam + Trash". However, I'm having difficulty finding one specific email chain that seems to be missing. This particular email chain is significant to me as my friendship with this person is important. I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions on how I might be able to recover this missing email. Despite Google's statement that the email is gone forever, I am hopeful and would like to explore any possible options for retrieving it. Thank you.

My six-year-old son inadvertently uploaded a video on YouTube of himself playing in his underwear, which led to my whole Google account being disabled due to alleged inappropriate content. This account holds nine years' worth of memories I am now unable to access. I have addressed the situation with my son, removed the videos, and restricted his digital privileges. As a responsible parent who monitors my children's online activities through this account, I am devastated by this situation. I implore you to review the content in my account, as there is no other inappropriate material. My email is tied to all my bills and important documents, and I am seeking your understanding and assistance to resolve this issue.

I am frustrated with the refund process for LIFE360. After trying to cancel the subscription, I was unable to get a refund. Communication with the company has been difficult, and I had to involve my bank as well. Despite uninstalling the app after one day and not using the service, I was still charged $69.99. I've been trying to sort this out since November 16th to no avail. The lack of response and the unexpected charges have led me to seek help from the Better Business Bureau and now contacting your company directly. I've taken measures to prevent any further unauthorized charges on my closed account. The whole situation has cost me $[redacted].00, including overdraft fees, for a service that I no longer use or benefit from. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account on my work PC to reset my email password. Despite being logged in on my phone, I discovered someone has been gambling online using my email and wish to update my password. My previous password "Soccer12890" is saved in my phone notes, and my linked phone number is outdated. I set up this account in August [redacted] and my recovery email is [redacted], from my teenage years, but I cannot recall the password. Feeling helpless, I am unable to locate a way to reset my password. I worry about someone misusing my email for gambling or financial harm. I am reaching out through my work email as a final attempt to resolve this issue.

Hello Google support team, I recently made an error when attempting to create a new Gmail account for a consulting client. In the process, I mistakenly linked my personal Google account, which was not previously associated with Gmail. Although I have since deleted the inadvertently created Gmail account and now use alternate emails to log in, the deleted address still appears as an alternate username in my Google account. I am hoping to connect a new, separate Gmail account to my Google profile and set it as the primary email. I have searched online for solutions but have been unsuccessful so far. Most resources indicate that changing the alternate username is not possible. I have been using my Google account for nearly a decade and would prefer not to delete it and start anew. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide on resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am facing two issues that I need help with. Firstly, when I log in to Gmail and try to open my emails, I get a message at the bottom of the screen that Adblock Plus is not loading. As a result, I am unable to access my emails. Secondly, I am having trouble accessing Google's Cloud. Even after following the instructions to receive a 6-digit code via a phone call from Google, I keep getting an error message when I enter the code. This problem has persisted for several days without any solution in sight.

An unauthorized payment of $[redacted].99 AUD was deducted from my bank account via PayPal on November 23, [redacted]. The transaction details are as follows: - Transaction ID: 0XM78803JY113084Y - Recipient's email: [redacted] PayPal sent a response indicating that I had terminated a payment agreement with Google, a company I have never engaged with. The recipient of the payment is identified as "Face Secret," a company I am unfamiliar with. I did not download any applications or provide my PayPal information to this entity. Despite the cancellation of the agreement, I want clarity on how such an arrangement was established without my consent. This appears to be fraudulent, and I seek a refund for the unauthorized transaction. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue. Regards, JA

I recently retired and have forgotten my Google password. My email used to be '[redacted]'. However, I can't reset my password as it wants to send the reset email there, even though I haven't used it since November [redacted] when I first opened it. I receive 4-digit codes at '[redacted]', but they are not accepted. Google says they can't provide a new password. I'm stuck in a loop as I need to log in to resolve the issue, but that's the problem. My old work phone [redacted] was not linked, and when setting up my new phone [redacted], I encountered this problem. I believed my password was Benz1408, but it was changed to [redacted]-06 on Sept 13, [redacted]. Neither of these passwords work. Any help in resetting my password would be appreciated.
