I've been scammed through Facebook Messenger. Despite changing my Facebook password twice, I cannot find a contact number to reach Facebook for help. This has been happening for a few months. The scammer's name is also on my Google account and I want it removed. I used to have a Samsung phone, now I have an LG Stylo. The scammer is in North Carolina and keeps accessing my Facebook account without permission. Despite changing passwords on Facebook Messenger and Gmail recently, the scammer still manages to get in. I'm not in Charlotte, North Carolina, where the scammer is located. The scammer is accessing my contacts and showing up on different devices. I need help stopping this unauthorized access.

I recently applied for a loan through Loans Capital.com. Unfortunately, they requested payment via Google Play cards for a wire transfer to my Business Citizens Bank Account. I paid a total of $[redacted].00 for the loan, including an extra $[redacted].00 due to a red flag on my account from a previous scam experience. After realizing they may not be legitimate, I am hesitant to proceed with their requests for more money to resolve issues with a previous company. I still have the Google cards and receipts. I am seeking advice on how to potentially cancel the payment and get a refund for the $[redacted].00 I spent. Any help or guidance on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated as a struggling single parent trying to make financial ends meet every month. Thank you.

I recently updated the password for my Gmail account to keep my boyfriend out, but I've ended up getting locked out myself. This email is crucial for my business affairs, with all my doctor's appointment reminders and bills sent there. I am really struggling without access! I urgently need to speak to someone to resolve this issue. It's my main communication platform for business matters. This situation is even more critical as I am pregnant and rely on this account for my appointments and bills. I am feeling frustrated and hope for a quick resolution. You can reach me at [redacted].

After I updated my LG phone and returned my previous device, I had to reset it before sending it back. When LG provided me with Google's support email address, [redacted], a Google representative instructed me to manually erase my credit card information. Despite following the instructions, I continued to receive purchase confirmation emails for a whole year, even after my bank card had expired and was replaced. Upon investigating further, I discovered that my one-tap buy feature was active without my authorization, leading to unauthorized purchases. I was assured my account data would be cleared, but it seems it was not. As someone who works hard for their money and has no dependents, I find this situation distressing. I'm seeking assistance in retrieving the funds lost to these unauthorized transactions so I can close out my Google account and the Google Play Store account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am seeking assistance in recovering access to my Gmail account. Approximately 18 days ago, I reset my password and am now unable to recall it. While I can still view my inbox through the Gmail app on my Android phone, I am unable to access it via the web due to the password requirement. I have followed the password recovery instructions provided, including receiving a verification code via text on my cell phone, answering a security question about the account creation date (which I accurately know from a welcome email), but unfortunately, I received a message stating that they were unable to verify if the account belongs to me. The account is crucial to me as I have been using it for around 10 years, with many important emails and integrated Google services. I am willing to provide any necessary information to regain access. Thank you for your prompt assistance. Warm regards, Ferida

My daughter is facing a distressing situation as someone has targeted her on the Springfield Exposed website. Despite my attempts to reason with this person, he has a troubling history of inappropriate behavior. He has disclosed personal information about my daughter, impacting her mental health and employability. I am deeply concerned about the distress this has caused her, leading to her taking antidepressants and struggling to find work. My daughter is not as per the false information shared about her. She has only had two relationships in her 23 years and does not deserve this treatment. Please consider reviewing the content involving Keianna Watts on your platform. Removing it would greatly alleviate the negative consequences she is enduring. Your assistance in this matter would be invaluable.

