I am currently facing issues accessing my old Gmail account because I got logged out of my Instagram account. Upon checking, I discovered that my Instagram was linked to my old email address. Additionally, it seems that someone named Kayla Robinson has access to my old Facebook account using the same email address. I realized this when I tried to log into Facebook and found that my password no longer worked. Eventually, I managed to regain access to my Facebook account, but I'm still unable to access my Instagram account under the email address [redacted] My other email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted] It's clear that my rightful ownership of the accounts has been compromised.

I have been sending the Gmail team a list of recovery information to access my account that has been hacked. I went through all the recovery steps, but nothing has been done. The account I want to recover is [redacted] Before the hacking incident, my Gmail was acting unusual, bouncing in and out when I signed in from my web browser. Despite changing the password multiple times, the issue persisted. Eventually, my phone was hacked, granting access to the hacker to reset my phone and change my account information. My Google photos, contacts, and bank information were all compromised. Subsequently, my bank accounts were closed due to fraudulent charges. My contacts received random messages, and sensitive information including my Social Security number was at risk. I am desperately seeking assistance to regain access to my account to mitigate the financial and emotional distress caused by this hacking incident that started in [redacted].

I recently forgot the swipe pattern on my phone and got locked out, which resulted in losing access to my email accounts and passwords. Today, I bought a new phone with the same number but have been unable to recover my accounts because Google doesn't recognize the new device. The accounts I urgently need access to for work include [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], along with my Google Drive. I am reaching out from my new phone, and I am willing to provide the necessary verification to regain access to my accounts. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I need assistance resetting my Gmail account as I am unable to access my recovery phone (***)***-**** or email *****@***.com. The security question, "Where was I born?" has the answer "Sacramento." Despite entering the verification code sent after answering correctly, I am still unable to verify my identity as the account holder. I have all the required information, except for the account number, as I only have the Gmail username available.

I am reaching out regarding my account "[redacted]". After accidentally spilling coffee on my cellphone, it stopped working. Despite trying multiple passwords and various recovery methods, Google is not able to verify my ownership of the account. I have obtained a new phone with the same number, but I am unable to receive the verification code to access my account. This account holds crucial emails, photos, and contact information that I require, especially as an elderly individual on disability. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity, except for details like the account creation date. I remember setting up security questions for situations like this, but they are not being presented to me. I am looking for a way to regain access to my account by providing verifiable information instead of facing challenges I cannot overcome. It is puzzling why the verification code is not being sent to my long-standing phone number, despite the last two digits being recognized as associated with the account but without any approved devices.

I received an email purportedly from Google Incorporation regarding winning a prize. The email congratulates me on being a selected winner and encourages me to continue using Google services actively. The message claims that my email was chosen in an online e-mail balloting, and I am entitled to a cash prize. The email provides security code numbers, ticket numbers, and a winning number. It instructs me to contact a person named Mr. Charles Taylor for verification and fund release by filling in personal details. The email ends with contact information for Mr. Charles Taylor and is signed by someone named Verumlem Kleith claiming to be a Google coordinator. I'm uncertain if this is a legitimate communication from Google.

Hello, my name is Dan Sideen. I have a Google account under the name [redacted] and my YouTube account is Atrium of Light Drum Covers. This morning, I noticed unusual notification alerts next to my Google search icon and my comments on various YouTube channels have disappeared. Each time someone replies to my comments, there are already "thumbs up" on them before I see them. I am concerned as I have started receiving silent phone calls at home around the same time this "thumbs up" activity began on YouTube. Can you please investigate and put a stop to whoever is following or stalking me on YouTube? I appreciate any assistance you can offer in resolving this situation. Thank you. Sincerely, Dan Sideen of Atrium of Light Drum Covers Channel on YouTube.

I have a separate Google email account for security reasons. I need to speak with someone over the phone regarding an issue I've been experiencing. I have been receiving promotional emails and shipping updates meant for someone else with the exact same email address as mine. I recently found out that when I use my Alexa device, the other person's name is associated with my account, which is not my name. When I log into Amazon, I can see her information instead of mine. This poses a significant security risk, and I am concerned about other accounts that may be affected. Google must assign her a different email address to resolve this urgent security matter.

I accidentally left my phone in a bathroom in NM and only realized it after driving five miles. Upon returning, the phone was missing, and although suspicious of the gas station attendant, there was no way to prove anything. In the midst of the stress, I temporarily suspended my phone service but now need to track it down potentially with the help of local law enforcement. Unfortunately, I encountered issues with my Google account, leading to being locked out despite numerous attempts to regain access. The thought of waiting several business days for Google to assist is frustrating, and if not resolved promptly, I am considering switching to Apple.

