If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.
The issue in GetHuman-thenrix's own words
Claim ID:*****-****-******I received an email stating that you could verify my claim. Stating that perhaps a family member or friend used my card. Well I am writing to inform you that I am a **-year-old woman who lives alone, doesn't have any family members and I have never given my card to anyone, not even a salesperson. I purchase all things online and my card is safely hidden in my purse. **I work third shift and when I got home on Wednesday, Oct. **, I started getting a roast ready to put in my crock pot. My phone started to alert me * different times of the fraudulent charges. I immediately called my bank to block my card and issue another one and then proceeded to try to find someway of contacted Google to let them know of these illegal charges. **So as I explained, this wasn't done by a family member (none exists) or by a friend (my card never leaves my procession, EVER!!. Please reevaluate my claim.