After being released from jail, my phone service with the number [redacted] was cut off. I now have a new number, [redacted], but I've lost access to my old pictures and important accounts that used two-step verification. I no longer have my wife or computer to receive verification codes. Even Yahoo is sending codes to my old number. I desperately need help to retrieve my memories, photos, and regain access to my accounts. The accounts affected are [redacted] and [redacted] I'm struggling to recover this vital information that means so much to me. Your assistance in resolving this would mean everything. Thank you. I am experiencing difficulty with Google's support forms. Despite attempting various links, the form continues to insist on completion. My main issue is with the inability to submit requests for chat, email, or a phone call. Although I tried initiating a chat request and provided a description, the system wouldn't allow me to proceed. The problem description is as follows, and email assistance would not suffice. I purchased the domain name "funbyfischertravel." I set up a Google Site and intended for www.funbyfischertravel.com to direct to that site along with other variations like http and https. However, I encountered a message on Google Sites stating that the URL is already in use by a different Google Service. In an attempt to resolve this, I tried to delete the mapping, although I am unsure of what that specifically entails. I removed the site from my Google Drive, but I had made a backup to prevent any data loss. At one point, I believed I possessed at least the Google Certified Educator level 1 certification. Thank you, Carrie

I am struggling with managing my Google accounts due to constant issues with incorrect information, passwords, and account verification on my new tablet running Linux OS. Dealing with continuous prompts to sign in with the correct details has been frustrating. It seems impossible to reset or start fresh as even my name, phone number, and previous passwords are deemed incorrect. The security measures implemented are causing more trouble than help, leaving me locked out of my device. I feel like customer service is lacking, and the complexity of dealing with Google accounts on multiple devices is overwhelming. The endless cycle of verification, password changes, and security checks is becoming too much to handle. I wish there was a way to use my device without the necessity of a Google account and the associated challenges. Overall, it's disappointing that simply using a purchased device has become such a hassle due to Google's strict policies.

I suspect my Gmail has been compromised. Yesterday, I faced trouble signing in as my password was not accepted. I followed the verification steps: 1) Entered the last known password. 2) Confirmed my sign-in attempt via the Google app. 3) Sent a verification code to my recovery email ([redacted]) and entered it. 4) Provided my phone number ([redacted]), but didn't receive a verification text. 5) Answered the account creation date question with February [redacted]. Despite this, Google couldn't verify my account. I tried the "Try Another Way" link, used the Authenticator app code, but still couldn't access my account. I have various Google apps for security, yet I'm unable to regain access. I am currently signed in to the Google app using the edlyedson2018@gmail account. There seems to be a significant issue here. Your assistance is appreciated.

Hello, I recently ended a relationship with an abusive individual who caused me a lot of harm. After I asked him to leave, he continued to bother me, and one thing he took was my Samsung S Gear 2 watch. Even though he attempted to interfere with it, my best friend convinced him to give it back. However, he activated a reactivation lock, preventing me from using it. I have tried to access my Samsung account but can't recall the necessary details. I emailed Google but haven't heard back. Remembering passwords is hard for me due to my multiple email accounts. Any help with this issue would be appreciated. Thank you, Andrea Alexander Warke.

I recently had to purchase another iPhone because I lost access to my previous one and phone number. I submitted a request for account recovery for my Apple ID as it contains all my important passwords. Unfortunately, I also forgot the password for my Gmail account, which is linked to my other passwords, and it's currently in recovery too. I initiated the recovery process for my email [redacted] on 11/08/[redacted] and have access to the recovery email. I received a Google account recovery link on 11/10/[redacted], but I only noticed it on 11/16/[redacted], and by then, it had expired. I’m concerned I might have accidentally triggered another recovery process today. I urgently need to regain access to my accounts. My new phone number is [redacted].

I am experiencing difficulties switching to a different Google account login. Clicking on the dropdown menu is unresponsive and remains on my dad's account, [redacted] Additionally, upon attempting to sign in to the selected account, I can input the password but clicking "Next" does not initiate the login process. No error messages are displayed, and it fails to proceed. This issue is frustrating for someone familiar with technology, as my account was functioning correctly a few weeks prior. My sister encountered a similar problem when signing in to her Google account on her computer. Despite entering her email [redacted], the account name displayed as our dad's, Richard. After changing the password, it unexpectedly modified his account's password and email.