I have struggled with account recovery on your g.co/recover page multiple times and am now considering legal action to retrieve my accounts. One of the accounts I am trying to recover has a balance of $70 and has been used to purchase several apps. The email associated with this account is [redacted] I am confident that the information I am providing for account recovery is accurate. If it is not sufficient to verify my ownership, it suggests a compromise. I am the sole owner and user of this account, as indicated by the account history and usage patterns. I would appreciate assistance beyond the generic referral to g.co/recover. I am eager to communicate with a real person to clarify my claim. You can reach me at [redacted] for a discussion or via email at [redacted], [redacted], or my new email [redacted] I hope to resolve this issue peacefully without resorting to legal measures. Thank you for your cooperation. Sincerely, Michael David Menge (aka. Miguel Mendez)

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my two Google accounts due to password issues. Even after attempting to verify via text message, I am still unable to regain access. One of the accounts requires urgent verification and resetting. I typically store my passwords in a manager and even have my main Gmail password in my wallet. It is puzzling why the passwords are not functioning, especially since I am certain they are correct. I suggest incorporating security questions to expedite the process. Being without email for up to 5 days is challenging. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently bought a Google Home and keep encountering a glitch that prevents me from getting the information I need. The device is slow to set alarms, and I'm unsure if they even go off as intended. Lately, the cord on my vacuum got entangled and broke off near the plug. I'm curious about the cost of a replacement cord. I also gifted two Google Homes to my granddaughters and am unaware of any issues they may be experiencing with their devices. Any assistance with these matters would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kay.

I have numerous unauthorized charges on my debit card from a casino game called IG. I contacted Google customer support on November 9th about the fraudulent charges, and was ensured that my card would be blocked from further purchases on Google. I've had other charges refunded, but over $[redacted] in unauthorized charges for casino games has appeared this past week. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and want my money returned. I am working with my card issuer to resolve this issue. I demand a refund from Google and insist on having my information removed from their services due to their poor customer support and unfulfilled promises.

Subject: Serious Concerns Regarding Battle Warship Naval Empires Hello, I am reaching out to express my growing dissatisfaction with Battle Warship Naval Empires. Over the past year, I have noticed a pattern of dishonesty and manipulation within the game that has greatly diminished my experience. Initially, the introduction of stamina to limit pirate hits was frustrating, particularly coupled with the scarcity of stamina packs. The frequent adjustments to buffs, rates, and game mechanics have devalued my previous purchases, leaving me disheartened. The recent restriction on world boss hits, especially after investing significantly in carriers for this purpose, further compounds my frustrations. Moreover, the erratic changes to equipment disassembly features have been a major concern. Notably, receiving the weakest equipment consistently from disassembling premium carriers like Lincoln carriers is unacceptable given the significant financial investment I have made in the game. I have attempted to seek resolution through game support, but I have felt undervalued and dismissed. I believe I am entitled to a refund considering the circumstances and the substantial amount of money I have invested in the game. Please review the attached support screenshots for further context. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Warm regards, TJV

I am requesting to regain access to my official email address, [redacted], which is crucial for receiving my credit card statements. A few weeks back, there was an unfortunate incident where a family member accidentally restarted my Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime cell phone. I realized this when I couldn't recall the 8-digit access code to unlock it. As a result, I had to buy a new phone. I'm now struggling to access my Gmail account linked to the old phone. I attempted all the steps, even using my recovery email, but it keeps questioning my ownership of the account. Can you please advise on what steps could be taken to help me regain access to my account? Also, are there specific password hint questions that could assist in remembering the password?

I have 3 different Gmail addresses. I have tried to recover my main account, [redacted], but I can't log in after being away for 10 months. I changed the passwords to be the same, wrote them down, but still can't access it. My pictures are on that account, and I can't even log into my cell phone because the password is not working. I used to have my cell number as a recovery method, but it's no longer in use. I also have [redacted], and I believe I used my real name, Marcina Leeann Chaffins, for all the accounts. Any assistance would be appreciated as I've spent hours trying to regain access, even using a different device. Thankfully, I can still log into [redacted]

I urgently need assistance! I accidentally reset my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone and I am stuck at the Google email account verification stage. Despite trying multiple Gmail accounts, I can't seem to remember which one was originally linked to the phone. Verizon attempted to help, but the issue persists. The phone repeatedly prompts for my phone number or Gmail account without progressing. I have multiple Gmail accounts, inadvertently creating new ones each time I change phones. Verizon suggested contacting for assistance in resetting the emails or identifying the correct one. To communicate, please use my husband's email. I am in dire need to regain access to my phone and neither my husband nor I have been successful in resolving the problem. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cristina D.

I have been struggling to regain access to my Google account for a week now, as my ex-girlfriend accessed my phone and changed my passwords for Facebook and Google. It's crucial for me to recover my Google account as all my important information is stored there. I have completed the account recovery steps, but it's not enough. I can provide proof of identity with documents like my driver's license, birth certificate, social security card, and credit card. Additionally, I'm willing to share my credit card information to verify ownership. The email address linked to my Google account is [redacted] Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have contacted support multiple times and am hopeful for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I recently received a notification from Google about someone signing into my account, which I believe was a false positive. I agreed to secure my account, as I tend to be cautious about such matters. Despite having a recovery phone number, it cannot receive texts as I don't own a smartphone, but utilize magicJack on my computer. I tried accessing my recovery email, but encountered difficulties. Although I never signed out during this incident, I am now able to log in; however, I worry about future breaches and how I would recover without texting capabilities. I acknowledge that most people in the US have texting phones, but I am an exception. I understand the importance of account security, but wonder how Google can accommodate users like me without the option to receive texts.
