Hello, i want to contact google because there are no other in your contact us support, what i want to report is, there is a new game called Ragnarok online mobile eternal love, i recharge many times but last night Nov **, **** GMT**, i bought their coin worth ***, but when i check to my debit, it charge me twice, i reported it to their FB and their support in game, but no response, so what i did is contact google to refund my twice charge in app, so i get the refund, only ***, that is the extra charge i refund, but what i see on the order history, my receipt was cancelled, though it refunded my ***, it means the ticket must not be cancelled coz it still charge me *** because its doubled. And today my account is banned due to refund abuse? I only refunded the twice charge it did to my debit, and they called it abuse, i never refund what i bought, only that twice charge, i send them many appeal and support and no response but it takes so fast to ban my account, i feel wronged, they never replied any of my ticket, i want to report that to google, i even sent many screenshot that shows my order history and bank account of my transaction, and they still banned me, i request to refund all of my paid transaction since november * coz accuse me refund abuse andthey banned me. I felt very frustrated, i never refund my transaction except that dual charge on my account. I want to report this to goole and explain to them, i also want to do some legal action and report their poor management and customer service. How will i do it, its a small amount but what they did is very frustrating and i felt very wrong
