Access my autofil password file. ... Recently, I added a new drive to my computer, while keeping the old drive in for secondary storage. After doing this, I reinstalled windows onto the new drive, and readded programs like Chrome to the new drive. This unfortunately got rid of all my autofil settings, including my passwords.*This last part has been the problem. I forgot the password to one site I've used for years, and their customer support to help me recover my password has been... less than optimal. I still have the old files from my old drive on the computer, and I was hoping you guys could help me. Where exactly are the passwords saved? If they're on my computer, and I still have the program files, would there be a way for me to access it? If so, could you guys help me?*I realize this is a fairly complex problem, but you guys are essentially my last hope, and I would greatly appreciate your help in this matter. If my typing it out just made it confusing, let me know, I can explain it better over the phone.
The tech support for the site I'm trying to access does not respond, and the site doesn't actually send the email to reset my password. You guys are my only chance.
Contacting me. I understand this is a complicated issue, and I may not have explained it the best, so calling me might be the best way to fix it.
I can't actually remember the last time I used a browser that wasn't Chrome on my computer. Maybe during the big AOL craze?
I tried going through the folders myself. Unsurprisingly, I had no idea what I was doing, and stopped before I destroyed everything.
