I'm currently out of town due to an emergency and haven't logged into my account in about 6 months. Recently, I updated my login information but now I can't remember it. I rely on Google's backup security measures to keep my account safe. However, I encountered a problem - my backup email was autocorrected, resulting in a different username. This means I can't receive the code to access my original email. I own both email accounts but I'm still unable to access my important account. I have identification with matching information and contact details. I can be contacted at the same phone number listed on my account. I need assistance in verifying my ownership of the account and receiving a reset link as soon as possible. Google's current process has been unproductive.

As a web designer using Wordpress and creating websites for clients, I have recently encountered a perplexing issue with Google Analytics. Despite my site not being associated with BuildingBread.com, I am inexplicably seeing URLs from that site reflected in my data. I recently switched from a Motorola Android to an iPhone last Friday. After downloading various apps like Google and Gmail, I encountered issues logging into my accounts because I didn't keep a good record of my information. On October 31st, [redacted], I lost my Galaxy Note 3. I used the Find My Device app to erase and lock the phone, removing my email from it. Due to issues with my SIM card, AT&T temporarily removed me from the network. After a factory reset, I cannot access my phone as it claims my password is incorrect. Despite providing matching pictures, I am unable to verify my identity. I am eager to resolve this as my contacts are linked to my main email, row row Morehead at gmail.com. I have faced challenges explaining my situation due to a family death. Despite being able to access Snapchat, I am struggling to verify my identity. I was informed that someone may be hacking my account and was asked for $[redacted] to change my password. I am requesting a link to reset my password promptly.

I fell victim to a scam when I searched for Amazon's phone number on Google and got redirected to someone in India claiming to be Amazon support. They convinced me to buy Google Play cards to fix unauthorized charges. I was scammed for $[redacted]. Google Play's customer service, also based in India, has not been helpful despite my multiple attempts to reach them. I reported the incident to authorities and even contacted the CEO. It's frustrating that legitimate concerns are being mishandled by a company like Google Play.

I recently created a Facebook account, but within two days, it was hacked. Issues escalated as my email account was compromised, causing disruptions on my phone. Now, it seems like there are multiple problems, including strange apps running in the background and difficulty logging into Google Chrome. My phone number was also removed from my accounts. These issues have greatly disrupted my life as I rely on my phone for tasks like taking pictures and writing captions for my virtual garage sale. Hello, I am seeking assistance with my brother's phone. He has multiple forgotten Google accounts and passwords on the device that have caused issues. Family Link was initially linked to his phone, but his account and respective Gmail were deleted. I have performed a factory reset on the phone, but during the setup process, it requests the previous Google accounts linked to the device, along with their passwords. Despite trying the verification code method and creating a new password, I am unable to sign in. I recently realized that I have been charged $5 weekly for a subscription I thought was just a one-day free trial. I installed the app "Hooked" and uninstalled it, but the charges continued without my knowledge. Upon checking my download history, I discovered that I have been charged weekly since July 7th. Dear Google Team, In the email below, I was informed that there was no actual charge made, but my account was debited with 6,[redacted] rupees before the subscription period. The merchant has confirmed the transaction. They mentioned that the refund would be processed to my Google Play associated account. I kindly ask for clarification on two points: 1. Can you confirm if the amount of 6,[redacted] rupees has been debited from my account? 2. The merchant mentioned that the refund would be initiated to my bank account linked to Google Play. My spouse and I both use the same email address for our business, which has been convenient for us. However, recently, it seems my husband allowed another woman access to our account, which has caused quite a disruption. This person is changing my passwords multiple times a week on various accounts and even manipulated messages to make it seem like I'm conversing with myself. I am fed up with Google and want to delete all my accounts. The service has me feeling frustrated and sick. I have received no response after multiple attempts to contact the company about multiple account deletions. My personal information and the privacy of my contacts, business associates, and patients have been compromised. I demand a resolution promptly. I will have to involve my attorney and the federal government if necessary to address this negligence and HIPAA violations. I am tired of the runaround and hours of frustration. I want my multiple accounts deleted without further delays. My time is valuable, and I will not waste any more of it dealing with Google's lack of action. I have encountered an issue while setting up the Google Fit app. After downloading the app, I faced a roadblock during the setup process. On step 4 of 9, specifically when trying to adjust my goals to improve my health, I found that I was unable to proceed further. When selecting 'Skip', the button would flash from white to grey, but nothing would happen despite repeated attempts to press it. Similarly, clicking 'Next' led me to the Move Minutes page, where I could modify my goal, but pressing 'Next' on this screen resulted in the button changing color without progressing to the next step. I have attempted troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the app, rebooting my phone, and linking my Google account to Google Fit, but the issue persists. My device is a Samsung Galaxy S7.

I forgot my password for my account. When I try to recover it, Google sends a verification code to my backup email. I entered the code correctly, but I got a message saying, "Google Couldn't sign you in." It then asks me to verify my email again, but it still doesn't recognize it as mine. None of the recovery options have worked, and now it says there have been too many failed attempts to recover the account. How can I regain access to my account?

Around a year and a half ago, my Google account got banned, and I believe I had not violated any policies to warrant this action. Unfortunately, this account had been hacked previously, leading me to change the password. I suspect it was compromised again, causing the ban. This situation is troubling as many of the games I purchased and downloaded were associated with this account, restricting my access to them. I appreciate your attention to this matter and sincerely hope that my account can be reinstated soon.