I am unable to see Google Map locations for October [redacted]. I am not sure if they were available or if my phone's location settings are off. I have tried using various websites with no success. I recall reaching out to tech support before and would prefer to email this time. I am willing to be patient as the data may or may not be there. It's frustrating that I have to deal with this instead of enjoying my day off playing video games. I understand that support can sometimes be challenging, but I have checked that everything is connected and even rebooted. I hope to receive a response soon. I have sent multiple emails to different addresses, which must be bothersome for the staff. Is there a straightforward way to contact support? A text chat option would be helpful. I believe my query can be answered with a simple yes or no, so I am puzzled by the lengthy delay. I will distract myself by engaging in some online gaming until I hear back. Thank you. Regards, Kirk

Hello, I am Valerie. I am seeking assistance regarding accessing my email account. I have been unsuccessful in logging in as it shows as invalid. Despite following the recovery steps, Google cannot verify my account. The recovery email mentioned does not belong to me, possibly causing the issue. I usually use [redacted] for various subscriptions and have encountered password issues after changing phones recently. I typically set up security questions for password retrieval, but they were not prompted during the recovery process. I need access to my email urgently. I own a Samsung On5 and a new Samsung Galaxy S9. I am stuck in setting up the new phone. I provided my phone number and details for reference. Please assist me promptly. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to access my Gmail account which I've had for 2 years and only used on one device. Inside my account, I have important photos and documents. The recovery option is asking me to verify a Yahoo account I didn't create. I have an old Yahoo account but it's not the one Gmail is asking for. The Gmail account I'm trying to recover was created when I purchased my phone from Boost Mobile in August/September of [redacted]. I do have a Yahoo account as mentioned, however, it's not the one being requested for recovery by Gmail. Please help me recover my account as I am in a hurry. Unfortunately, my phone was recently damaged, and I urgently need access to my business information. Thank you.

This year, I faced challenges regaining access to crucial online accounts after experiencing cyberstalking, physical stalking, and computer hacking. I secured my accounts with measures like 2-Factor Verification but lost access to vital information due to a lost paper with new passwords. Despite reclaiming access to my Microsoft account last week, I still cannot recover my Google account. I no longer have access to verification methods like my recovery phone number, Google Authenticator, and recovery codes. The email addresses I can no longer access are [redacted] and [redacted] I am now using [redacted] and Google Voice # [redacted]. I seek assistance in regaining access to my Google accounts and Google Voice number, as they hold significant value to me.

For the past 10 days, I've been attempting to regain access to my Google account since I was incarcerated and forgot my password. Despite trying various recovery methods via email, I keep receiving the same message stating that there isn't enough information to unlock my account. If I hadn't purchased several apps on the account, I would consider creating a new one, but I wish to access those apps now that I'm free. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in unlocking my account. The email associated with the locked account is [redacted], which I am unable to recall the password for. Thank you.

I am able to access my Gmail account on my computer, but I am having trouble accessing it on my iPhone. When I try to input the Google password in my phone settings, there seems to be an issue. Sometimes it asks me to re-enter the password, and even when I do, it takes me back to the beginning. Other times I receive an email on my computer asking to confirm if it was me trying to access my account from a mobile device. I confirm, but still, I can't access my email on the phone. When checking my security settings, only my computer is listed, not my iPhone. I have been using my phone to access Gmail for years, so I am not sure why it is not listed. I vaguely remember my son-in-law setting up my phone with my email, but he's busy, and I don't want to bother him.

I encountered an issue with accessing my Gmail account due to my controlling ex-boyfriend changing the password. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in retrieving the account through the recovery process. The security questions I set up are known to me, but the system does not prompt me to answer them. The phone numbers associated with the account are outdated since I changed them for privacy reasons. The Gmail account I am trying to regain access to is [redacted], and I have alternative email addresses at [redacted] or [redacted] I established this account in November [redacted] after being released from jail and remember some of my past passwords. I would appreciate guidance on verifying my identity to recover my account. Thank you.
