I signed up for Samsung account on my phone using *****@***.com I no longer have access to this account I forgot the password to it but I can't restart my phone without having the password and they won't send me the password if I don't have access to this account. I'm needing to restart my phone but I'm unable to do so. My phone isn't working correctly I'm in great need of restarting it I greatly appreciate your consideration.
